Role Overview

Following a recent rebrand and the launch of a full-funnel sales and marketing strategy, Teacher Development Trust are looking for an experienced and proactive Marketing Manager to join our values-driven education charity on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

You will lead key delivery areas of the marketing function, focusing on planning, running and evaluating effective, segmented email campaigns, creating compelling assets, building trust through social proof and coordinating our presence at events. This role is hands-on, delivery-focused, and designed to help accelerate our reach and engagement with schools, partners, and the wider education sector in both the short and longer term. Generating quality leads and nurturing to conversion is the objective. The ability to apply previous marketing experience with confidence at pace is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Management

• Design and implement segmented email marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive nurture, conversion and engagement

• Collaborate with the wider team on content planning and audience targeting to support both brand and programme recruitment campaigns

• Monitor and report on performance; continuously test and improve subject lines, content, and CTAs and improve MQL generation and quality

Social Proof & Case Study Development

• Identify and secure testimonials, quotes, and stories from partners and participants

• Create and manage a bank of social proof materials to support sales and marketing campaigns

• Collaborate with delivery and research teams to gather impactful data and insights
   

Event Marketing

• Plan and coordinate TDT’s presence at national and regional events

• Manage pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up to support lead generation

• Coordinate logistics and event materials in collaboration with relevant colleagues
   

Campaign & Asset Development

• Lead the creation of on-brand marketing assets (e.g. brochures, presentations, case studies, leaflets, reports)

• Work with internal and external content creators to maintain high visual and editorial standards

• Ensure consistent brand tone and alignment across all materials
   

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with the Director of Partnerships & Impact and other colleagues to ensure alignment with strategic goals

• Coordinate effectively with colleagues in Partnerships & Impact Team, Design & Delivery Team, and Operations Team to ensure a seamless customer journey

• Support the School Engagement Manager and Marketing and Recruitment Officer with content and campaign execution, including back up support for wordpress and social media

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, ideally within a purpose-led or education-focused organisation, is essential

• Strong content and asset creation skills, confident briefing designers and writers as needed

• Experience co-ordinating, planning and running multi-touch, concurrent email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, GMass or similar)

• Excellent organisational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines

• Ability to build relationships across teams and with external partners

• Comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of projects from start to finish

• Bonus: experience with events and content production in a nonprofit or education setting

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Officer to join our Estates Team. In your role as the Health & Safety Officer will be to provide support on an operational basis to the health & safety function.

Role Requirements

• Promote good stakeholder involvement and good safety culture
• Prepare and issue monthly health and safety briefing documents / toolbox talks
• Keep health and safety information up to date, including all fire safety documentation (fire emergency plans, fire safety manuals etc.), the health and safety section of the intranet and shared documents
• Carry out regular walkabouts, including at retail stores, keeping in touch with staff on their safety arrangements and ensuring control measures are in place and effective
• Provide health and safety training and coaching on topics such as, but not limited to, general health & safety (induction and refresher training), fire safety, COSHH, risk assessing and manual handling
• Develop and refresh internal online training to support staff learning experiences
• Carry out general risk assessment, as required, with particular emphasis on retail, regulatory requirements, outings and the clinical environment.
• Update fire risk assessments for low to medium-risk buildings, tracking completion of actions and updating compliance software
• Manage COSHH risk assessments and the COSHH risk register, checking on suitable PPE and storage
• Manage compliance with workstation assessments, including homeworking, using the external management system
• Support teams, enabling them to carry out their risk assessments, including manual handling assessments for inanimate activities

Course structure and requirements

The National Curriculum for High Intensity Psychotherapeutic Counselling within NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression outlines the full details of the course structure. To summarise, the following outlines the key training requirements:  

· A 1-year core psychotherapeutic counselling foundation level training, which also introduces the chosen NHS Talking Therapies modality. Following sign off for readiness, trainees can begin to practice at West London Centre for Counselling with people with mild to moderate depression

· Followed by, a 2-year post-graduate diploma (PGDip) in psychotherapeutic counselling (minimum 120 credits at Level 7)

· A minimum of 450 supervised client hours gained within a NHS Talking Therapies service

· A minimum of 450 training hours (skills and theory)  

· A minimum of 50 personal therapy hours  

· A minimum of 90 minutes of training supervision to every six hours of client work (or the equivalent for group supervision), or 90 minutes per week if they have completed less than six hours of client work in the week

· NHS Talking Therapy services will be responsible for supervision on site, including oversight of case management, clinical governance and management supervision in line with the supervision requirements of the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual.

· An average of two to three days per week of clinical practice in NHS Talking Therapies services

· Individual accreditation (professional registration) with a professional body in line with the NHS Talking Therapies for anxiety and depression manual (see the manual for more details)

The Senior Manager, HIV Services Coordination and Team Lead plays a key leadership role in supporting and enabling METRO’s HIV service managers and project leads to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and impactful services. Reporting to the Head of HIV or Director of Services, the post-holder provides day-to-day oversight of contracts, projects, and workstreams, offering hands-on supervision and management support across the HIV domain.

