This is a new and exciting role which you can out your stamp on. - assist with the implementation and management of projects across the Charity that support our mission and drive efficiency
As well as our Brighter Horizons team, you’ll also have a hand in supporting our trading subsidiary Ignition Brewery, making this a varied role, ideal for someone who likes to be involved in lots of things at the same time.

What we need from you (the essentials):

About The Role
As a Grants and Learning Officer, you’ll be helping us to deliver our ambitious, nationwide grants programme. We currently support over 500 grassroots organisations and 18-30 year old creatives, and have a busy grants cycle to manage, alongside ever-increasing numbers of applications.
This year, we’re building and migrating to a new grants database and you’ll play an integral role on the project team. In addition, you’ll manage an assigned portfolio of grants, and help with all aspects of the funding cycle. You’ll support applicants and funded partners, make funding recommendations, administer grants, provide feedback and support, and visit projects.

Key Responsibilities
Grant Making
- Relationship management for a diverse portfolio of grants within allocated areas or specialisms.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the music/creative landscape and issues affecting your allocated areas.
- Provide telephone, online (e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, webinars) and email advice to potential applicants.

Reporting to the Senior Supporter Care Manager, you will deliver excellent customer care to supporters and potential supporters of Operation Smile UK. As an integral part of the Supporter Care team, you will successfully support the Individual Giving programme and wider fundraising activities, providing support to ever-increasing income and supporter stewardship for the delivery of increasing levels of unrestricted income for Operation Smile UK.

We’re now looking for a Legacy Administration Manager to join our dedicated team and ensure that every gift left to the charity is managed with care, professionalism, and in line with the wishes of our supporters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of residuary, specific, and reversionary legacy cases from initiation to completion, optimising income while upholding all legal, ethical, and organisational standards.
- Communicate with empathy and professionalism with executors, solicitors, and beneficiaries’ families, including handling enquiries and confirming receipt of legacy notifications.
- Review estate documentation and valuations, determine the charity’s entitlement, and verify that all due funds are correctly received.

We are recruiting for a temporary Policy & Public affairs Administrator for an amazing childrens charity. You will need strong planning , administration and perpetration of documents.

The Role
Planning and organising the meetings for the Policy & PA team and our range of external stakeholder groups, supporting the preparation of information and documents, taking and producing high quality notes, and monitoring actions and outcomes on behalf of the meeting chairs.Including large stakeholder projects like the Health Play Alliance.

You will monitor budgets, forecasts, and fund allocations, while ensuring compliance with charity and tax regulations. The role also includes preparing financial reports for Senior Management, Trustees, and Funders, supporting grant and restricted fund administration, and collaborating with the Fundraising and Office Admin teams on payroll, reporting, and financial planning. To be successful in this role, you will be AAT qualified or part-qualified ACCA/CIMA or have equivalent finance qualification. You will have experience in a similar finance role, ideally in the charity or non-profit sector.
You will have experience in supporting financial reporting for externally funded projects, preparing charity accounts. You will have an understanding of charity finance, including restricted/unrestricted funds, knowledge of SORP, and charity accounting standards. You will have a strong attention to detail, and confidence in analysing and presenting financial data.

About the role
Sightsavers work in Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) contributes to a range of public health problems to reduce disparities, lower disease burdens, and build locally owned sustainable health programs. The NTD Data and Reporting Officer sits within the NTD Surveillance unit and provides a single point of contact for programme and country teams on data monitoring and reporting.
The position will be based in the UK, with occasional travel to Sightsavers headquarters in Haywards Heath, and international travel up to four weeks per year.
As the NTD Data and Reporting Officer you will help standardise, consolidate and continuously improve directorate Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes, maintain data architecture for NTDs, ensuring core organisational data assets are of high quality, cohesive and accessible, and manage secure storage for NTD data reporting.
Further responsibilities include:
