About the Role
The Operations Manager will provide oversight across administration, compliance, governance, facilities and HR to ensure the Angelou Centre operates effectively and efficiently. You will ensure that the Centre is safe and welcoming for staff and service users, maintains compliant and efficient operational systems, and deliver key projects on time and to high standards.
This is a key leadership role requiring strong organisational, problem-solving, and people-management skills, with the ability to design and embed systems that strengthen our work and improve our workplace.
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Has significant experience in an operations, administration, or HR role. Ideally within the charity sector.
- Has excellent knowledge of HR best practice within the UK, with experience within learning and development.
- Is excited to join The Angelou Centre during a period of growth, working strategically with the Executive Director to strengthen and improve HR practices.
- Demonstrate strong leadership skills to develop and inspire staff teams, embedding a culture of learning, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Communications and Campaigns Lead to deliver high-impact public communications and campaigns that strengthen Z2K’s profile, influence change and support our fundraising goals.
Working closely with the Director of Policy & Engagement and colleagues across the organisation, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of engaging communications and campaign activity across digital, media and supporter channels. You will also mobilise supporters and communities for in-person actions that amplify our campaigns and deepen public engagement.
You’ll play a key role in bringing our new organisational strategy and planned rebrand to life - ensuring our external messaging reflects our values, demonstrates our impact, and helps secure the income and influence needed to deliver our mission.
A core part of the role will involve ensuring our fundraising communications are compelling and strategic, helping us build stronger relationships with supporters and funders. Equally, you’ll work with colleagues and communities to design and deliver campaigns that are shaped and delivered by people with living experience of poverty.

About You
You’ll be a skilled and creative communications and campaigns professional, with a track record of delivering high-impact, audience-focused content and activity across digital, media and supporter channels. You’re confident managing multiple priorities, spotting opportunities in a fast-moving external environment, and adapting messaging to maximise reach and impact. Experience of in person mobilisation would be an added advantage.
You’ll bring strong project management skills and enjoy working collaboratively across teams to produce clear, compelling communications that support fundraising, influence policy, and build public pressure. Whether it’s crafting supporter actions, writing stories that centre lived experience, or securing media coverage, you’ll be comfortable leading delivery while contributing ideas to wider strategic thinking.

About The Role
St Mungo’ s Hackney Move On service provides semi-independent accommodation consisting of 39 bed spaces split between 7 shared properties to people exiting short stay/long term hostel/supported housing provisions in preparation for independent general needs accommodation. Clients accessing our services have all experienced homelessness, may be in recovery for substance or alcohol use or an addressed mental health need or are currently positively engaged with external services around any identified needs.
Our team is looking for a Housing and Lettings Worker who will play a key role in providing a welcoming, safe and supportive environment while providing housing and tenancy related management support to clients at the service. You will be responsible for the quick turn-around of bed space voids and supporting new/current clients with benefits claims, accessing relevant health care and treatment appointments and signposting to other relevant support services. Additional responsibilities will include:
- Working as part of a team in to ensure that a person-centred approach is taken when working with clients
- Advice and assistance to clients in relation to fulfilling tenancy conditions
- Advice and assistance to clients to identify and access move-on options
- Taking the lead on the process of clearing rooms when residents leave, deal with housing management and maintenance issues across our 7 sites and support the day to day running of the office and other communal areas.
Hackney Move On is staffed on a rota basis between the hours of 9am–9pm, including weekends and Bank Holidays and includes periods of lone working.
About you
This role will suit people with some experience of housing or property management, experience of providing excellent service and managing complex and difficult situations in relation to people. You should also have:
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with others whilst managing your own time.

Creative Support has an established Head Office based in Stockport. Creative Support has over thirty years in successful operations supporting over 6,500 vulnerable people nationally. We have ambitious plans to continue our successful, and person-centred services. The successful post holder will support one or two senior team members, including directors or head of departments based at Head Office and the CEO with a range of PA tasks.
Personal Assistant Duties:
· Arranging and supporting meetings.
· Minuting meetings and ensuring accurate records are kept.
· Diary management for senior staff.
· Support to organise meetings virtually and minute take some of the board meetings which will be on a scheduled basis in the evenings periodically.
The post holder must be able to plan and prioritise a varied workload, exercising appropriate judgement and responding promptly and appropriately to all enquiries. The post holder will be required to handle information of a confidential nature and must observe the highest standards of professionalism, discretion and confidentiality. The post holder will demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise professionally with service users, staff and external stakeholders.
You will also form part of the Head Office PA team. The spirit of the PA department is very much a team approach and a high degree of flexibility will be required to deputise for colleagues in their absence and support with peaks in workload. As part of your responsibilities, it is required that holiday periods are coordinated to ensure that there is sufficient PA cover to meet corporate requirements. Progression into specialised areas of the business will also be considered as you develop in this role.

About the role
As Head of Finance for EFI Group, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding the Group’s financial health, enhancing operational insight, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll lead a high-performing finance team, deliver insightful financial reporting, and act as a key business partner across all functions and subsidiaries. You will take a lead on month-end processes and reporting and preparation for the annual audit. You’ll also line manage, coach, and support junior finance team members, while providing accurate and timely financial information to budget holders across the organisation. Experience with developing integrated finance systems (Sage Intacct is in use) and the ability to work independently are essential. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a collaborative finance team where your expertise will directly support key financial decisions and continuous improvement.
About you
- Qualifications: CCAB qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA).
- Experience and Team Leadership: Proven experience in a similar finance role, including managing a team.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping and key accounting functions such as reconciliations and ledger management.
- Passion: Proactive, flexible, and a collaborative team player.
- Gravitas: Comfortable with business partnering at all levels of the business and liaising with external auditors and banks as needed.

This is a critical interim role combining operational delivery with a strategic review of their events fundraising programme. You will lead both delivery and transformation across owned and third-party events, ensuring income, return on investment and supporter experience are maximised.
As Interim Senior Events Fundraising Manager, you will:
- Lead a team of two Event Managers and two Event Officers, managing £400k income and £164k expenditure
- Oversee delivery of the Glow Walk, a flagship in-memory event with significant untapped potential
- Review the third-party challenge events portfolio (e.g. Great Wall, Sahara) and assess current formats such as Bubble Rush to decide where to invest, optimise or withdraw
- Work with the Associate Director of Fundraising to identify opportunities for growth, particularly in challenge events
- Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers
- Oversee use of their events platform (Enthuse) and CRM integration, recommending changes or alternatives if needed
- Provide monthly reporting to the Executive Leadership Team on income, KPIs and supporter engagement
Ideal skills and experience:
- Experience leading teams delivering third-party, in-aid-of, challenge and owned events
- Line management experience, including managing managers
- A track record of reviewing and improving event portfolios for income, ROI and supporter journeys
- Experience working with agencies and suppliers to deliver high-quality events
- Familiarity with event platforms such as Enthuse and CRM systems
- The ability to balance strategic priorities with hands-on delivery, including attending and supporting events
