This is an exciting opportunity to lead the launch and development of Imprinted, Imperial College Union’s brand-new Temp Staff Agency. As Temp Agency Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing student workforce, ensuring operational excellence, and driving business growth. What you would be doing

You will lead the day-to-day operations of the Temp Agency, overseeing recruitment, training, placement, and welfare of a large student workforce. You’ll manage relationships with internal and external clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with employment regulations. You’ll also be responsible for financial oversight, performance monitoring, and strategic growth, including expanding the agency’s reach during student vacation periods.

Key responsibilities include:

Operational Management

• Lead daily operations and service delivery across internal and external clients
• Develop systems for onboarding, placement, compliance, and reporting
• Ensure efficient workforce deployment and policy compliance
• Collaborate with departments to forecast staffing needs

Workforce Management

• Recruit and manage 200–300 student staff

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as main contact for clients and partners
• Maintain strong relationships and conduct service reviews
• Negotiate contracts and represent the agency externally

Business Development

• Expand client base during vacation periods
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote the agency
• Monitor market trends and contribute to commercial strategy

Financial & Performance Management

• Manage a £1M annual budget
• Track KPIs and produce reports for senior stakeholders
• Ensure competitive pricing and financial sustainability

About the Role 

As Partnerships Manager: Changemakers, you’ll lead the team that supports HOST’s global community of hosted partners (HPs). You’ll oversee all Community Support activity, ensuring partners receive the clear, responsive, and values-led service that enables them to focus on making change happen. 

This role sits at the heart of the Partnership Management Circle. You’ll manage a small, high-performing team of Community Support Leads, coordinate cross-team development projects, and ensure that systems, processes, and communications evolve in step with the growing needs of our hosted partners. 

Core Responsibilities 

1. Leadership and Management 

• Line manage the Community Support Team, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedback. 

• Oversee delivery of all Community Support activities, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with HOST’s mission and tone of voice. 

• Coordinate cross-team projects that strengthen HOST’s service offer and internal collaboration. 

2. Hosted Partner Experience and Development 

• Lead the design and delivery of the Hosted Partner Journey, from onboarding to exit. 

• Oversee the production of guides, FAQs, and templates that improve hosted partner understanding and experience. 

• Manage complex partner queries and ensure appropriate resolution in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Operations. 
   

3. Systems, Processes, and SOPs 

• Develop and maintain all Community Support SOPs. 

• Support the development and testing of HOSTHub features relevant to Project Hosting. 

• Work with the Tech and Operations teams to improve efficiency and automation. 
   

4. Risk and Compliance 

• Lead risk identification, screening, and management for Hosted Partners. 

• Work closely with the Legal Circle on legal requests, contract amendments, and risk escalations. 

• Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments and resolutions. 
   

5. Pricing, Performance and Development 

• Set and manage pricing within the approved HOST fee range. 

• Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) with support from the Data Analyst. 

• Lead annual Project Hosting service reviews and contribute to continuous improvement. 
   

6. Collaboration and Communications 

• Work with Communications to deliver partner-facing materials, including the Project Hosting Bulletin. 

• Ensure all partner resources reflect HOST’s empowering, expert, and empathetic tone. 

Required Experience 

• 5+ years' experience in operations, partnerships, or programme delivery within a not-for-profit, social enterprise, or international NGO. 

• 3+ years' experience managing partner or client relationships, ideally across multiple regions or cultures. 

• 2+ years' experience leading and developing a small team, including setting goals, coaching, and performance management. 

• Confident managing systems, workflows, and digital tools (such as ClickUp, Zendesk, Jotform, or CRM platforms). 

• Proven ability to coordinate across departments and disciplines to resolve complex partner or client issues. 

• Experience designing, documenting, and improving organisational processes or SOPs to drive efficiency. 

• Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into service or system improvements. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent HOST’s tone and values in partner-facing communications. 

• Demonstrated organisational and problem-solving skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines in fast-moving, distributed teams.

Peaches Womb Cancer Trust is looking for an experienced Marketing and Communications Manager who is passionate about developing accessible and relevant assets that reach all current and future stakeholders of our charity. This is a hands-on, creative role that would suit someone passionate about social media, marketing, and making a difference in the lives of others.

It is crucial that anyone at risk of, living with and living beyond womb cancer has a clear understanding of Peaches’ mission, vision and support. In this role, you will develop our marketing and communications strategy; planning and implementing tailored activity. You will be responsible for growing the online presence of Peaches Womb Cancer Trust and deepening engagement with stakeholders, ensuring our message reaches the right audiences in the most effective ways. You will also have prime responsibility for managing our social media channels, creating digital content and campaigns that raise awareness, promote fundraising and share the stories of those we support.

You will work closely with our Clinical Nurse Specialist and Operations Executive and will be responsible for ensuring that we have the assets and materials we need to achieve maximum sustainable impact for the charity. Herts Young Homeless is an independent charity and has been supporting vulnerable people in Hertfordshire since 1998. We are professional, passionate, collaborative and supportive charity that provides guidance to everyone who is in need of support.

The successful candidate willdeliver a high-quality service to young people aged 16–17 and their families across Hertfordshire, working alongside the Family Link Work and Mediation services to prevent family breakdown and reduce repeat homelessness. What will you be doing? 

