The Trusts & Foundations Specialist will play a key role in identifying and securing grants from trusts and foundations. You will lead on researching new opportunities, crafting compelling applications, and stewarding relationships with grantmakers. We’re looking for a diligent and thoughtful writer with a sharp eye for detail and a deep interest in our work, who is also keen to contribute to the wider life of the organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Grant Prospecting & Pipeline Development

Research and maintain a pipeline of trusts and foundations aligned with OSH’s mission and growth priorities.

Work closely with OSH leadership to align fundraising priorities with programme plans and organisational growth.

Maintain up-to-date records on potential and active funders in OSH’s CRM.
Bid Writing & Submission

Write and submit high-quality, tailored applications that articulate OSH’s impact, values and plans.

Ensure applications are accurate, persuasive, and meet deadlines and funder requirements.

Collaborate with the team to gather supporting information, budgets, and case studies.
Reporting & Stewardship

Prepare timely and engaging reports for successful grants, ensuring compliance with funder requirements and strong stewardship.

Maintain excellent records and monitor deadlines for reporting and renewals.
Cross-Organisational Contribution

Coordinate annual impact reporting, including data analysis, case studies, and visual storytelling.

About the role
As our Service Charge Analyst, you won’t just crunch numbers; you’ll dig deeper. Visiting sites, verifying data, and thinking beyond the surface, you’ll uncover the true story behind service charge schedules. Your pragmatic approach will spot discrepancies, distinguish errors from necessary adjustments, and ensure every scheme’s data stands up to scrutiny.
Working closely with Asset teams and leadership, you’ll help future-proof our processes — ensuring accurate apportionments aligned with tenancy and lease agreements. Your efforts will directly impact customers, safeguarding fairness and improving data integrity across Accent.

Salary
The salary for the Service Charge Analyst post is £33,195 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. Applicants, who do not meet all the requirements of the post, will start 5% or 10% below the spot salary.
About you
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in service charge management, finance, or property services within the housing or real estate sector. Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail are essential, along with the ability to interpret complex data and identify discrepancies. A solid understanding of housing management systems, asset hierarchies, leasehold frameworks, and service charge obligations within Tenancy Agreements is required. Proficiency in Excel, finance systems, and housing management software is expected, as is the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders. The role also demands a collaborative, customer-focused approach and the ability to work confidently with both internal teams and external partners.

Function
The first priority of the charity is to provide an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor Service for the county. The post holder will be a member of the IDVA team and provide a pro-active service to victims of domestic violence to keep them safe and promote their wellbeing. They will use their skills to assess the risk a client is in, deliver a service appropriate to the level of risk and have a particular focus on providing an intensive service to those at high risk. The post holder will have the skills to act as lead professional, working to ensure an integrated service and co-ordinating multi agency work to keep people safe, in addition to working with victims and signposting to other services.

The Head of Social Policy leads the development of our thinking across public service reform, social security and housing. This role develops - and is responsible for the effective delivery of a NEF-wide social policy strategy and of projects that are delivering on this strategy. The Head of Social Policy acts as a key spokesperson for NEF and promotes our work at a local, regional and national level.
As NEF has a particular strategic focus on transforming the way policy is made so that it better reflects the lived experience of the people, communities and movements that most need change, we look to heads across our different themes to help develop and test new approaches to policy and advocacy.
The Head of Social Policy generates project ideas, oversees the development of quantitative and qualitative research, leads funding bids and manages day-to-day funder relationships. This role leads a team which both develops our thinking on social policy and provides expertise to other teams at NEF.

It plays a vital role in public protection by providing a structured, supervised environment that promotes rehabilitation and pro-social behaviour. Staff act as positive role models and work closely with probation officers, the police, and community services to help residents engage with their sentence plans and access the support they need to reintegrate safely and responsibly into society.
Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with residents, encouraging participation in communal routines such as meal preparation, and supporting purposeful activities. The role also involves monitoring curfews and drug/alcohol testing compliance, maintaining health and safety standards within t

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to lead a team of two to deliver exceptional and effective brand and marketing activity.
You’ll be responsible for the development and delivery of brand and marketing campaigns for key programmes, projects and products, aligned to our organisational priorities.
You will collaborate with colleagues across the charity, external suppliers and children and young people with cancer - and their families - to use marketing and communications approaches to achieve business goals. The AI Opportunity Fund:
The AI Opportunity Fund, led by the Centre for Public Impact with support from Google . org, is currently a €16 million initiative aimed at empowering underserved workers across Europe with essential AI skills. The programme has selected 73 organisations from hundreds of applications to provide tailored AI training to at least 20,000 workers across 24 European countries. These organisations focus on diverse communities, including rural job seekers, underemployed women, and public sector workers, aiming to bridge the digital divide and promote economic resilience. The initiative underscores AI's potential to drive social mobility and equitable growth across the continent. We are also hoping to scale our work in this area in the future.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Grants Programme Manager to ensure the successful delivery of the AI Opportunity Fund. This role is responsible for the operational leadership of the programme, ensuring that it is planned and executed effectively on time, on budget and within scope. A key focus of the role is ensuring that the grant-giving component of the programme is designed and stewarded diligently.
This is a middle management role that is primarily operational with some elements of strategic leadership. It requires strong project management skills, good grant-making practice and the ability to manage relationships with diverse partners. About You:

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Progression Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work with a caseload of around 20 women, providing personalised, trauma-informed support throughout their two-year journey with us. This includes guidance across key areas such as employment, finances, relationships, housing, and overall wellbeing.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Provide individual support and build trusting relationships with our trainees, proactively arranging face to face and online support sessions, attending appointments with them and tracking their progression.
- Offer person-centred holistic support to trainees to become independent, using our ‘Independence Tracker’ and other assessment tools to assess their needs and set targets on a regular basis.
- Liaising with trainees and the training team to help 80% of graduates to complete a minimum of 80% of their vocational training.
- Support women to complete the mentoring programme by proactively liaising with the Partnerships & Evaluation manager.
- Support trainees to apply for employment opportunities and prepare for interviews to achieve positive work outcomes.
- Support trainees during the apprenticeship process in Luminary cafe or bakeries, and support them with attending work experience days both at Luminary and at other external partners.
- Liaise effectively with other agencies involved in the care of trainees to ensure their needs are sufficiently met. This includes attending meetings with external agencies and advocating on behalf or alongside women.
- Respond quickly to safeguarding concerns, reporting appropriately to the Luminary Safeguarding Officer and the local council as necessary, supporting the individual appropriately through the process.
- Keep detailed records of all case-working according to best practice and aid in safeguarding, monitoring and evaluation.
- Build relationships with local services relevant for signposting service users to, connecting women with opportunities in line with their support plan (eg specialist services, work experience, additional courses).

About The Role:
As a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), you will share collective responsibility for managing Wandsworth Carers’ Centre (WCC) services and delivering its strategic goals.
You will be directly responsible for the management of frontline support staff (currently 3 in number) and for the volunteers aligned to those staff members/services. You will provide advocacy, referral and ongoing practical and emotional support to Carers through individual and group work as required, facilitating the monthly Male Carers peer support group and overseeing the volunteer led Male Carers Social group.
You will work collaboratively with other local agencies delivering training and undertaking outreach and in developing and maintaining partnerships and referral pathways that support Carers’ health and wellbeing.
You will share responsibility for improving, developing and growing the services to ensure that they continue to effectively meet changing needs. This will include generating new ideas for services and projects and writing fundraising applications.
