Salesforce Administator
Role purpose
As an experienced Salesforce Administrator with strong development and project delivery skills, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining, improving, and scaling our Salesforce platform to support service delivery, reporting, and insight. You'll work closely with colleagues across teams to optimise systems, support data-driven decision making, and contribute to wider organisational impact.
Main responsibilities and accountabilities
· Own and manage the Salesforce support function, triaging and resolving tickets, analysing issues, and escalating as needed, while keeping users informed via our internal support system.
· Lead the delivery of Salesforce projects and enhancements, including scoping requirements, managing timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful rollouts.
· Collaborate with the Business Analyst to design and build insightful dashboards, custom reports, and data visualisations to support decision-making across programmes and services.
· Configure and maintain all aspects of the Salesforce platform including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, profiles, permission sets, and user management.
· Maintain data integrity by managing imports, exports, de-duplication, and regular audits to ensure clean, consistent, and reliable information across the system.

Person Specification
Essential skills and experience
· Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator with hands-on configuration expertise.
· Demonstrable experience managing Salesforce projects from concept to delivery.
· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable working with both technical and non-technical teams.
· Strong understanding of agile project management principles and tools (e.g., Microsoft Planner, Jira, Trello).

The Community Engagement Officer is an essential role in fostering strong relationships with current and prospective members of the School Library Association community. The postholder will provide frontline support, drive online and in person engagement through outreach initiatives, and contribute to the growth and sustainability of the membership base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about school libraries, education, and community-building.
With a particular focus on coordinating and supporting our Branch network, you will collaborate on initiatives for development, delivery and new projects as they come online. Branch network and member support
- Work with the CEO to develop the SLA Branch Network and accompanying strategies

About the Program
The Europe Regional Finance program has evolved out of our Financial Regulation and Policy Program that began in 2019 with a narrow focus on European central banks. Since then, we've expanded to shape financial regulation and policy globally to accelerate clean energy and create lasting systemic change in how public finance addresses climate challenges. Now the Europe Regional Finance program will focus on EU Policy and Finance and UK Policy and Finance.

Together with partners and allies, this role will help stop the political polarisation of net zero and contribute to building the broader case for public investment by establishing and propagating a narrative linking the opportunities of the clean energy transition with improving conditions for households and communities. You will drive the continuous improvement and impact of the UK-wide Stroke Group Network and community-based offers by cultivating strong relationships with volunteers and groups, working alongside groups and communities, and translating insights into targeted improvements that strengthen support for stroke survivors nationwide.
Group Network & Communities team lead the approach to supporting people affected by stroke to engage with a range of support within communities they identify with and support and empower a vast network of volunteers, a dynamic and inclusive community of over 400 stroke support groups nationwide.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure community-based offers provide the best possible customer experience with a strong focus on accessibility and inclusion, aligned to Solving Inequity in Stroke approach.
- Drive forward a culture of coaching, shared learning, peer support and collaboration as a way of working.
- Work across teams and Directorates to ensure a joined-up approach to community engagement and development, including the delivery of cross-directorate spaces that facilitate shared learning, leading relationships with key internal and external partners and stakeholders.

- Experience of working with volunteers, including the ability to coordinate, organise and deliver volunteer engagement events at scale or digitally

Main Purpose of the Post
To lead the strategic planning, development, and delivery of Learning through Landscapes’ (LtL) communications and marketing activities. Specific Duties
Strategic Leadership
• Lead the development and implementation of the LtL communications strategy in line with organisational objectives.

