The Supporter Services Team Leader will be responsible for promoting and delivering excellent supporter care to existing, potential and previous supporters of Battersea, developing relationships and maximising income for Battersea.
They will be a point of escalation for the supporter services team and will support and develop a team of volunteers. The role will lead on key fundraising products, proactively sharing information with stakeholders.
Objectives
- Provide first line of support to Supporter Services Administrators to ensure donations are processed promptly and efficiently and update the Income Generation database with accurate donation and supporter information
- Prepare and share weekly rota's allocating tasks per day for Supporter Services Administrators
- Ensure that volunteers, who assist the team to handle supporter enquiries, are appropriately recruited, trained and supported
- Decide the workload of the volunteers to get the maximum mutual benefit
- Take the lead on key products working with product owners to ensure the best supporter care
- Review and improve the volunteer team’s outputs for quality and accuracy, suggesting and implementing improvements as necessary
- Act within all relevant legislation and sector best practice, including PCI DSS compliance, the Data Protection Act, Gift Aid rules and regulations and the Institute of Fundraising and Fundraising Regulator codes of conduct

Main Responsibilities:

About the role
We are looking for an experienced marcomms professional to help us upscale our campaigns activity. From leading the national Tomorrow’s Engineers Week campaign and leveraging external awareness days to increasing audience engagement with our work, this is a varied role working across the marketing, communications, PR mix. We are seeking a new Finance and Administration Officer following the upcoming retirement of a long-serving team member. A key member of the SLA central office team, the Finance and Administration Officer plays a vital role in ensuring smooth financial operations and providing essential administrative support for our membership. Financial operations and record-keeping

As Voice 21 embarks on its ambitious next five-year strategy, we are looking to strengthen our team with a talented and ambitious Fundraising Manager. What can we offer you?
The salary band for this role is £40,000 - £46,000 per annum, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
You will start with 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (which increases after 2 years), plus additional time off to volunteer. Asylum Matters is looking for a dynamic campaigner committed to upholding the rights of people seeking asylum in Yorkshire & Humber and across the UK at a critical time. Asylum Matters plays a significant role in working towards positive change for refugees and people seeking asylum. We are a small team based around the UK, working locally and nationally with an extensive network of partners to advocate for progressive change in the asylum system. We work with frontline organisations and people with lived experience across the UK on a range of issues that affect people in the asylum system. We co-lead the award-winning Lift the Ban coalition campaign, that brings together almost 300 organisations calling for the right to work for people seeking asylum. The Yorkshire & Humber Campaigns Manager also lead our Lift the Ban campaign Nationally, working with our powerful coalition to raise our collective voices and call for working rights for people in the asylum system.
We are a facilitator of collaboration and joint action. Our work helps strengthen collective advocacy on asylum reform and ensures it is informed by the reality on the ground. We became an independent charity in 2021 and have ambitious plans for the future as we seek to maximise the potential of our collaborative campaigning model and identify opportunities for change at local, regional and national levels, in a challenging external environment.
The successful candidate will work in partnership with local organisations and networks in Yorkshire & Humber to develop and implement strategies for achieving change locally and nationally. They will have experience of developing and delivering impactful campaigns that have achieved change. They will be an effective communicator, able to build strong partnerships and work collaboratively with partners. They will be proactive, able to spot influencing opportunities and quickly mobilise support to respond to them. They will have a commitment to the vision of a fairer and more effective asylum system, and to empowering and working with those with direct experience of it.
We are particularly keen to hear from people with lived experience of the UK asylum system, anyone with lived experience who meets the essential criteria will be granted an interview.

Championing new ideas in contemporary art since 1970, the gallery has presented pioneering exhibitions for half a century from a wide range of emerging practitioners to the most internationally recognised artists of our time.
This is a full-time, permanent role paying a salary of £34,000 - £37,500 per annum and the postholder will be working in a hybrid model from their offices in London.
The Trusts, and Foundations Manager will be responsible for preparing applications to trusts, foundations, statutory funders and cultural institutes in line with agreed priorities and strategy. Reporting to the Head of Trusts, Foundations & Government, you will deliver in collaboration the trust fundraising strategy and identify and research opportunities to build active pipelines of new trust prospects for Serpentine projects.
The selected candidate will have a demonstrable track record of securing grants from trusts, foundations and other grant-making bodies and will have extensive experience of developing grant funding bids, evaluation reports and project budgets. You will have outstanding ability to write compelling and concise grant fundraising materials drawing upon diverse forms of information and data.
