As Learning Design and Assessment Manager you will play a key role in developing curriculum and content for our online courses, drawing on your experience and knowledge of teaching and learning to provide a coherent learning experience, ensuring that all content is of a very high quality and informed by the latest research and evidence. • develop the curriculum and write and commission course content and materials for teachers and school leaders

• design and develop assessments to support teacher certification and accreditation

• work with schools and organisations to support ongoing engagement in courses and programmes

About the role:

The finance assistant is part of the Finance and Resources function and reports to the Head of Finance. The role will run until March 2026 in the first instance, with potential for extension.

The EdTech Evidence Lead will play a key role in delivering one of our key projects, focusing on EdTech Evidence. Drawing on their experience and knowledge of EdTech, they will support EdTech companies and educators to build understanding about gathering and evaluating evidence for different EdTech products. They will develop guidance and materials to facilitate this, and work with internal colleagues and external stakeholders to develop resources, systems and processes that aim to promote and recognise ‘high-quality’ evidence around EdTech. 

Main responsibilities include:

• Developing tools and resources to support individuals and organisations to engage with, and in, gathering and evaluating evidence around EdTech
• Developing guidance and training which helps EdTech companies plan and carry out evidence-gathering activities for their products and prepares them to submit evidence for formal review
• Contributing to the development and delivery of processes and systems for formally reviewing EdTech evidence
• Build relationships with EdTech companies and other key stakeholders to understand their use of evidence relating to EdTech and engage them with the project
• Liaising with a range of stakeholders to promote the use of EdTech evidence and seek input into the design and development of key project deliverables
• Representing the project externally to promote engagement with both the project, and with EdTech evidence generally
• Leading on the delivery of key project deliverables and monitoring progress towards these.

About the Role

Carriers of Hope is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to lead the logistics and practical support side of our work. This is a key leadership role, responsible for making sure that essential donated goods—food, clothing, furniture, and baby items—are received, organised, and distributed efficiently to the refugee and migrant families we support across Coventry.

You’ll oversee multiple projects, manage a committed team of staff and volunteers, and help shape the systems that make our work possible. From running our warehouse and coordinating van deliveries, to leading the House to Home furniture scheme, this is a hands-on, people-focused role with real impact.

We're looking for someone who brings strong coordination and problem-solving skills, has experience in logistics or operations, and is confident leading a team in a fast-moving environment. You’ll also play a key role in embedding sustainability into everything we do. A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.

Established in 1996, Dialogue School Counselling is a BACP accredited school counselling service covering Sussex and Surrey.

We are recruiting for an experienced and qualified School Counsellor on a permanent basis at our well-established Dialogue School Counselling service at Felpham Community College in Felpham, Bognor Regis. You will be working with a range of clients within the Dialogue Thresholds and working to a 6-8 session model. You will be working alongside another experienced Dialogue School Counsellor and working closely with the Student Services Pastoral team at the college.

Key responsibilities

• Run a suitable appointment system flexible to the needs of the school, offering students appropriate assessments and counselling appointments
• Manage the tight time boundaries of the role and the often complex and varied workload
• Liaise with school staff over referrals, waiting lists and appointments
• Carry out initial clinical and risk assessments and establish appropriate referral pathways with other services where appropriate. Continually assess risk throughout each student’s counselling.
• Follow YMCA Dialogue safeguarding procedures; to know who the School’s Designated Safeguarding Officer/s is and how to contact them when a safeguarding concern arises
• Work at all times within the BACP Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions
•  Maintain individual membership of the BACP and to become a Registered Member (or other professional body such as HCPC)
• You will establish good professional working relationships with key school staff

Marketing, Communications & Fundraising Lead (Part Time)

BAPM Team Administrator

The Team Administrator for the British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM), is a varied and vital role in which you will provide administrative support for the Association’s activities, such as supporting the working and steering groups, minute taking, managing the application process, adding events to our website and sending email newsletters.  

As Team Administrator for the BAPM, you will manage the administration for the BAPM endorsement process and run the administration for the student essay competition and the BAPM Awards.

Reporting to the BAPM Chief Executive, you will work as part of a team of five staff members, therefore flexibility of duties and roles will be required. As a crucial member of a small team, it is essential for you to develop and maintain an understanding of perinatal issues in order to appreciate the wider impact of BAPM’s work. Ideally the role is for 35 hours per week but 28 hours per week can be offered for the right candidate.

Educated to a good standard, you should have substantial experience of providing administrative support to a busy team and be capable of prioritising competing demands and delivering to deadlines. With experience of organising online meetings and taking notes, ideally you will have a background in using online forms to collect and present data and be adept at managing a shared email inbox, running webinars and updating websites using a content management system.

An excellent team player with outstanding organisational, communication and customer service skills, you should be self-motivated and have the ability to act in a professional manner and manage sensitive and confidential information.

The ability to undertake occasional travel for BAPM meetings and conferences would be desirable.
