Main Responsibilities

• To develop, deliver and monitor plans for fundraising across a broad range of activities and products, working to ensure income generation targets are met.
• To provide exceptional stewardship for existing and new supporters to achieve financial targets and retain donors.
• To work with fundraising colleagues to organise, develop and deliver a calendar of activity including events, campaigns and appeals to attract new supporters and grow unrestricted income.
• To be proactive in building relationships, growing a network of individual, group and corporate supporters to sustain, grow and diversify income.
• To work with the Fundraising Communications Coordinator and Communications Team to ensure appropriate publicity and promotion of fundraising activities and opportunities to secure support and income.
• Oversee the planning and delivery of a new lottery.
• To present to a range of audiences to inform them about the impact achieved by the charity and provide a strong case for choosing to support its activities and goals.
•  To receive, process and record income in line with the charity’s financial procedures.
• To oversee effective use of the charity’s CRM database system in conjunction with the Senior Admin as a tool to maintain relationships with supporters and to keep accurate records.
• To adhere to and keep well informed on fundraising and related laws, regulations and best practice.

We are looking to recruit HOPELINE247 Advisors to provide individually tailored suicide prevention advice and guidance to young people and those who are concerned for them via our national multi-channel helpline HOPELINE247 and deliver suicide prevention training online and in community settings across the UK.

What you will do:

• Work as part of a team providing suicide prevention support to a range of clients via multichannel communication platforms. 
• Work on a 7-day shift system including evening and weekends
• Use professional judgement to assess the needs of the service users who present with risk to life and manage and report any matters related to safeguarding.
• Maintain accurate records and input data monitoring into the data base system.
• Participate in clinical supervision and reflective practise. 
• Provide training, mentoring and coaching to new recruits.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• a degree or professional qualification in Health or Social Care, Community Work or a related discipline
• previous experience of working in an advisory capacity in suicide prevention or mental health
• a proven record of working directly with vulnerable young people 
• experience of providing advice and guidance via multiple communication channels
• the ability to empathise, support and build rapport with suicidal people and those who care about them, remaining non-judgemental and adhering to the remit of the service

Salary: NJC Scale SCP 24-28 (Starting salary of £28,595 per annum based on working 30 hours per week progressing incrementally to £31,615 per annum)

Hours:  30 hours per week, Shifts will be on a rota bases across a 7-day working week.  30 hours will be based upon working 4 shifts per week.

- Development of a Public Affairs engagement programme for Northern Ireland and manage its day-to-day implementation through a combination of regular events, meetings, briefings, and attendance at conferences, including party conferences
- Develop and maintain good working relationships with key members of the Northern Ireland Assembly, NI MPs and their staff, Veteran’s Champions, as well as Committees and All Party Groups, and other related national stakeholders.
- Lead RBL’s relationships with key local stakeholders and partners, including engagement with local councils, Health & Social Care Trusts, the Housing Executive, NI Veteran’s Commissioner’s Office and NI Veterans’ Welfare Service and other public bodies in Northern Ireland
- Lead on the production of external briefings for Northern Ireland Assembly debates and local council business, as well as internal briefings for colleagues
- Work closely and effectively with colleagues in Campaigns, Policy & Research to ensure RBL is a leading organisation in facilitating evidence-based policy change, through working together to influence policy professionals and decision-makers.

RBLs Campaigns, Policy, and Research (CPR) team raise the profile of issues affecting the Armed Forces community, and work to influence politicians, officials, and the wider sector, to improve policy and service delivery to address these issues. This new role will see you as a key part of this vital team working across the RBL group.

This is a permanent position. You will be contracted to your home address. You will be expected to work both there and on a mobile basis at other locations in Northern Ireland, with occasional travel beyond this area.

As Digital Project Manager, your core responsibilities will include:

• Lead on the National Year of Reading website planning and execution, liaising with both internal teams and external agency

• Championing the charity externally and building partnerships with local stakeholders, communities and the wider Headway network.

Role Overview:
The Talent Set is working with a membership-based charity to recruit a Salesforce Administrator for an initial 12-month FTC.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and detail-focused individual to take ownership of a Salesforce-based CRM system, supporting internal teams, driving data accuracy, and enabling smarter digital processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing CRM capability, providing user support and training, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure systems are working seamlessly to meet organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and consistent data within the Salesforce CRM system
• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to colleagues across the organisation
• Act as the primary point of contact for CRM-related queries and internal digital projects
• Build and deliver monthly and ad hoc reports to support strategic objectives
• Assist colleagues in creating and refining Salesforce dashboards and reporting tools
• Manage Gift Aid and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Process event and membership refunds through the CRM
• Support the Membership team with CRM-driven communications and operational needs
• Build and maintain Salesforce Flows and automations to improve efficiency
• Liaise with developers, consultants, and technology partners to maintain system stability and security
• Coordinate upgrades, support requests, and troubleshooting with external providers

Person Specification:

• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM system
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data management skills
• Skilled in data cleansing, segmentation, and analytics (Excel, SQL, or CRM-native tools)
• Confident communicator, able to support and train non-technical colleagues
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks independently and balancing stakeholder needs
• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Salesforce Flows, HubSpot Workflows)
• Ability to troubleshoot CRM issues and optimise workflows
• Experience working in a membership or non-profit environment
• Familiarity with website and CRM integrations
• Understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements
• Previous experience working with IT providers or development agencies
• Adaptability to evolving digital tools and organisational processes

We are excited to offer trainee positions within the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). The post-holders will work within OTR as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering brief, focused, evidence-based psychological interventions in the form of low-intensity support and guided self-help to young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience whilst also completing a Graduate or Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Therapies Practice (Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Children, Young People and Families) delivered by the University of Exeter.

The post holders will attend all university-based teaching and self-study days required by the education provider, as specified within the agreed curriculum, and work within OTR services for the remaining days of the week using their newly developed skills.