Lead the hyh Hub, overseeing its day-to-day operations and ensuring the effective delivery of services. The Hub acts as a gateway for young people aged 16–17 to access hyh’s prevention services. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and commissioners, while supporting the recruitment, training, and professional development of Advice & Information and Admin Workers. You will also monitor outcomes and produce reports for the leadership team and funders to demonstrate impact and inform future service development.

Role Details & Staff Benefits

Salary: £32,800 FTE per annum

Duration: Until 31st March 2027 (with possibility of extension)

Hours: 0.6 - 1 FTE (3 – 5 days per week) – The role can be configured for part-time or full time working

Purpose of This Role:

This is a key role within the NASP Operations team, providing exceptional support to the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) currently consisting of CEO, Executive Director of Strategy & Partnerships, and Director of Operations; as well as the Board of Trustees. In addition, the role will play a central role in driving best practice and efficiency across the organisation as part of the wider Operations team.

The role will support communication between NASP and our key stakeholders and partners (including government officials, ministerial departments, and international sector leaders), providing detailed administrative support, requiring a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and an ability to work flexibly and proactively. In addition, the role will act as the main point of contact for our relationship with London's Southbank Centre, where the NASP office is based, including managing room bookings and logistics for key meetings.

The role would suit an energetic, proactive, and highly organised individual who is driven by the mission of NASP, and wants to contribute across the organisation to make an impact. As a member of the Operations team, there may also be opportunities to apply the core skills of this role, such as scheduling, logistics, and document creation/management, to support wider organisational projects; and to develop within the role, depending on agreed FTE and capacity.

Person Specification:

Experience & Knowledge:

• Experience providing high-level EA/PA support; managing complex diaries and mailboxes

• Experience supporting formal meetings, including arranging logistics, agendas, and preparation/dissemination of key documentation

• Minute-taking and summarising of key headlines/actions

• Event management skills such as preparing itineraries and schedules, risk assessments, arranging catering and production, and liaising with venues

• Experience of office management, such as ordering supplies and liaising with service providers

• Experience of project support/coordination, such as overseeing schedules and stakeholder management

Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant:

• Providing detailed diary administration for the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), consisting of CEO, Executive Director of Strategy & Partnerships, and Director of Operations; prioritising and taking a pro-active approach to both short and long-term planning

• Providing wider diary and scheduling support for the organisation where appropriate (e.g. senior management meetings)

• Supporting key meetings as appropriate, including drafting agendas, minuting, and preparing documentation, as well as logistical support (e.g. room/venue bookings, catering, etc.)

• Supporting ELT in the preparation of materials for presentations such as for Board Meetings, Staff sessions, such as designing/formatting slides & briefing documents

• Acting as an approachable first-point-of-contact for all internal and external stakeholders for ELT and the wider organisation

• Supporting stakeholder management, including tracking contacts, updating statuses, arranging key meetings, and managing key external relationships

• Overseeing administration of wider organisational meetings (e.g. Monday morning team meetings), including transcriptions and agenda planning

• Providing any other administrative or logistical support to ELT as required

• Support ELT with strategic projects as required (depending on agreed FTE)

Board & Trustee Support:

• Acting as key liaison between the NASP board of trustees and the wider organisation

• Arranging logistics for Board meetings as required (room bookings, travel, catering, etc.)

• Supporting on trustee recruitment as required, including making arrangements for interviews

Operations Support & Office Management:

• Act as key member of the Operations team, proactively identifying improvements to processes and wider NASP culture

• Oversee shared mailboxes where needed, and providing cover for Operations colleagues when appropriate 

 • Oversee the management of the NASP Office at Southbank Centre, act as key liaison with venue, and ensuring space is efficiently run

About the role

Reporting in to the Global Programme Quality & Operations Lead, the Programme Cycle Management Advisor will play a key part of the Global Programming Policy and Practice Division.

Alongside the other Programme Cycle Management Advisor, the role supports advocacy, humanitarian and development programmes to meet internal and external standards (particularly CHS) to ensure quality, consistency and coherence.

The post-holder will support the Mult-Country Cluster (MCC) and global staff on all aspects of humanitarian and development programmes, including START Fund, inception of DEC and Christian Aid appeals (codes 3 and 4). The specialists accompany programme cycles from design to implementation and closure, including financial monitoring and compliance, aligning to organisational values and goals. At global/organisational level, the Specialists support CHS audit cycles, programme handbook development and embedment and capacity strengthening.

Some of the main responsibilities of the the Programme Cycle Management Advisor includes:

• Support MCC staff and partners to implement quality humanitarian and development projects and programmes in line with internal and external commitments (particularly CHS), including START Fund cycles, DEC and Christian Aid appeals inception aligning with organisational values and goals.
• Support MCCs and global staff to produce accurate expenditure and resource monitoring according to established timelines ensuring quality, consistency and coherency.
• Support partner due diligence and capacity strengthening processes with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Collaborate with specialists to maintain and update programme policy and practice handbooks and other materials, whilst delivering engaging and relevant training, willing to adapt to drive better results.
• Support the annual CHS audit cycle including co-ordination, reporting, logistics and internal communications, ensuring timeliness, quality, consistency and coherence.
• Collaborate with cross-organisational focal points, support the Global Programme Quality & Operations Lead to execute CHS audit action plans to maximise impact.
• Collaborate with Income and Public Engagement on proposal development and reporting to external and internal stakeholders, maximise impact and income.
• Collaborate with the communications staff on programme work as needed, to increase quality and consistency.
