We are currently hiring a Partnerships Advisor here at ClientEarth on a 12 month Fixed-Term contract. This role requires a hands-on, strategic individual who is able to work with brilliant teams across the world. You will also play a key role in driving programme quality, help operationalise key recommendations from ClientEarth’s Impactful Partnerships Strategy and the Partnerships Roadmap, whilst working with colleagues globally.
Meet your Manager
In this role, you will be managed by Ailsa Griffith, Programme Management Group Lead within ClientEarth's Programmes & Impact team. Ailsa brings over nine years of experience in the NGO sector, working alongside diverse partners to design and deliver global programmes that advance human rights and protect the environment. She joined ClientEarth in 2020 and is based in London.
Main Duties
- Map the historical portfolio of partners across multiple systems based on a clear typology.
- Facilitate data analysis to provide ClientEarth with a clear snapshot of the current and prospective partners (at global, regional and jurisdictional levels) relevant to ClientEarth’s strategy and the level of alignment / contribution to ClientEarth’s theory of change.
- Steward, manage and oversee best practice in partner engagement and provide insights and input to support the organisation’s partnership approach.
- Support the operationalisation of the Impactful Partnerships Strategy and the recommendations of the Partnerships Roadmap (which might include a staff engagement plan).
- Work with the Impact and Learning team to ensure that Impact & Learning tools and processes capture data on partnerships, reflect changes based on the stakeholder segmentation, stakeholder analysis and partnerships mapping tools.
- Review ClientEarth’s current partnership approach from a decolonial point of view, to identify and plan changes needed across the organisation.

Purpose of Role
As Digital Fundraising Lead you’ll oversee Comic Relief’s Digital Fundraising & Engagement programme, from strategy to delivery; managing and developing a team of high performing colleagues. You’ll be role modelling and leading expert collaboration across the organisation, and with partner organisations, to deliver integrated digital fundraising and audience engagement growth in line with organisational objectives.
As a digital first organisation, a significant proportion of Comic Relief’s fundraising and public engagement is delivered via digital channels. Key responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
· Lead the strategy setting; annual planning and budget setting for Comic Relief’s Digital Fundraising and Engagement activity, including keeping abreast of external trends; innovations and digital developments and exploring how these factor into Comic Relief’s objectives; building financial models, developing business cases, setting and monitoring budgets and managing reforecasts throughout the year.
· Where appropriate, bring x-organisational project teams together to strategise, plan and deliver digital fundraising and engagement change projects.
Delivery & Performance
· Working as a lead within the Public Activation & Individual Giving team, work with the team and wider organisation to champion digital innovation and performance optimisation, specifically leveraging new technologies, tools, approaches and data-driven insights to ensure digital communications and experiences are appropriately targeted, designed and delivered in a way that maximises audience growth, engagement and income; return on investment and / or life time value in line with agreed objectives.

The post holder will actively seek new volunteers to attend the TCV Green Gyms, through continual engagement with local social prescribing partners, social media promotion & local advertising of activities. 2. Friends of Park support - Support the capacity building & training of the Friends of Parks groups across the borough, which may include anything from organising an external first aid trainer to deliver an event, to you organising & leading a workshop on how to create & manage a wildflower meadow or working to support them on a practical activity. 3. The Project Officer would also lead corporate volunteering days, likely to take place at the Meridian One Community Garden & Tree Nursery in Enfield.

About the Service
Our Nightlight Service is proud to provide urgent support, crisis intervention and emotional support to people experiencing a mental health crisis in Hertfordshire as an alternative to statutory pathways.
We provide support to adults across Hertfordshire 7 days a week, 365 days a year through our helpline, crisis centres, crisis cafes and a weekend Crisis House. We aim to provide a safe space for people in crisis to talk and feel supported, be listened to without judgement, access relevant support with problem solving and facilitate access to external services when necessary. As a member of our team you will work closely with service users in crisis by using a person-centred approach as to ensure that each individual is supported with dignity and respect.
The objectives of Hertfordshire Mind Network’s (HMN) Nightlight Mental Health Crisis Services are:
- To improve the mental wellbeing of people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire.
- To increase early access to help for people experiencing mental health crisis in Hertfordshire, by providing a clear and effective pathway to services provided by Herts Mind Network and other third sector and statutory providers.

Working closely with other staff (bank staff, volunteers), coordinators, team leaders and Crisis manager to ensure services are of the highest quality and support the continued growth and development of the service.

About the role:
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Drive Data Team Manager and Senior Managers within the Drive Partnership to ensure data and reporting remains rigorous and robust, and informs recommendations across the Drive Programme and partners. The Employment Adviser (EA) plays a key role in supporting refugees and people from refugee backgrounds to progress towards and secure sustainable employment. The EA provides tailored employment advice and guidance, helping clients build the knowledge, confidence, and skills needed to navigate the UK job market. This role will work with clients at various stages of their employment journey, with a particular focus on those in the earlier stages of understanding career options, developing employability skills, and exploring education, training, and volunteering opportunities.
The EA will deliver one-to-one and group-based employability support, collaborate with employers and volunteers to source opportunities for clients, and maintain strong relationships with referral and support partners to ensure a holistic approach to employment support.

Southern Park is a popular community greenspace next to Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park at the heart of the Greenwich Millennium Village development. The site comprises wide open grassland, native tree and shrub areas and wildflower meadows and is a Site of Importance for Nature Conservation (SINC). The park is also an important space for local people to relax and enjoy recreational activities, with several well-loved play features.
About the role
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to establish their career in the parks and conservation field, working with the support of experienced staff within the Greenwich Peninsula Ecology Park team. The Project Officer role oversees the site's landscape maintenance contract to ensure the park remains attractive, safe, and well-managed. The role also adds community value by supporting engagement with local residents and enhances ecological value by facilitating volunteer involvement in habitat management.
About you
We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Project Officer with good administrative skills. You will be able to foster a strong working relationship with the Southern Park landscape maintenance contractors. You will have a passion for engaging people with wildlife and nature in an urban environment, along with experience working with volunteers and/or community groups from diverse backgrounds. You will have the capability to relay information effectively to a broad audience, both verbally and written. Being flexible and able to juggle priorities in a busy, ever-changing environment is key to this role
