The role:

Project Administration

• Provide administrative support for specialty projects, ensuring key deadlines and milestones are tracked.
• Assist with project documentation, including maintaining records, updating trackers, and organising files.
• Schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes, ensuring follow-up actions are recorded and monitored.
• Support project reporting by collating data and preparing summaries for stakeholders.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to coordinate project activities.

Administration of examination database and systems

• Maintain digital question banks in line with policy and procedures
• Process examination candidate applications
• Process examination candidate requests and complaints/appeals

General administration

• Manage the specialty team mailbox and act as first point of contact for queries
• Maintain up to date records on Customer Relationship management system (CRM) and ePortfolio, ensuring accurate and accessible information
• Provide administrative support for Specialty Training Board and its sub-committees, including managing meeting attendance, circulating papers, taking minutes and tracking actions.
• Maintain accurate version control of documents by systematically updating and tracking revisions, ensuring proper documentation of changes and adherence to version control protocols
• Assist in organising online and in-person events, workshops, and training as needed
• Assist with diary management and scheduling of meetings for team members.
• Maintain assets and resources on Training Hub and website
• Provide ad hoc administrative support throughout the year, across the portfolio

Turning Tides is a charity that supports people experiencing homelessness in West Sussex. While our central office is in Worthing, our work spans the county – from East Grinstead to Littlehampton and across areas in between. The Fundraising team is small but mighty. About the role

The Fundraising Officer will work closely with the Fundraising Manager on a wide range of tasks, ensuring our messages reach the right people in the right way. This could include giving talks at local community groups such as schools and churches, delivering fundraising, stewardship of fundraisers and donors. This role will include weekend and evening work to support our fundraising events.

As the new Events Senior Partner you will grow the number of events, increase income, and lift quality and safety. You’ll lead flagship events, (Crufts and the Gala), challenge events, and make it easy for volunteers and supporters to host great community events. You will build simple toolkits, manage suppliers, and keep clear budgets and risk plans. You will record activity in the database and share short, useful reports

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• A proven track record in successful events planning and delivery (including budgets and suppliers).
• Knowledge of practical risk assessment and H&S basics for events.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; with the ability to give clear instruction and briefings.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability work under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels including volunteers and external partners.
• Full UK driving licence; willingness to travel and work some evenings/weekends

A background in charity and /or challenge events is desirable, as well as experience with contactless giving and JustGiving templates. Basic reporting (Excel) and cost/£ analysis would be an advantage.

North Bristol Advice Centre is recruiting an experienced Money Advice Caseworker to join our busy debt team, delivering high quality debt advice to communities in North Bristol and South Gloucestershire. The post is 28hrs per week, based in our friendly office in Lockleaze a minimum of 2 days per week, and is funded by the Money Advice and Pension Service.

You will support individuals facing financial difficulties, helping them to navigate complex and challenging issues with reliance and compassion. This role requires someone who can manage a high caseload independently while delivering professional, client centered debt advice. An approved intermediary, or the desire to qualify as an intermediary, would be preferred.

The Role

As Finance Business Partner (Grants), you will play a key role in ensuring robust financial management across a diverse portfolio of grants and contracts. Acting as a strategic partner to both finance and programme teams, you’ll provide financial insight, ensure donor compliance, and drive best practice throughout the grant lifecycle from proposal to closeout.

About You

You will be a qualified, part-qualified, or QBE accountant with strong financial management experience and excellent technical accounting skills. You’ll have a sharp understanding of how accounting operates within large, international organisations and demonstrable experience with institutional donor finance (e.g. FCDO, SIDA, Irish Aid, AFD). Experience working within multi-entity or international grant-funded environments, where collaboration across HQ and field teams is key, will be a strong advantage. You’ll also be confident working within complex reporting environments.

Imagine This is the only UK charity solely dedicated to supporting the mental wellbeing of seriously ill children and their families. Founded in 2014 by actors Sarah Parish MBE and Jim Murray MBE in memory of their first daughter Ella-Jayne, the charity has rebranded from The Murray Parish Trust to Imagine This in 2025. The charity is now leading a national movement to address a hidden mental health crisis in seriously ill children.

There are one million children in the UK facing life-limiting, life-threatening, and serious chronic conditions. These children are at much higher risk of long-term mental health difficulties that can become more complex and difficult to treat, on top of living with often complex medical needs. This role will be responsible for an effective and compliant operations function (finance, HR, programmes/projects, governance). You will help the charity to scale its operations sustainably and ensure the charity complies with its legal and governance responsibilities. We are looking for a proactive individual who has an eye for detail in data and administration. You will be ambitious and entrepreneurial, with real vision and a passion for the cause. You will be resilient and collaborative, someone who is highly organised with the ability to juggle a diverse and high workload.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance and HR

• Liaise with outsourced bookkeepers (also payroll providers) to ensure timely/accurate information flow.
• Oversee income and expenditure budgets and performance, processing of donations and scheduled payments, and ensuring accurate and consistent coding.
• Work with accountants to support year-end accounts and coordinate annual report production.
• Produce and circulate monthly management accounts and other reports for the Board.
• Support Trustees with designated responsibilities e.g. finance, risk, governance.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding and HR record-keeping (including freelancers).
• Maintain accurate, compliant data in our CRM (Donorfy), including prompt input of donations.

Charitable projects

• Support the planning and coordination of secured charitable projects, liaising with project partners, monitoring delivery milestones, payment schedule and working with the wider team to maximise success.
• Compiling project monitoring/evaluation data from project partners to support excellent impact reporting.

Governance and operations

Together with the volunteer Charity Secretary:

• Coordination of Board meetings and AGMs, agendas, papers and minutes.
• Maintain central registers (trustee attendance/terms, governance documents, policies, risk, safeguarding training etc).
• Fulfil statutory and regulatory responsibilities, including filing of annual accounts.
• Advise trustees on governance best practice, in line with Charity Commission guidance.
• Management of policies, procedures and operational systems (including the CRM) that strengthen internal controls and identify opportunities to improve cost efficiency.
• Prepare Quarterly reports for the Board, and upon request.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the Fundraising Code of Practice, including delivering the responsibility of data protection lead.
• Maintain relationships with volunteer Independent Advisors and commissioned service providers e.g. finance, HR and legal to ensure compliance/best practice.

The ideal candidate

To be considered for this role you should meet the following criteria:

• Deliver support to people experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping in the borough of Tower Hamlets.

• Conduct person-centred assessments with individuals who self-present at the service for support.

• Agree support plans with service users to move into accommodation and access specialist services that address the underlying causes of their homelessness.

• Make referrals into Tower Hamlets and Pan-London local authority housing options services, in line with the Homelessness Reduction Act.

• Work with partner agencies to provide joint support to service users where appropriate.

• Build relationships with housing providers and the private rented sector to expand the portfolio of affordable referral routes into accommodation.

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to create positive working relationships with a wide range of people, including external services.

• Contribute to the development of the service, ensuring a solution-focused and strengths-based approach in all areas of work.

The role

As Finance Business Partner, you will play a key operational role within the finance function, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day financial activities, supporting programme delivery through robust financial management, and maintaining compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.

This role is hands-on and collaborative, working closely with internal teams and the Finance Officer to deliver accurate financial reporting, manage invoicing cycles, oversee treasury and insurance functions, and provide practical financial support across Foundations.

About you

We are looking for someone with proven experience in a management accounting role, ideally within the public sector or a charity.

You will have:

• A strong track record of producing management accounts, forecasts, and financial analysis.
