We are looking for an Evidence & Insight Analyst to support the delivery of the Crohn’s & Colitis UK Evidence and Insight programme, delivering evidence and insight across the whole range of experience of all those affected by Crohn’s and Colitis to support the strategic aims of Crohn’s & Colitis UK. 

The role

This role requires translation of quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights and stories that can be communicated effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the charity. The role also includes supporting the Evidence & Insight (E&I) team with the collation of existing evidence,  working with external agencies and partners to support the delivery of targeted E&I projects, developing networks, and horizon scanning across the sector to keep up to date on E&I programmes. The post-holder will have key involvement in supporting the communication of the  E&I team’s work across the charity by developing and coordinating a centralised resource for up-to-date reports, findings, and statistics.  The post holder will also contribute strategically to Evidence & Insight operations and documentation.

About you

We are looking for someone with a proactive mindset, who has a creative approach to exploring data.Ideally you will have already had experience of working in the charity or non-profit sectors and have strong analytical and technical skills including an understanding of CRM systems, conducting statistical analysis such as regression and hypothesis testing and be proficient in data management and manipulation using tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, SPSS, R or similar.  You will be adept at working collaboratively with team members and external stakeholders to support the delivery of targeted projects and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment with shifting priorities.

Strategy, vision and impact [25%]

• Be at the forefront of leading Resurgo’s ‘big picture’ vision of a transformed society, empowering churches to transform young lives

• Manage great relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including referrers, local businesses, donors, and your Board of Trustees 
• Embed into your local church; working closely with your Spear Trustees and congregation, and actively participating in their mission and events
• Partner with the Spear Trustees and assist in implementing their funding strategy by helping to build corporate and donor relationships. For example, by hosting prospective donors in the Training Room

Delivery of the Spear Programme [20%]

• Support group and 1-1 coaching with numerous 16-24-year-olds: equipping them with practical work-ready skills and resilient mindsets 
• Provide guidance to the Lead Coach in the training room when dealing with behavioural and safeguarding situations and upskill coaches with consistent coaching feedback
• Use a coaching approach to engage young people in challenging conversations that will enable them to take responsibility and overcome significant barriers to employment 

Operations [10%]

• Liaise with relevant staff regarding site operations and work to resolve any issues as soon as possible, ensuring the office and training room are safe and tidy working spaces in line with health and safety policies

Treasures Foundation offers accommodation and outreach to vulnerable women who have backgrounds of addiction, trauma, mental health and the criminal justice system. In this key position, you will manage a diverse portfolio of high-value donors and collective fund accounts, overseeing financial administration, client communications, and compliance. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring funds are distributed efficiently and effectively to charities and social enterprises worldwide.

As a Relationship Manager you will:

• Manage and nurture relationships with High-Net-Worth donors and collective fund clients.
• Administer client finances including bookkeeping, reconciliation, cash flow, payments, and donation reporting.
• Ensure compliance with UK charity law and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with clients, intermediaries, grantees, and third-party service providers.
• Support external communications, events, and networking to grow the organisation’s profile.
• Maintain office systems and provide administrative support as needed.

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Experienced in delivering exceptional service to HNW/UHNW individuals, with a genuine passion for philanthropy.
• Knowledgeable about the charity sector and grant making processes.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical and compliance skills.
• An excellent communicator, confident in both verbal and written forms.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with sensitive data.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

They are now recruiting for a dedicated Services Manager to lead, support and guide frontline staff in providing the highest quality of support to all service users across both accommodation and non-accommodation-based services.

This role will be varied, community facing, fast-paced and outcomes-focused. As Services Manager, you will lead a small team of frontline workers to provide a quality support service to all beneficiaries, some with complex needs. You will act as general point of contact for day-to-day support queries for staff and will support the wider management team in contributing to the development and growth of the service and organisation as a whole. You will also work in partnership and maintain effective relationships with a range of external agencies.

To apply for this role, you must have demonstrable experience of overseeing frontline services for vulnerable people with complex needs and will ideally have a knowledge of the criminal justice sector. You will have strong leadership and communication skills and will have experience of multi-agency working previously, as well as experience of monitoring delivery for evaluative purposes.
