Job description

We are recruiting a data and performance manager to help us to continue to build our evidence base and demonstrate impact of the Make a Change model.  This role will involve collating data and information about the intervention, including performance against our outcomes and service user feedback and then translating this across a number of platforms and to a range of audiences, including those we work with in partnership and funders.

This role will help us to identify challenges in data collection and be able to make recommendations as to how we gather data, the use of various tools and in some cases building and testing new approaches to gathering and articulating the impact of our work.

In addition to this, we want to understand our reach into communities and be able to position our intervention so that is as accessible as possible.  This role will scrutinise our reach and help us to understand those we reach and those who we do not, informing our future development and practice. 

We are looking for an experienced manager who has a good working knowledge of a range of outcome measures, related to domestic abuse, and has a strong track record of building an evidence base to demonstrate impact.
