Manage and support a caseload of volunteers to empower vulnerable families in giving their children the best start in life, occasionally providing direct support.  Contribute to volunteer recruitment, training, development, and the effective day-to-day operation of the organisation

Key Responsibilities. As a HSH Co-ordinator you will:

• Carry out initial home-visits and support families to set and monitor goals
• Match volunteers with families according to need and capacity

• Monitor safeguarding concerns and liaise with the Operations Manager/Director as needed

• Support the evaluation of the impact of HSH’s volunteering programme and family support
• Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key health partners, including those from Parent Infant Mental Health Teams, Midwifery, IAPT, Perinatal Teams, Health Visiting and other groups

The Cafes Manager will take full responsibility in leading and operating a successful cafes and catering operation, giving our student members an excellent service experience every day, looking to implement our cafes operation with new and innovative ideas led by the Head of Commercial Services. The Manna Day Centre is a drop-in Centre for homeless and vulnerably housed single men and women. It is run by a team of project workers, under the Director, who are responsible for its smooth operation. Basic Services offered include food, showers, clothing, housing & welfare advice, medical care, and access to laptops. The Centre opens to service users 7 days a week, 8.30am– 1.30pm. The working week for this post is Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 4.00pm each day.

Housing & Welfare Advice Workers must have a commitment to homeless people, which includes acceptance and respect. Responsibilities are shared among the team according to needs, skills and aptitudes. The annual salary is negotiable (depending on your experience) ranging from £31,746 to £36,678. As Head of Principal Donors, you will lead and manage the Foundation’s philanthropy programme, working closely with our senior leadership team and our founder to personally cultivate and steward the Foundation’s principal donors. Summary of the role:

The Income Generation Support Officer will provide day-to-day administrative departmental support and support to the department Director to ensure the successful delivery of the organisation’s operations in an efficient manner. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with senior leadership and regional colleagues, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing a long-term property strategy and maintaining professional, sustainable, and fit-for-purpose workspaces across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

Global Property Portfolio: Develop and implement a long-term property and estates strategy. Oversee the management, maintenance, and strategic planning of ITF’s global properties.

Health & Safety: Ensure all facilities meet health, safety, and legal requirements. Develop and maintain relevant policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure full legal compliance with applicable national legislation.

Fixed Assets: Establish and manage the organisation’s Fixed Asset Policy and purchase order processes.

Management: Manage property budgets, contracts, and procurement processes.

Leadership: Manage and develop the London-based Properties team, ensuring effective service delivery across facilities, security, and front-of-house operations.

Sustainability: Promote energy efficiency and environmentally responsible building management practices.

About You

You’re an accomplished estates or facilities professional with a proven record of managing complex property portfolios. You’ll bring both technical knowledge and strong leadership skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to operational excellence.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven property management:  Substantial experience managing a multi-site or global property portfolio, including facilities management and residential properties as well as experience in generating income from conference suite or facilities hire.
• Expert knowledge of UK legislation and sustainability practices: In-depth knowledge and practical experience applying UK property compliance, health, and safety law.
• Financial and procurement management skills: Experience in line management, contract negotiation, budget management and financial reporting and working with external contractors or service providers.
• Exceptional communication skills: Fluency in English is essential, with the ability to report clearly to Directors and collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels. Advanced Microsoft 365 skills including analysing information and reporting.
