Purpose of the role

• To steward and co-ordinate high value corporate relationships, working with the wider team as and when necessary.

ABS is a charity that has been providing support to the architectural community for over 170 years. How you will make a difference

A little bit about the role 

Location: Hybrid, 2 days a week expected in our London Office. Those living outside the M25 can opt to not receive London Office Allowance and agree a more flexible office attendance pattern at offer stage.

The Academic Registry team, one of the sub-teams within programme management, is responsible for ensuring that participants’ academic  programme journeys are well-administered. The team are responsible for areas such as academic policies and processes (including for assessment and student records), along with several other operational aspects of Frontline’s academic provision, from attending and preparing data for examination boards or exceptional circumstances panels, to liaising with external markers.

The Academic Programmes Officer will work primarily as part of the Academic Registry, within Programme Management, to contribute to a first-class participant experience on the Approach Social Work programme. You will need to be flexible and adaptable in response to diverse requirements in the wider team through the academic year. A responsive and supportive standard of customer service is expected throughout, including at peak periods.

Some key responsibilities include:

• Coordinate assessments and preparation for exam boards, including managing marker allocations, deadlines and payments, and recording and communicating assessment outcomes
• Analyse feedback and other data to support the continuous enhancement of the Approach Social Work programme.
• Maintain accurate participant records, ensuring that all data is maintained and shared appropriately and in line with legal and regulatory requirements
• Build strong working relationships within Frontline and with external partners, e.g. in our university partner, to support effective collaboration

About Woman's Trust

Woman’s Trust was established almost thirty years ago and is the leading specialist in mental health services for women. Led by and for women, it aims to ensure that women affected by domestic abuse can live a safe and healthy life, free from further harm. Our approach is trauma-informed and person-centred, empowering survivors on their journey to recover from the trauma. We support 900 women and children annually, with an income of £1.3m and 40 staff. Overview

Watford and Three Rivers Refugee Partnership (WTRRP) provide services to refugees, asylum-seekers and other vulnerable migrants in our area.

We are looking for a part-time Team Administrator to support us with administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of services we provide as well as support with the volunteer recruitment process. This post is funded by the National Lottery grant until February 2027 with possibilities of being extended. This is a part-time post of 18.5 hours a week and is office based in Watford.

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and administrative skills who understands the needs of our clients and partner organisations. In return we can offer you an interesting and rewarding role that enables you to give back to your community. We run a successful drop-in service every Tuesday from 11.30-1.30pm, a Social Hub for clients, as well as a number of ESOL classes. As Viva's Finance & Operations Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the organisation’s finance and operational systems. You’ll be in a hands-on role, responsible for day-to-day bookkeeping, financial administration, and supporting core operational processes for the UK charity and overseas entities. Working alongside the COO and Finance Director, you will help ensure Viva remains financially sound, compliant and efficient. Through all this, you will play a vital role in making it possible for Viva to achieve its goal of enabling more children to live life in all its fullness.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Finance: undertaking and managing the efficient day-to-day operation of Viva’s finance function 
• Operations: ensuring the effective operation of our logistics, IT infrastructure and data

This role will suit you if:

• you have a demonstrated track record of financial management experience
• you are experienced in managing operational systems, in particular IT and data protection
• you have an accountancy qualification e.g. minimum AAT Level 3 
• you are a great problem solver with high levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Location: this role can be remote, hybrid or office-based in Viva’s Oxford office with occasional travel to the office or other locations in the UK

Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Monday to Friday

Salary: £40,000 per annum

About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and organised Community and Events Manager to lead and grow Playskill’s community and events fundraising stream.  This role is vital to increasing awareness and generating income to support our services, through meaningful community engagement and events.

You will be responsible for managing and developing our annual events (including The Playskill Golf Day), introducing new local fundraising opportunities, and building relationships within community groups.  You will also line manage the Fundraising Officer, helping to support their contribution to the fundraising team.

Skills and Experience Required:

· Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.

· Line management experience.

· Experience organising and delivering successful events.

· Strong relationships building and donor stewardship abilities.

· Knowledge of GDPR legislation to ensure clear understanding of confidentiality and the need for data protection

· Computer literature, proficient in Microsoft Office.

· Good communication, empathy, numeracy, and administrative skills.

Parkinson’s UK is looking for a motivated project manager who will ensure the successful delivery of technical, cultural and strategically important projects across the charity. As a Project Manager, you'll be the driving force, applying your deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools to manage the entire lifecycle of projects.

About the role

In this role you will work on community-driven projects with diverse stakeholders and understand the need for hard-stop project delivery deadlines.

You’ll be an active member of the Performance & Programme Delivery (P&PD) team, working collaboratively across practices, and supporting the Senior Project Manager (Portfolio) in advocating for and nurturing good project management practice across the organisation.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with teams across the organisation and lead the delivery of projects 

• Use the Parkinson’s UK project management standards in your delivery of change projects.

• Coordinate activity to ensure requirements are clearly identified and prioritised, working in collaboration with the Business Analysts.

• Identify, record and manage/resolve project risks and issues. 

• Work with the Senior Project Manager (Portfolio) and stakeholders to identify and support all Project-related activities. 

What you’ll bring

• Experience managing the successful delivery of projects through planning, execution and closure

• Experience bringing people together around a shared goal and building strong relationships at all levels

• Demonstrable understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. waterfall, agile, scrum) and when to apply them

• Able to prioritise own workload effectively, confidence to work autonomously and ability to enable others to meet challenging deadlines

• Able to work collaboratively and build productive relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and suppliers
