Title: Data and Reporting Officer – Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) 

Salary: £29,400 to £34,600pa 

Location: UK remote - with occasional travel to Haywards Heath, when required 

Contract: 24-month Fixed Term Contract 

Hours: This is a full-time role with 35 hours per week 

About the role 

Sightsavers work in Neglected Tropical Diseases (NTDs) contributes to a range of public health problems to reduce disparities, lower disease burdens, and build locally owned sustainable health programs. The NTD Data and Reporting Officer sits within the NTD Surveillance unit and provides a single point of contact for programme and country teams on data monitoring and reporting. 

The position will be based in the UK, with occasional travel to Sightsavers headquarters in Haywards Heath, and international travel up to four weeks per year. 

As the NTD Data and Reporting Officer you will help standardise, consolidate and continuously improve directorate Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) tools and processes, maintain data architecture for NTDs, ensuring core organisational data assets are of high quality, cohesive and accessible, and manage secure storage for NTD data reporting. 

Further responsibilities include: 

• Maintain a cross-departmental M&E calendar. 

• Develop and disseminate and track quarterly planning and reporting templates for country office/partners. 

• Quality check data submissions prior to consolidation against organisational data policy. 

• Ensure programme plans (targets) and associated performance data (actuals) are timely and accurately entered in core organisational data systems. 

• Process and analyse large, complex datasets on request for directorate senior management, donors and partners. 

• Conduct detailed reviews of donor reports, narratives and press releases to ensure any referenced data is accurate and appropriately referenced.

• Provide day to day capacity building and support for directorate and country office staff on data monitoring and reporting. 

• Provide ongoing support to licensed NTD data systems, including acting as a first point of contact for the directorate NTD data helpdesk. 

• Participate in NTD programme and team meetings.

Skills and Experience 

As the successful candidate you will possess practical experience or an undergraduate degree in international development, public health, international relations, geography, statistics, or an appropriate equivalent. You will also have excellent English language skills, have an understanding of international development issues and a commitment to equality of opportunity for people with disabilities, and have experience within data reporting and monitoring. 

Further requirements include: 

Essential 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytic skills, with the ability to work with large, complex datasets. 

• Understanding of data privacy and best practices in data security. 

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to identify critical issues and communicate these effectively to colleagues. 

• Able to facilitate group-training sessions, with a focus on programme systems and data, building capacity in developing country contexts in areas relevant to position. 

• Advanced Excel skills, and proficiency with Microsoft suite. 

• Knowledge and understanding of Monitoring and Evaluation reporting. 

• Experience processing and analysing large and complex data sets. 

Desirable 

• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese. 

• Experience of working in different countries, preferable within NTDs or the public health sector. 

• Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and data visualisation platforms, such as PowerBI and Tableau.

The Royal Court Theatre has an exciting opportunity for someone to join the Front of House team as a Box Office Supervisor.

The Box Office Supervisor is a key role in the Front of House Team and will work closely with the Box Office Manager, Front of House Manager, and General Manager, to support the day-to-day operations of the box office and provide excellent customer service via telephone, email and in person to all Royal Court customers.

The post-holder will be based primarily at the front desk and will play a vital role in supporting the team with accurate and effective data capture using the Spektrix ticketing system. They will also play a key role in championing the Royal Court’s work, sharing their knowledge and enthusiasm with audiences.

The successful candidate will:

• Excellent working knowledge of box office systems including Spektrix.
• Pro-active and self-motivated with the ability to prioritise and work effectively across a number of tasks with attention to detail.

This is a sought-after opportunity to join the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, one of the world’s most exciting and distinctive orchestras. You will make a vital contribution to the OAE’s performances in London, across the UK and around the world. 

The Projects Officer supports the Projects Director and Projects Manager on the day-to-day running of the Projects Department with a particular emphasis on project & tour administration, and concert management.  This role also supports the Projects Manager in nurturing the relationship between the OAE and Acland Burghley School.

Key responsibilities include: 

• Support the planning and delivery of tours, concerts and creative projects with one of the UK’s most dynamic orchestras.

• Help set up rehearsals, welcome artists backstage and stage manage performances at major venues and on tour.

• Assist in the coordination of travel, logistics and technical details that make each project run seamlessly.

• Work closely with musicians, schools and creative partners, supporting everything from chamber concerts to education projects.

• Organise player meetings, create the monthly newsletter and make sure every visitor and artist feels part of the OAE family.

The role is such that good levels of flexibility will be required as a significant amount of the OAE concert work takes place outside standard office hours, with some early starts and late finishes.  The OAE operates a TOIL (time off in lieu) policy.

Role Purpose

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organising, and delivering a varied programme of impactful events for service users, volunteers, and the wider cardiomyopathy community. These include, but are not limited to, supporting logistics, planning and execution of information days, medical education events, webinars, volunteer development days, and the charity’s annual national conference.

The role covers the full lifecycle of event management, from concept and planning through to delivery and evaluation. This includes oversight of event budgets, supplier and stakeholder management, and ensuring all events are delivered to a high standard, on time, and within budget. Events will be delivered both in person and online, so confidence in managing virtual and in-person events is essential.

Working collaboratively with colleagues across the charity, the Events Coordinator ensures that every event is accessible, engaging, on budget and aligned with Cardiomyopathy UK’s mission to improve the lives of people affected by cardiomyopathy.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Delivery

• Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to define event objectives, content, themes, budgets, and logistical requirements.
• Plan and deliver a varied programme of events including information days, medical education sessions, webinars, volunteer development days, and the annual national conference.

Person Specification

Essential

• Experience coordinating and delivering events, including online and in-person formats.

 We are seeking an experienced and organised Programme Co-ordinator to lead a global fellowship programme during a parental leave cover period.

This unique initiative brings together activists, journalists, lawyers, and filmmakers working on projects that explore pressing questions of social, economic, and environmental justice.

Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Department
Coordinator to provide high-level executive support to the Director of Property and coordination
across the department. This pivotal role will combine Executive Assistant responsibilities with
departmental coordination, ensuring the smooth running of operations, the effective flow of
information, and the delivery of accurate data and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Director of Property and two Heads of Function, whose specialist
teams manage the organisation’s diverse property portfolio. You will play a key role in preparing
materials for the Board of Trustees, coordinating the quarterly Property Committee, and
supporting departmental projects.

You will ensure timely flow of information and reporting between the team and stakeholders,
including SLT, Trustees and suppliers / contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant to the Director of Property

•  Manage the Director’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•  Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and follow up actions for key meetings.