METRO Charity runs various HIV prevention and support services across London and the Southeast. Job Purpose:

This is a new role to transform our current “Supporter Care” team into one that leads our Individual Giving programme. At present the team is focused on thanking donors for gifts to our charity and supporters for undertaking challenges and events as well as organising our lab tours and tiles programme. The introduction of a major automation project in the charity will reduce this team’s workload whilst at the same time decreasing the amount of time taken to thank donors and supporters. Once that project is fully implemented we want this team to expand its remit to include a wider programme of proactively supporting our donors and supporters throughout their journey with the charity and thus to increase the amount raised through these channels.

This job will be a challenging one with a changing focus. The initial focus is very much process-driven – bedding in the automation and getting all of our processes humming so that everyone is thanked within one working week of their donation, but once that’s done the focus needs to move to both wider care of our supporters and growth of the income channel.

Main duties:

· To be the owner of all thanking processes so that every supporter and donor receives an appropriate thank you withing one working week of their donation or the end of their fundraising activity.

· To embed the new processes from our automation solution, recommending changes that are required and adapting other processes to ensure the most efficient overall system for all team members involved in thanking.

· To support and develop your direct reports so that they are working efficiently and effectively and have a rewarding role at the charity. To conduct regular 1-1s with them as well as quarterly reviews and annual appraisals.

· Ensure accurate recording of all processes and outputs from the team – primarily on our CRM database.

· To ensure that our Lab Tour and Tiles process is run effectively and efficiently. This process is managed by a member of the team, but remains the responsibility of the team manager.

· To develop our understanding of the data relating to our individual giving and to recommend

· To develop additional ways of valuing our supporters and donors through their journey with us (cards, phone calls etc).

· To develop additional ways of generating income from our individual donors (appeals etc).

· Deputise for colleagues as necessary to ensure that your team’s activities continue during periods of leave/absence.

· To comply with Brain Tumour Research’s internal policies, comply with relevant charity and other legislation and to undertake any other reasonable duties as required.

In partnership with the Royal Berkshire & Thames Valley ODN, we’re expanding our work to include a Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC) surveillance and early liver disease detection programme in Royal Berkshire & Thames Valley.

About the role

This post will work as part of a community partnership programme, a small team providing accessible and bespoke perinatal care including, antenatal education, postnatal sessions, peer support, counselling and practical support to women from low-income migrant marginalised backgrounds. 

The role will provide non-judgmental, compassionate and trauma-informed care to women accessing the service helping them to navigate complex needs and overcome barriers to access through a creative, solution-focused approach. Working alongside the Perinatal Programme Manager building and maintaining a network of local support services, helping to develop clear referral pathways and strong partner relationships.

To be successful in this role you will have: 

• Experience of supporting or working with marginalised or vulnerable groups and understanding the barriers they face to accessing support and an awareness of ways in overcoming them  

• Knowledge and experience working or volunteering with women and birthing people during pregnancy and early years  

• Experience working within a relevant sector e.g., maternity, children’s services, homelessness, women’s services, mental health, supporting asylum and refugee families

• A good knowledge and understanding of local support and services for the client group
• Experience in empowering women to make informed decisions about their lives and advocating for their needs and rights

• Ability to handle challenging situations and behaviour with a calm, flexible and confident approach to reach a positive resolution

Purpose of the Role

This exciting new role is about creating connections, building ecosystems and developing and strengthening relationships that power social justice movements. As a member of the Senior Management Team, you will work closely with the CEO to lead our partnerships and community engagement work — creating the enabling conditions and networks that help youth-led movements grow, sustain, and make lasting change.

• Partnering with other funders to resource youth-led change, including co-designed and co-held programmes with other foundations.

We're Hiring: Advocates - London Stalking Support Service, Stalking Threat Assessment Centre and National Advocacy
In partnership with MOPAC, this specialist role is your chance to support victims of stalking with expert advice and advocacy for London, all while hlping to shape a trauma-informed, survivor-led approach that leads the sector.  The Stalking Threat Assessment centre is a multi-agency partnership involving the Metropolitan Police, NHS mental health services and Probation services to effectively manage stalking perpetrators and support victims.  Advocates within this team are co-located within the STAC unit, minimum one day a week.

Job Purpose:

The Role

As a Database Administrator you will help manage one of our biggest investments, our Fundraising CRM. Reporting to the Database & Insight Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring our fundraising database is effectively maintained and up to date.

You will assist with the administration and processing of donations, month end reconciliation, gift aid processing, and maintaining database records. You will manage day to day support and improvement of the database by completing regular housekeeping tasks that ensure data integrity and consistency is maintained.

The person will:

· Process income on the CRM database from a variety of sources, including online platforms (LHC website, JustGiving, Give as you Live, etc.) and BACS donations.

· Maintain accurate Gift Aid information and help prepare data for Gift Aid claims.

· Utilise Microsoft Excel to manage the import and export processing for internal and external data sets.

· Assist with monthly financial reconciliation support as needed.

· Ensure high standards for all supporter data entry and help to ensure data is kept accurate and up to date on the CRM with a focus on supporter preferences, change of addresses, etc.

· Ensure we are compliant with the UK's data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

The successful candidate will have:

· Previous experience working with data management using CRM systems.

· Excellent IT skills and be confident and proficient in working with Excel, Word, Publisher, PowerPoint and CRM systems.

· Have an excellent understanding of marketing consent and GDPR

· Have a resourceful and logical mind with great attention to detail and high standards of accuracy

· Be able to think creatively and problem solve using data and strong critical reasoning skills.

· Have a strong understanding of Fundraising and Gift Aid legislation and compliance rules.

· Have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders.