Team Management

About the role
Mission Without Borders is seeking an experienced Salesforce Support Specialist to focus on three key areas; Salesforce Administration, training, and process documentation.
As a Salesforce expert and product champion, the post holder will work closely with our existing Salesforce Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for Salesforce support and training across all staff in all 18 countries. The Purpose of the Role
The External Relations (ER) department includes private fundraising, marketing & communications and advocacy. ER’s goal is to mobilize external audiences to raise funding to meet core organization needs deliver programs that support our clients to recover and gain control of their lives; influence policy changes to improve outcomes for our clients; and build and grow our global brand.
The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team plays a vital role in supporting ER to advance our ambitious global strategy. The FP&A team (1) is a strategic finance partner to leadership and ER teams (2) leads revenue modelling and budget development (3) provide insights and analysis to support decision making on funding decisions and critical initiatives. ER’s FP&A team sits within the Business Operations and Analytics unit, the backbone of the ER department which provides best-in-class strategy, financial planning, analytics, and operational support. The FP&A Senior Analyst will also be an integral part of IRC’s broader Finance organization. The Senior Analyst, FP&A, will be assigned a portfolio of ER teams. This role requires strong project management, the ability to drive projects from end to end, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the commitment to deliver high quality results at a fast pace
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead financial planning, reporting and analysis projects, with minimal supervision
- Build and maintain robust revenue and expense models
- Generate insights on performance, track progress and identify risks and opportunities to meet target
- Provide strategic decision making support on critical initiatives, including the development of business cases
- Develop a strong command of data and systems that enable FP&A delivery (e.g. Power BI, Integra, Salesforce)
- Produce high-quality deliverables (often spreadsheets, decks, memos, and analysis) with little re-work required
- Confidently present analysis and recommendations to global leaders to facilitate decision-making and alignment
- Collaborate closely with global senior leaders, building trusted relationships, making recommendations that account for their needs, and influencing them to act

PERSON SPECIFICATION
Essential
Skills, Knowledge and Qualifications:
- **Bachelors Degree, preferably in Finance, Economics or Business
- Solutions-oriented and ability to drive tasks and projects independently
- Ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time-management skills – proven ability to prioritize against simultaneous demands and deliver at a fast pace
- **Strong analytical skills – analyze, interpret, and translate quantitative data into actionable insights
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – breakdown complex problems
- **Advance command of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint, PowerQuery
- Experience with cloud-based planning tools (Salesforce), PowerBI and ERP systems is desirable

The Choir with No Name (CWNN) has been building supportive choir communities involving people impacted by homelessness and marginalisation since 2008. We were founded on the premise that singing makes you feel good; it is a welcome respite from the challenges life throws at you, and helps build confidence, skills and genuine, long-lasting friendships.

Your role
You will be responsible for the management, development and delivery of marketing and communications to support CWNN’s fundraising strategy. You’ll work alongside our Development Manager to create compelling fundraising campaigns, content and communications, growing engagement from individuals, companies, community fundraisers and potential funders while simultaneously raising our profile among stakeholders through strategic communications and marketing plans. This work includes:

Support our Development Manager to create and deliver impactful and innovative fundraising strategies including our public appeals, challenge events and local fundraising campaigns.

Developing and implementing communications strategies to promote CWNN’s work, managing our social media platforms and external comms to ensure they reflect our strategic goals and values.

Producing our e-newsletter, with support from the Development team, to ensure CWNN’s key work, impact, news and campaigns are effectively promoted to our supporter base.

Create engaging digital content for our website and social media including written copy, video and graphics.

Analysing campaign engagement KPIs to inform future strategies and approaches to best engage existing and new audiences.

Create marketing materials for external use, eg. corporate pitch documents, fundraising packs, gig programmes, flyers and posters using Canva.

Co-creating case studies, supporting members to share their stories, their way, amplifying their voices and demonstrating the impact of our choirs to stakeholders.

Co-lead our co-produced ‘Digital Storytellers’ programme with our Community Participation Manager, supporting members to manage their own local social media accounts, sharing their stories and raising awareness of their choirs to new audiences.

Maintain, organise and populate CWNN’s media library and YouTube channel.

Write and distribute press releases to both regional and national press and media, fielding media enquiries and building our media contacts.

Co-ordinate our internal communications programme, working with senior leadership team.

Carry out any other tasks that arise that are within the scope and purpose of the post as requested by your line manager.
