Person Specification:
- Proven experience delivering successful, large-scale campaigns within the charity, public, or non-profit sectors.
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and integrated campaign planning, from strategy through to execution and evaluation.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that drives engagement and action.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt plans in response to performance data and audience insights.
- Demonstrated experience working in agile teams or applying agile principles to campaign development.
- Confident in managing external suppliers and agencies, including creative and media partners.

As a Trainee Debt Adviser you will be responsible for managing an ongoing debt caseload, whilst maintaining weekly client appointment targets. You will work closely with the other team members to meet funding and contractual targets, maintain quality standards and also maintain training and development targets.
You will provide comprehensive, full range of debt advice in line with Financial Conduct Authority and Debt Advice Quality Framework by using your interpersonal skills to explore, listen and understand complex problems as they affect each individual and tailor approach to advice accordingly.
The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment understanding the debt advice model, developing casework skills and build experience of dealing with complex and challenging cases in line with the provision of excellent in house training.

The Door of Hope Project provides support to women who sell sex in Tower Hamlets. This includes journeying alongside women, whilst providing advocacy, information, emotional and practical support. The project also has a strong team of around 15 volunteers, who deliver street outreach to women in Tower Hamlets on a Thursday morning and Friday night.
About the Role
Beyond the Streets is a UK charity with over 20 years’ experience of partnering with women in the sex industry, to see them safe from coercion, violence and abuse. We deliver trauma-informed, person-centred support, provide training, and create resources and reports informed by research, lived experience, and practitioner experience.
Our ‘Direct Work’ is central to the organisation, and we are looking to recruit a new Women’s Support Worker.
Taking a woman-centred approach, your role is to provide holistic support for women with complex needs who want support, or to exit the sex industry. We are looking for someone with energy, motivation and experience of working with vulnerable adults; someone who a highly developed sense of self-awareness who can work in a gender and trauma informed way.
This role will be part of a small team of support workers, and a service manager, who deliver an in-person support service, with women who sell sex on-street in East London. You will have frontline experience of working with individuals who experience multiple disadvantage. This might be in the VAWG sector, domestic abuse, substance misuse, mental health or counselling or direct experience of women in the sex industry. You will have a good understanding of working with vulnerable people and be aware of the need for Safeguarding.
You will be a champion of the cause, have a passion for supporting women who face multiple disadvantages and be familiar with the Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG) sector.

As Philanthropy Manager, you will work closely with the Head of Philanthropy and Development team. You will actively manage a pool of individual donors to cultivate, steward and solicit donations for exhibitions, education, and programmes. You will have great administrative and communication skills, with the ability to communicate with high-net-worth people, and a sound understanding of fundraising and the sector. There is no line management responsibility for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Work with the Head of Philanthropy to implement and refine the organisation's major giving strategy, with a focus on securing mid-to-high level gifts.
- Manage a portfolio of donors and prospects, ensuring personalised cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship activities.
- Develop compelling fundraising proposals, working closely with Programmes colleagues to gather project and financial information.

About the role

The Role:
As Senior Philanthropy Manager, you will secure long term, high value relationships with major donors and family trusts and foundations, personally securing 5 and 6-figure gifts. You will be responsible for developing an excellent stewardship programme which grows unrestricted income and nurtures relationships with Ataxia UK's existing major donors. You will also lead the development of our strategy to identify, cultivate and secure gifts from new donors.
You will use excellent communication skills to write compelling and tailored cases for support. As a key member of the Fundraising & Communications department, you will bring creativity, insight and experience to the team, and you will be a confident ambassador and representative internally and externally.
This brand-new role is vital to the growth and ongoing sustainability of Ataxia UK. Working closely with the Director of Fundraising & Communications and the wider team, the Senior Philanthropy Manager will lead the delivery of our strategy to build a sustainable pipeline of major donors and family trusts and foundations which enables growth in our unrestricted income year-on-year. The right candidate will be a natural relationship builder with a proven track record of securing high value, long term partnerships with major donors.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Help identify new, and build existing, relationships with individual major donors and family trusts and foundations, personally securing five and six figure gifts
- Work with the Director of Fundraising & Communications to recruit and line-manage a Philanthropy Consultant (fixed-term) for a discrete exercise to research and populate a pipeline of new major donor prospects
- Manage the continued identification of prospective donors and donor research
- Develop a peer-to-peer network of engaged major donors who give to and fundraise for AUK
- Build and maintain a moves-management stewardship strategy for a portfolio of donors and prospects
- Design and deliver a range of income-generating cultivation events or other engagement opportunities
