About the role
As Marketing Manager (Telemarketing & Regular Giving Growth), you will develop and deliver effective telemarketing and cross-channel campaigns to grow the value of our Regular Giving base. By understanding donor motivations, you will deliver campaigns that prompt action and drive income through upgrade, conversion, cross-sell, winback, reactivation, and stewardship activity.
You will work within a multi-disciplinary squad, collaborate closely with colleagues across Public Impact, and manage relationships with external agencies to deliver engaging, data-driven campaigns that keep our supporters at the heart of everything we do.
In this role, you will:
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary squad to engage supporters and grow the lifetime value of our Regular Giving base, using data and insight to understand audience needs and motivations.
- Plan and deliver telemarketing campaigns with a multi-channel approach to achieve ambitious regular giving growth income and donor conversion targets.
- Drive upgrade, cross-sell, reactivation, winback and conversion telemarketing campaigns utilising Email, Direct Mail, and SMS, ensuring optimal performance and return on investment.
- Develop inspiring, audience-focused creative and calling guides, working with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high-quality supporter experiences.
- Collaborate with data and insight teams to develop robust campaign selections, embedding test-and-learn principles to improve results.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, sharing insights and learnings to inform future activity.
About you
To be successful, it is important that you have:
- Significant experience delivering telemarketing campaigns that grow existing customer or supporter value.
- Experience planning and delivering multi-channel integrated marketing campaigns, including Telemarketing, Direct Mail, Email, and SMS.
- Strong project management skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex campaigns on time and to budget.
- Experience managing external partners, including telemarketing and creative agencies, to deliver high-quality work.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

About the role
This is a new role which will help to deliver a pilot strategy to grow long-term sustainable income by enhancing Breast Cancer Now’s on-the-ground presence locally.
Joining the relationship fundraising team and working closely with the high value partnerships team, this role is responsible for cultivating new long-term relationships and, in turn, driving fundraising income.
Uniquely, the post holder will help to implement a large-scale trial to further grow Tickled Pink, an award-winning partnership between Asda, Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel! which has raised over £100m. The goal is to grow both engagement and future income by directly supporting colleagues across Asda stores in their local area.
In addition, this role will establish and grow a portfolio of supporters in the northwest by cultivating relationships with new and warm supporters including individuals, clubs, societies and local companies. It will also line manage two community fundraisers based in Scotland.
What’s special about this role is that you’ll be working alongside a supportive, innovative and fun team which has delivered continued growth in fundraising over the last five years.
The is the first time the charity has had a community fundraiser locally based in the northwest. It is one of five new roles being introduced as part of the pilot, and the goal is that they all become permanent.
About you
You’re a pro at cultivating long term relationships with a variety of new supporters to generate income, and have great community fundraising experience working with individuals, local companies and clubs and societies.
You’re proactive and can work in a flexible and agile way; perhaps you’ve helped to deliver successful pilots in the past. You’re solution focused and experienced in developing and delivering ideas to grow income and engagement in the short and long term.
With great communication skills, you’re a team player and love working independently as well as part of a large team with various stakeholders.

Primary location of role and hybrid working
This is a remote role, and the candidate will need to be based in Manchester, Liverpool or the surrounding area. Regular travel will be required to meet supporters and visit Asda stores in your region, as well as to our offices in London, Sheffield and Glasgow.

