About the role
You will ensure you and your team will deliver high quality legal services and manage our Legal Aid Contract, with your main focus being on your own caseload and to manage and supervise the legal teams who are advocating for clients with housing issues, as well as bringing about systemic change. As a key member of the management team, you will also get to play your part in the management of our offices, including attending management team meetings and collaborating with other teams.
About you
You will be an experienced housing solicitor, court advocate, carrying your own caseload as well as managing and supervising others. You will have a minimum of 4 years post qualification legal practice experience, have supervisor status and have substantial knowledge of housing and homelessness law. You are able to carry out research and policy analysis in the areas of housing, homeless and welfare law, produce reports and presentations.

Our partner, a leading international not for profit, seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead on the financial management of a complex multi-country & multi-grant project. This role will really be suited to someone interested in developing and strengthening systems and processes & providing financial oversight, whilst working with multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Provide financial management oversight on the project, verifying project-specific transactions and ensuring that financial data is up-to-date; and ensuring adherence to the organisation’s financial policies.
- Lead the project’s annual budgeting and forecasting process, allocating funds across country and global teams & operations.

- Experience of donor compliance and reporting, including of institutional donors with complex compliance and reporting requirements.

In this varied and exciting role, you will support the sales and operations processes behind our range of products and services, including WOW – the walk to school challenge, our award-winning offer for primary schools. The postholder will work within our trading subsidiary, Living Streets Services Ltd, helping deliver both commercial goals and charitable purpose.
What you’ll be doing:
·Act as the first point of contact for sales enquiries via phone and email.
·Support the full sales process, from preparing quotes and proposals to managing client accounts.
·Assist with order processing, fulfilment, invoicing and resolving delivery or service issues.
·Maintain accurate CRM/database records and ensure smooth communication with clients.
·Help organise outreach events and support the coordination of our annual WOW badge competition.
·Deliver exceptional service to schools, local authorities and other stakeholders.
What we’re looking for:
·Experienced in handling enquiries and providing administrative or sales support.
·A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
·Highly organised with great attention to detail and time management.
·Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ideally familiar with CRM/e-commerce systems.

The Job
We are recruiting Finance Business Partners to support research teams and collaborate closely with the central finance team. In this role, you will be part of a research centre, working with budget holders and research leads to provide an effective and efficient financial service. Responsibilities include producing regular quarterly forecasts and the annual budget, supporting project costing, overseeing financial management of research projects, and providing variance analysis. You will also collaborate on the production of management accounts, support financial accruals and income recognition, and contribute to the preparation of annual statutory accounts. Additionally, you will oversee auditing processes, ensure project reporting meets funding requirements, and support the implementation of a new finance system.
The Person
We are looking for an ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with experience in business partnering, financial project management, and setting budgets and forecasts. Experience in the charity/not-for-profit sector is advantageous, as is knowledge of different funders, philanthropic foundations, government departments, international organisations, businesses, and NGOs. The ideal candidate will be able to present financial information clearly, work with accuracy and consistency, balance multiple deadlines, and have a proactive, self-motivating, and collaborative approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels are essential.
