The Educational Partnerships Manager role will suit someone who can work with young people, build rapport and engage young people from a range of backgrounds. This can be a varied role, but a very exciting role as well as very rewarding. Your experience in relationship development and management will help with developing new schools as well as supporting existing school relationships. The role also works more broadly across the whole of the Programmes and Services team to ensure joined-up cohesive support is offered internally and externally to staff, teachers and other educators.

This role will also provide ongoing support to ensure we are effectively communicating the aims and objectives of our programmes to external stakeholders through newsletters, social media and email campaigns.

Hillside Clubhouse is a co-produced mental health employment support charity working across Camden and Islington. Main Responsibilities:
· Conduct Health and Safety site audits to a schedule across Family Action’s Central region.
· Support responsible managers with risk assessments across Family Action’s Central region.
· Support and give advice to local management teams regarding their Health & Safety system, through regular meetings and tickets raised within the Facilities helpdesk.
· To work closely with the Head of Facilities to develop corporate services for Family Action’s Central region sites.
· Help develop the Facilities departments’ JWA (SLA) and ensure they are consistently applied and regional measurables are reported to the Head of Facilities.
· Assist local management teams with planning and undertaking repairs and refurbishment as well as the day-to-day maintenance of Family Action assets (properties and equipment) in conjunction with the relevant budget holders and landlords.
· Monitor and respond to tickets raised within the Facilities helpdesk system (SalesForce), as well as all relevant emails sent to the Facilities mailboxes.
· Collaborate with stakeholders and suppliers, including the engagement of new suppliers and nurturing of existing relationships through meetings and KPIs.

· Member of IWFM to at minimum at Affiliate level (or equivalent).
· Trained to IOSH Managing Safely Level.
· Good working knowledge of standards and legislation applicable to Facilities Management.

· Experience of setting up new properties, developing systems, and manging projects.

We are looking for an exceptional Centre Manager to help us ensure that everyone who works in and visits our Centre is well looked after and has a fantastic experience.
The role is based at our beautiful Grade 2 listed building in Southwark. We will consider either a full-time application for a period of maternity cover, or a part-time job share of the role, with the potential to extend beyond the initial period of maternity cover. Stakeholder Management & Fundraising
● Work alongside the JCEOs to maintain high level contact and dialogue with Coney’s key stakeholders.
● Manage Coney’s Friends scheme and support effective communication with funders.
● Alongside the rest of the core team, identify opportunities for fundraising, commercial projects and consultancy, building relationships and contributing to funding proposals as required.
Marketing & Communications
● Support the Marketing & Admin Officer and Executive Programme Director / JCEO to prepare and execute a marketing and communications plan – strategically positioning Coney’s work across communities and sectors.

As an established small charity, BGP is looking for an individual to take charge of the financial operations, supporting both operational staff and senior management with timely information and solid processing.
This role will be an integral part of the wider BGP team but will be the sole finance professional and as such suits candidates at ease with working on their own and taking charge of their responsibilities. We are currently in a process of bringing the financial management in-house from a collection of external suppliers and the role holder will have an opportunity to help bed these new practices in and to design systems as they see fit.

We need an events manager who is adept at managing projects and events, working with our fundraisers and encouraging our supporters to get involved in our events such as our annual trek, the prestigious Care Sector Ball, and all the other events we’re involved in. The right person will have the confidence and persistence it takes to persuade, cajole, prod and encourage fundraisers to do as much as they can to raise funds for us. You need to be proficient at managing the admin that goes with events, including using fundraising platforms such as Just Giving and Enthuse to engage with fundraisers and provide regular reports on the income raised. We will also need you to organize hotel, travel, conference arrangements for the team.
You must be based in England, to help us keep travel costs down as much as possible. The role is home based, with travel to fundraising events, conferences and network meetings, and with travel every 10 weeks or so to central London for team meetings.
You must be a determined self-reliant professional though also a team player, to effectively coordinate and execute events and other activities, and be passionate about events management and fundraising to enable us to raise as much money as possible for the charity.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Determination and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Well developed interpersonal skills, particularly around negotiation, persuasion, motivational and collaborative attributes
- Experience of managing fundraising platforms such as Just Giving and Enthuse
- Excellent organisation and planning skills