The Senior Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in leading Alzheimer's Research UK's social media function, driving supporter growth, brand awareness, engagement, and income; as well as significantly advancing our influencing and advocacy goals. This role is a key investment in transforming our social media output, aligning with the broader Digital, Data and Technology and Strategic Marketing plans that are developing our future operating model.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing a compelling, integrated, proactive and reactive organic social media strategy that positions Alzheimer's Research UK as the leading voice in dementia research in the UK. This role will ensure our social media presence consistently reflects the highest standards of quality and creativity, while driving our strategic roadmap across platforms. Beyond responding to conversations and trends, this role will help the charity contribute to discussions, shape narratives, and influence public dialogue in ways that support our mission and values. You will lead a talented and passionate team, continuing to build a high-performing environment and acting as a visible ambassador for our socials both internally and externally.
Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Strategic Leadership
· Social Media Strategy Development: Build on an existing comprehensive, integrated social media strategy aligned with our fundraising, brand, communication, influencing, and advocacy goals, ensuring it contributes to our organisational strategy.
· Team Leadership & Management: Provide strong leadership and line management to the Social Media Manager, continue to build a high-performing social team of five others, setting clear objectives, and supporting their professional development.
· Cross-Organisational Integration: Work closely with senior colleagues across the organisation to integrate social media into wider marketing and organisational objectives, ensuring a fully prioritised, holistic 'engagement-first' approach.
· Future-Proofing & AI Adoption: Lead the strategic exploration, development, and implementation of AI tools within the social media function, identifying opportunities for AI while ensuring human guardianship for brand consistency and strategic alignment.
· Performance Reporting: Be accountable for social media performance, providing detailed and accurate reporting to senior stakeholders, using data and insights to drive optimisation and inform future strategies.
Operational Excellence & Innovation
· Content Strategy & Oversight: Oversee the development and delivery of proactive social media content that resonates with a range of audiences across multiple platforms (e.g. people with dementia/carers, decision-makers, supporters, wider public). This content should come from multiple teams and sources; and this role will focus on ensuring the highest levels of quality.
· Breaking News & Responsiveness: Ensure the team can react quickly and appropriately to breaking news and channel-specific trends, developing and executing robust processes and protocols for rapid, impactful responses.
· Community Management Excellence: Champion and oversee best-in-class community management, ensuring empathetic, timely, and on-brand interactions with our supporters, stakeholders and the public.
· Target Audience Engagement: Work with teams across the organisation to develop and manage processes to engage with key target audiences including celebrities, influencers, politicians and fundraisers.
· Out-of-Hours Coverage: Implement and manage a formalised structure for out-of-hours cover, ensuring consistent responsiveness and shared responsibility across the social team.
Collaboration & Empowerment
· Internal Training & Upskilling: Drive internal digital and social literacy by providing expert guidance, training, and support to other teams across the organisation, enabling greater shared ownership of social media best practices.

Additional Information:
Ways of working: As part of our Agile ways of working you will be required to work approximately 2 days a week from the office, which is subject to the requirements of the role and the business needs. Flexibility on where you work can be split between working from home and our office.

The Role
As Deputy Shop Manager at our Ripon Shop you will manage the day-to-day operation of the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager, including managing a team of volunteers, ensuring accurate accounting and handling of assets, delivering high standards of customer service, and adhering to all charity policies and procedures. You will lead by example and ensure that volunteers, supporters, donors, and customers understand how their contributions are making a difference to the lives of people in Yorkshire and beyond.
Specifically, you will:
· Play an active part in running our shop in Ripon, supporting the Shop Manager in implementing processes and ways of working.
· Provide cover for days off, holidays and sickness as required, with possible occasional travel to other shops to provide support if needed by the charity.
· Support the Shop Manager to maximise the income and profit of the shop through active stock management, replenishment, and rotation.
· Manage a team of well-trained volunteers in the absence of the Shop Manager and take every effort to create a positive retail environment.
· Ensure there are sufficient volunteers to support the effective operation of the shop during all opening hours.
· Support the Shop Manager to ensure the shop is presented to the highest standards with attractive visual merchandising and attractive window displays.
· Support the Shop Manager to ensure that all charity policies, shop standards and operating procedures are communicated effectively to all volunteers and are maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
· Support the Shop Manager to ensure accurate accounting and handling of assets (items donated and money received).
· Support the Shop Manager to ensure accurate record keeping of items donated and the amount paid for each item for Gift Aid tax reclaim purposes.
· Create a welcoming professional atmosphere and deliver high standards of customer service for all customers and supporters.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will need:
· To ideally be educated to GCSE level or equivalent but not essential.
· Experience of managing people/volunteers including recruitment and development.
· To be highly organised with good time management skills.
· To be able to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.
· To be able to use own initiative.
· To be resilient and adaptable to change.
· To have good planning, guiding and motivation skills to successfully achieve targeted income is desirable.

