About the role

We’re looking for a Associate Director of Brand & Marketing Communications with excellent brand, marketing and digital experience at a leadership level to lead our Brand and Marketing Communications Team.

As, you'll provide inspirational leadership to a key team at the heart of our organisation. You’ll be responsible for the development and execution of our brand, marketing and digital strategies. You'll also oversee the delivery of impactful and audience-driven campaigns that grow awareness, engagement and income for Young Lives vs Cancer while supporting our influencing goals.

You will be line managing our Head of Strategic Communications and Head of Digital to lead successful, teams who can creatively deliver on our organisational strategy.

The role demands an agile creative thinker with strong leadership, a strategic mindset and a deep understanding of our diverse audiences. As well as managing and inspiring your team, you’ll create strong connections throughout the organisation, ensuring everyone can access the strategic and creative services they need to tell the charity’s story in a way that really connects with people.

Role Overview 

The role is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR support across the organisation, covering recruitment, onboarding, training, and support for performance management and employee relations. It includes managing volunteer processes and working closely with both internal managers and external HR and payroll providers. The postholder will play a key role in maintaining effective HR systems, ensuring policy compliance, and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities 

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multi-disciplinary teams; including recruitment, onboarding, DBS checking, training and development, absence, performance management and leavers.
• Ongoing development, coordination, and oversight of SCT’s volunteer recruitment, onboarding, training, and administration in collaboration with SCT’s managers.
• Working closely with SCT’s outsourced HR support.

Person Specification 

• CIPD qualified to level 5 or significant HR Management experience will also be considered

Oxford Hospitals Charity is looking for an engaging and diligent Finance Assistant to join our friendly Finance Team. From processing payments for charity-funded medical equipment to liaising with the Fundraising Team to ensure donations from our generous supporters are coded correctly, your skills in accurate data management, customer service and working collaboratively will ensure everyone receives first class customer care.

About the opportunity

We are now recruiting for a Programme Coordinator for our schools in Newcastle.

• The Newcastle Programme Coordinator oversees a caseload of up to seven partner schools. They manage the logistics and organisation of each school’s tutoring programme, working closely with the schools and pupils and managing the pool of volunteer tutors. They attend the weekly tutoring sessions at each school, as well as overseeing the quality of face to face and online tutoring, always working to deliver a great impact.
• The Newcastle Programme Coordinator supports the recruitment of volunteer tutors, manages the tutor sign up process, develops relationships with schools including their Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers, collects data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, and works with other internal teams on business development opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities
 

• Responsible for the delivery of Action Tutoring’s tutoring programmes in partner schools, whether online or face to face. This includes working closely to manage all key stakeholders: schools, pupils and volunteer tutors; regularly attending weekly tutoring sessions; leading on reviewing and improving programme delivery, using data to reliably assess programme performance.
• Responsible for overseeing the quality of tutoring, engaging in quality assurance processes, and providing feedback to volunteer tutors to ensure effective and impactful delivery. • Develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including members of the Senior Leadership Team and subject teachers. Maintain clear and timely communication with relevant school staff, offering regular check-ins with key school stakeholders, and contribute to impact reporting to schools. Supporting the Programme Manager with strategies to retain and sustain school partnerships.
• Update and accurately maintain Action Tutoring’s database, including collecting timely data for monitoring and evaluation purposes, such as attendance records, baseline and interim assessments and pupil surveys. Reporting regularly on key performance indicators to key stakeholders and using them to enhance programme delivery. Work with the Programme Manager on business development, approaching new schools that might be interested in working with Action Tutoring.
• Proactively report to the Programme Manager on the details of Action Tutoring’s operations in their partner schools.

Progress To Change runs two Approved Premises (formerly known as Probation and Bail Hostels) in Leeds. Ripon House provides a service for women offenders and Cardigan House works with male offenders. Both Approved Premises (AP) operate alongside the National Probation Service (NPS) Approved Premises. Nationally there are fourteen APs that are independently managed. All APs operate to a national agreement / rules.

Purpose of Job Role

1. To provide double cover for the Approved Premise in accordance with the rota.

2. Ensure smooth operation of the premises, with an emphasis on risk management and health and safety

3. To engage with residents and enable and motivate them to attend appointments and activities in order for them to work towards successful resettlement.

House, Newham. We deliver Newham District Foodbank (a Trussell foodbank run by ACT

Reporting to the Group CFO, you’ll be the driving force behind our financial planning, monthly management accounts, KPI reporting, and compliance. You will bring insight and clarity to our decision-making, helping us steer the organisation with confidence through changing times.

A key priority for the role will be leading the integration of a new finance system, ensuring it enables robust financial oversight, improved efficiencies, and smarter ways of working across the Group.

Job Purpose

The Aziz Foundation is seeking an experienced, visionary, and values-driven Director to lead the organisation into its next phase of growth and impact. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the Director will provide strategic leadership, oversee the delivery and development of the Foundation’s programmes, and ensure that all activities remain aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.

The CEO is the strategic leader of RBPT responsible for the management and growth of the organisation as it moves into an exciting phase with a large new project.

 The CEO will work closely with the Board of Trustees to deliver its charitable mission and long-term vision.

Key responsibilities

Strategic Leadership
 Develop and implement the Trust’s strategic plans in line with its vision and values
 Advise and support the Board of Trustees with timely, accurate information
 Lead organisational development and governance improvement
 Lead the Senior management Team supporting them to monitor and improve
performance of the Teams.
 Promote innovation while safeguarding charitable purpose and community benefit

Programme & Project Delivery
 Oversee RBPT’s core activities, including site operations and visitor engagement
 Lead and support the successful delivery of major capital and creative projects,
notably The Old Grammar
 Monitor performance, impact, and continuous improvement of the Trust.

Financial Management
 Ensure financial sustainability through effective budgeting, planning and risk
management
 Lead business development and income diversification (grants, partnerships, trading)
 Maintain and develop internal systems, compliance, policies, and reporting.

People & Culture
 Inspire, manage, and support a small team of staff and volunteers
 Be a role model to foster an inclusive, creative and collaborative workplace culture.
 Champion personal and professional development within the organisation.

Partnerships &Public Engagement
 Act as the public face of RBPT to stakeholders, funders, media, and the wider
community
 Build strong partnerships across heritage, tourism, local government, education, and

Person Specification
Essential
 Proven leadership and strategic management potential at senior level, ideally within a
charity, cultural or heritage context
 Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and funding bids
 Exceptional interpersonal, communication and advocacy skills
 Experience of working with Boards or trustees in a governance framework
 Ability to build partnerships and networks across diverse sectors
 A creative and entrepreneurial mindset aligned with RBPT’s values and ambitions

Desirable
 Knowledge of heritage conservation, tourism, place-making, or the creative industries
 Experience with capital project delivery or cultural master planning
 Familiarity with rural regeneration, or community engagement
 Understanding of charity law, regulatory compliance, and impact measurement
 Educated to degree level
 Personal licence to be the Designated Premises Supervisor (DPS)
