· Lead on the strategic planning and implementation of income generation activities to help build sustainability of The Carers’ Centre and its services for 19,600 unpaid carers across Bath and North East Somerset.

· Develop and implement a stewardship programme for donors and funders building support and securing new income for The Carers’ Centre.

· Work collaboratively with colleagues to help deliver The Carers’ Centre vision for carers.

Income generation

· Design and deliver a diverse income generation plan to support philanthropy and fundraising in line with The Carers’ Centre Strategic Plan.

· Co-produce annual philanthropy and fundraising targets and take the lead responsibility to instigate and co-ordinate the activity that will achieve them.

· Build long-lasting relationships with key local philanthropists, donors, and funders.

· Work proactively with colleagues to research, identify and scope a portfolio of compelling projects and proposals that will appeal to donors and funders.

As Project Manager for My Nature Play, you will play a pivotal role in delivering one of LtL’s most ambitious and exciting Early Years projects. You will coordinate a national delivery team from our England or Scotland office, manage staff and LtL accredited network, support evaluation, and ensure that the project achieves measurable impact for practitioners, children and families. 

You will need:  

• Experience of managing large-scale, multi-site or multi-partner projects (ideally within education, environment or charity sectors).

• A passion for the importance of Early Years.

• Strong understanding of project planning, delivery and reporting processes.

• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple priorities.

About the role

This is a great opportunity to lead on the day-to-day delivery of the Breast Cancer Now’s in memory giving programme and play a key role in bringing our 5-year strategy to life.

The role blends relationship-building, administration and project management.

You’ll:

-Foster long‑term, multi‑faceted relationships with people giving in memory, and deliver compassionate, personalised stewardship, so all supporters feel valued.

You’ll work with colleagues across the organisation and help identify opportunities to engage supporters in meaningful ways.

-Maintain the database up to date and drawing on data insights, you’ll help monitor performance, identify trends, opportunities for developments and support improvements to the programme.

-Gain exposure to a broad range of fundraising disciplines such as one‑off donations, regular gifts and community fundraising, and work with both internal and external stakeholders on a range of different projects.

About you

You’re a confident communicator with a natural ability to build strong, meaningful relationships—whether it’s through a warm phone call, a thoughtful email, or an in-person conversation. You understand how to engage and retain supporters by delivering high-quality stewardship and take pride in going above and beyond. You’re highly organised and detail-oriented and thrive in an environment where you’re managing a variety of tasks and multiple deadlines.

Your written communication is both sensitive and compelling, particularly when connecting with individuals who may be sharing personal, and sometimes emotional, experiences.

You’re comfortable working independently but also enjoy being part of a collaborative team where ideas and insights are shared. With strong analytical skills and a proactive mindset, you're always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance supporter experience.

Most of all, you bring empathy, curiosity, and enthusiasm to everything you do, and you're motivated by the opportunity to make a meaningful difference through your work.

Primary location of role and hybrid working

This role is primarily based in our London office. Our hybrid working model allows you to work up to 3 days per week at home.

A Finance Officer is required within our vital and growing community organisation to; manage financial systems, create and report on finance to the trustee board and stakeholders of the Loughborough Community Centre.

What you would do:

Oversight and day to day management of the organisational financial systems, including:

• Using Quick Books, spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending.
• Company payroll, tax and financial auditing.
• Keeping well-organised files and records of business financial activity.
• Archive of reports, receipts, and other financial evidence.
• Keeping financial databases up to date.
• Interacting with customers either on the phone or in person.
• Following up on business financial communications, billing, and ordering.
• Communicating with funders, suppliers and vendors.
• Company Invoicing.
• Using Quick Books, spreadsheets to track expenses and company spending.
• Collecting and inputting company data within the financial systems.
• Learning about the company's mission and available products/services.
• Assist with financial technical support.
• Acting as a personal assistant to the Director and/or board of LCC for financial matters.
• Giving feedback on finance efficiency and suggesting possible improvements.
