About the role
We’re looking for a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to help drive our move to a cloud-first environment. In this role, you’ll support and deliver projects that bring Microsoft cloud technologies like Intune, Entra ID, and Azure AD into everyday use.
You’ll also collaborate with teams across the organisation to share best practices, improve tooling, and help build capability in modern management approaches.
You’ll provide technical expertise to build, deliver and improve solutions required to enhance business function, information security and infrastructure through small tasks and large projects alike. Driving efficiencies by assisting in design and lifecycle management of the infrastructure across the organisation encompassing physical, virtual and cloud platforms and associated stack technologies.
About you
You’ll have strong technical knowledge and practical experience of:
- Significant experience implementing and supporting Microsoft-based infrastructure solutions, including Windows server operating systems, group policies, Intune, Entra ID, and SCCM.
- Proven experience delivering endpoint modern management projects, particularly transitioning from on-premises SCCM and AD to Intune and Entra ID.
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft cloud and on-prem services, including conditional access policies, Windows Hello, and Entra application proxies.
- Proficiency in automation and scripting tools, such as PowerShell, to streamline operations and deployments.
- Practical experience in securing and hardening infrastructure platforms, ensuring compliance and resilience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Working arrangements
12 -month fixed term contract
This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our London Office. This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.

A London-based university is seeking a HR Policy Advisor for a 12-month maternity cover.
Your new role
The Human Resources Division supports all people management activities across the school and is committed to delivering high-quality and customer-focused services. Reporting to the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations, this post is responsible for maintaining existing HR policies and contributing to the development of new policy in consultation with a wide range of HR colleagues and stakeholders across the School.
This role also supports the development and implementation of key employee engagement and wellbeing projects. This includes playing an important role in developing and implementing initiatives and actions that emerge from staff feedback and annual benchmark reports. The post-holder will present a positive and efficient image of the Human Resources Division, working collaboratively with colleagues inside and outside the Division in order to deliver high-quality solutions that contribute towards the School's strategic agenda.Key responsibilities will include:
Policy Development:
- To stay informed of new legislative developments and ensure that appropriate revisions to HR policy are made accordingly, as well as working with the Director, HR Policy and Employee Relations to ensure that the wider HR Division is aware of the changes.
- To undertake appropriate policy benchmarking across the sector and with other leading organisations (both public and private).
- To support in ensuring that the university has a set of up-to-date and appropriate HR / employment policies and that these are accessible to staff and line managers, maintaining a regular programme of monitoring, review and improvement.

What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience of working in a large HR department supporting a complex and diverse organisation
- Can demonstrate a sound knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR good practice, with experience of advising colleagues and managers on HR policy and procedure
- Experience of developing or contributing to HR policies across a range of topics
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Experience of servicing committees and/or organising events

About The Role

The Workforce and Careers Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the planning, development, and sustainability of the paediatric medical workforce across the UK. Working within the College’s Workforce and Careers team, you will lead and contribute to projects that ensure safe and sustainable services for children and young people by promoting paediatrics and supporting members throughout their careers.
You will be responsible for delivering a range of high-impact initiatives, including workforce research, service configuration guidance, career pathway support, and coordination of the College’s “Stepping Up” programme for new consultants. This new role, partially funded by the National Lottery Reaching Communities Fund, builds upon the work of the previous Partnerships and Engagement Officer role with an expanded focus on reaching people from multiply marginalised communities.
The main focus of this role will be to increase engagement with our flagship service, the Wizzybug Loan Scheme, expanding the reach of the scheme and ensuring that all children who could benefit from early years powered mobility are aware of the loan scheme and how to apply. Following a gap analysis of existing service users in 2024, this role will seek to create new partnerships and inclusive marketing and communications that will help us reach families with whom we are not currently engaging.

Our partner is a global charity, are seeking to recruit an International Project Accountant This is an excellent opportunity for an individual to join a close-knit, collaborative team, with the role having a strong focus on finance business partnering and programme delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and strengthening financial systems, procedures and controls on grant management and compliance, regularly reviewing and updating these; and training staff as required
- Monitoring programmatic activity and spend, and maintaining the grants management tracker tool.
- Preparing financial information for internal reporting, and assisting in the preparation of the programmes finance elements on statutory financial statements
- Overseeing the financial administration of programmes grants. This includes reviewing concept notes and proposals, preparing donor and sub-grant agreements, setting up grant codes, and preparing donor reports.
- Supporting on budget proposal development and refinement for new grant proposals; and ensuring that donor and the foundation rules on accounting, procurement and project implementation are adhered to.
- Supporting in reviewing and approving due diligence assessments on potential partners, and carrying out monitoring visits and audits of projects.
- Supporting in the preparation of and implementing the recommendations of donor grant audits.

Person Specification
- Accountant with at least 3 years of experience in programmes financial accounting & reporting; developing and managing administrative systems; and budgeting, forecasting and cashflow monitoring.
- Ideally, experience of institutional grant budget proposal development, compliance, monitoring and reporting; this includes experience in managing FCDO, EU, ECHO, German government, Swedish government, and USAID funding.
- Excellent numeracy & financial analysis skills