St Martin-in-the-Fields Charity (SMITFC) is looking for a strategic, relationship-driven Trusts and Foundations Manager to help shape the future of our income generation from charitable trusts and foundations. This is a pivotal role within our Philanthropy, Trusts and Foundations Team, working to ensure that we not only maintain but significantly grow our sustainable income streams in support of people experiencing homelessness and extreme vulnerability.
Working alongside the Philanthropy Manager and Prospect Researcher, this role will be responsible for identifying and securing new 5-6 figure+ gifts, maintaining and deepening engagement with our existing funding partners and developing a pipeline of future funding opportunities designed to spread risk and build for a reliable, realistic income growth over time.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
- Work with the Head of Philanthropy, Trusts and Foundations (P&TF) to develop the Charity’s Trust and Foundations growth strategy ensuring it maximises sustainable net income from both general and restricted Trust and Foundation funding sources, diversifies income and starts to spread income timelines away from a reliance on our Christmas appeal period.
- Work collaboratively across the charity to acquire an excellent knowledge and understanding of SMITFC values and programmes, to inform the creation of bespoke donor materials, cases for support, funding proposals and reports.
- Lead on the creation and submission of bespoke proposals and reports to existing Trusts and Foundations, maintaining accurate development and submission deadlines and excellent records of progress and outcomes on CRM.
- Lead on the cultivation and maintenance of strong relationships with existing funders and trustees, identifying opportunities for key decision makers to become active and engaged in the Charity’s activities, whilst gaining a greater understanding of a project’s long term aims and consequent impact.
- Work in collaboration with the Prospect Researcher to develop a pipeline of new 5-6 figure + Trusts and Foundations prospects able to give within the next 3 years.
- Lead on the bespoke stewardship and engagement of newly identified 5-6 figure + Trusts and Foundations prospects and ensure that submission deadlines are met, and reporting schedules observed.
- Work with the P&TF team to deliver our annual Christmas Appeal – to include the development of the P&TF Christmas Appeal 2025, deliver the annual Christmas Appeal Launch event, and optimize the use of social medial and other platforms to reach potential new funders over the Christmas period and beyond.
- Work with the P&TF team to develop the high value offering for the 100 Anniversary appeal 2026.
- Ensure that resources and budgets are managed effectively and provide Trust and Foundation fundraising financial information as required by the Head of P&TF – including contributing to income risk assessments, identifying gaps or shifts in funding and support contingency planning with the wider P&TF team.
- Ensure accurate records of funding opportunities, donor contact details and prospect research are maintained across CRM and finance systems.
- Work collaboratively with SMITF partner charities to align stewardship, donor asks and maximise income.
Experience and Skills
We are looking for someone who has:
- A positive, collaborative, creative mindset, who likes working as a part of high functioning team and enjoys building relationships across an organisation whilst having the confidence and autonomy to drive things forward and advocate for doing things differently.
- A strong record of securing and managing major Trust and Foundation partnerships, including six-figure grants.
- Demonstrable experience of building tailored cases for support to a range of funders
- Experience of collaborating with internal teams in the creation of funding proposals and reports.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including trustees and high-level volunteers.
- Experience of balancing managing relationships with high value funders, managing expectations and negotiating challenges.
- Experience of optimizing prospect research to identify and develop a funding pipeline
- Experience of optimising CRM systems to help monitor and report on fundraising activity.

This role does require weekend work (although not at your desk) as you’ll be out and about cheering on our participants. A full UK driver’s license is preferred and a willingness to drive a van is a bonus. You will be compensated for your weekend work with days in lieu.

About you:
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager with a passion for project management, strong account management skills and a creative eye.
- Marketing skills: experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned with a particular focus on digital channels
- Results-focussed: ability to analyse data to report on performance and make decisions for optimisation
- Project management and leadership: experience in leading individuals or teams to deliver a project, setting clear goals and delegating tasks effectively
- Financial skills: proven track-record of hitting financial targets and managing expenditure budgets
- Creativity: has a passion for social first creative and delivering engaging content across different mediums
- Communication: an ability to communicate clearly with a range of different people, with confidence to influence and negotiate to drive projects forwards, as needed
- Relationship management: an ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and external partners, which enable productive collaboration on projects

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to design and deliver Christian Aid's first unified supporter journey framework, creating seamless, inspiring experiences that drive engagement, giving, and long-term loyalty.
Reporting to the Head of Public Fundraising, but working across the wider department and beyond, this role will:
-Lead our first Supporter Experience Strategy, uniting teams across the organisation.
-Map, refine, and innovate supporter journeys, identifying opportunities for deeper connection.
-Harness data and supporter insights to drive evidence-based decisions.
-Foster innovation, testing new technologies and approaches to enhance engagement.
-Train and equip teams to deliver consistently excellent supporter experiences.
About you
In addition to a passion for Supporter Experience, some of the essential skills and experience we're looking for are:
-Significant experience in a supporter experience role or delivering journey strategy.
-A track record creating and delivering multichannel communications.
-Strong data and analytical skills to refine approaches and measure success.
-Excellent collaboration, influencing, and project management abilities.
Experience with CRM systems, matrix management, KPI measurement or leading change initiatives is desirable, but most importantly, you'll have a supporter-first mindset and the drive to inspire meaningful connections.
