Living Wage Foundation
The Living Wage is an independent movement of businesses, organisations and people who believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. The Living Wage campaign was launched by London Citizens in 2001 and aims to ensure low paid workers have enough money to get by and enough time for community and family life.
The Living Wage is an hourly rate calculated according to the basic cost of living in the UK that employers choose to pay on a voluntary basis. The Living Wage Foundation recognises and celebrates employers that pay the real Living Wage through an accreditation programme which awards the Living Wage Employer Mark.
The independently-calculated rates are announced during Living Wage Week each November when we celebrate our growing network of Living Wage employers. There are now more than 15,000 accredited Living Wage employers across the UK which has secured pay rises for over 475,000 employees.

Purpose
At Citizens UK, our organisers and project staff work within communities to develop leaders, strengthen organisations, campaign for change and organise across difference. There are various project roles and operational, communication, finance and HR roles that support the organisation and project staff and organisers to deliver on this mission and work. The Living Wage Foundation has an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as an Operations and Data Officer. We are looking for a highly motivated and organised individual to help maintain, develop and continuously improve our data and systems. The role will be an integral part of the Living Wage Operations and Insight Team, providing technical support to ensure the integrity of our systems, and supporting with development projects.
The Operations and Data Officer will need to be highly numerate and have great analytical skills to support our monitoring and evaluation functions, working with the Head of Operations and Insight on financial and budgeting management, reconciliation and forecasting for the Living Wage Foundation. Main Responsibilities

Project Management
Deliver work targets on time and to standard to support the Foundation’s data and systems: :

Support the day-to-day operations and management of all systems within the Living Wage Foundation designed to enable the functioning of Living Wage accreditation schemes.

Proactively seek out systems improvements to make our processes more efficient so the Living Wage Foundation continues to provide an excellent service to the Living Wage network.

Provide operational support for all aspects of the accreditation and recognition systems, including identifying and fixing errors.

Maintain integrity of Salesforce database; identify and source incomplete information within the database; take responsibility for tidying, cleansing and backing up existing data.

Support maintenance of integrated systems, including syncing data to Act-On and the website.

Work with Operations and Data Manager to keep templates, forms and related communications materials up to date

Manage merchandise administration including email inbox, day to day queries, and Shopify administration.

Support Operations and Data Manager to manage budgets for external contracts (e.g. with developers and suppliers).

Safe Passage International (SPI) is recruiting a Policy and Public Affairs Manager to lead a core area of our campaigns work, by building on the organisation’s strong record of creating diverse coalitions of public support and delivering systems change for our beneficiaries. This will support the continuing and sustainable growth in our ground-breaking work to ensure that safe routes to sanctuary exist for all people seeking asylum, and that the young people and families we work with have dignity and safety on arrival.
As a vital member of the Campaigns and Communications team, the Policy and Public Affairs Manager will work closely with press, digital, grassroots campaigns and youth advocacy colleagues to campaign for change. Key priorities for the role will include developing policy positions and recommendations in this fast-moving area of policy which will underpin all our campaigns and communications and developing and delivering a political engagement strategy to influence the new UK Government and parliamentarians.
The successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring that those with lived experience of seeking sanctuary and/or directly affected by the issues we campaign on, lead, and shape our policy positions and political campaigning.
This is a challenging and rewarding role for candidates with a good understanding of the challenges young people and refugees face on arrival to the UK.

Job description
We are looking for someone to provide key administrative support for our local and community energy projects. The post holder will help to build relationships and ensure robust administration, focussing primarily on our grant schemes and capacity building work with community organisations.

Specific responsibilities

About the role
The Client Services Manager utilises our CRM to manage the Charities team inventory requirements (products including charity entries and advertising packages) across the London Marathon Events portfolio. This role supports the day-to-day management and continuous improvement of the charities team systems and processes to ensure our team can work efficiently, maximise the use of our CRM to support sales and charity customers communications, and give our charity partners a best-in-class customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

About you

The Role
Active Together is a multimodal prehabilitation and rehabilitation service that has been developed by world leading academics and practitioners at the Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre (AWRC) at Sheffield Hallam University and funded by Yorkshire Cancer Research.
Supporting the Head of Active Together, as our Services Manager – Active Together Hull your role will be to establish, implement, manage, and support the continuing improvement of the prehabilitation and rehabilitation service for cancer patients at the newly developed Active Together centre in Hull. Acting as the non-clinical lead, the role ensures the service is safe, effective, and aligned with the Active Together service design while delivering value for money for the charity.
In addition to overseeing service delivery, the post holder will be responsible for managing the facility itself, including offices, consultation rooms, and three gym studio spaces. The role provides line management of the Service Administrator and supporting the Lead Fitness Instructor, ensuring efficient operational support for the service. Additionally, the post holder will organise and manage the onboarding process for new Yorkshire Cancer Research colleagues, ensuring a smooth transition into the service.
The role involves close collaboration with Hull University Teaching Hospitals (HUTH) clinical staff, working alongside the Service Clinical Lead to ensure an integrated approach to prehabilitation and rehabilitation for cancer patients.
Specifically, you will:
Leadership & Service Management
· Oversee the launch and ongoing management of the Active Together prehabilitation and rehabilitation service in Hull, ensuring smooth implementation and continuous improvement.
· Work closely with HUTH clinical staff, fostering strong collaborative relationships to ensure effective patient pathways.
· Partner with the Service Clinical Lead to maintain alignment between clinical and non-clinical aspects of the service.

About You

Overview
This role offers the opportunity to plan, create & deliver a variety of communications, leading on design and digital deliverables across internal & external channels for Glass Door Homeless Charity.
The Digital Communication Officer works in the Communications team, reporting to the Head of Communications & Fundraising and manage Glass Door design, web & socials.
Through this role, we will deliver a robust plan of impactful and on-brand content, raising the profile of our work and ensuring we are known amongst existing and new audiences in London

Editorial & Design

Ability to produce fresh, emotive and informative content across print & digital platforms - including profiles of guests, news stories, blogs and speeches

Lead on design and delivery across the organisation – digital & print: including posters, informative leaflets, presentations, graphics and images for social media, newsletters and website as needed

Work collaboratively across the organisation to solicit content from other members of staff, including caseworkers, operations and fundraising colleagues to support Communications’ strategic aims

Support the design of campaigns, appeals & events - working alongside the Head of Comms & Fundraising, and key members of the fundraising team to bring alive the vision of the campaign.

Co-lead on our work with content producers (photographers, videographers, designers, etc), ensuring content meets Glass Door’s standards and is signed off by appropriate staff members

Maintain Sharepoint for digital content – including photos, social images, video and written content

Provide quality-control support (eg proof-reading and editing) on all materials outside of the Comms team and externally, ensuring all content, imagery and branding are consistent with house style and on brand

Create & deliver video content to support the digital strategy and on an ad-hoc basis
Digital

Manage and maintain all social media accounts in-line with Glass Door's social media guidelines, focusing on building awareness, driving traffic and increasing engagement

Manage and update Glass Door's website in-line with the digital strategy and content planner

Co-develop & oversee a digital content calendar

Co-manage delivery of multiple/congruent campaigns, appeals and events to engage existing and attract new supporters, often working alongside key members of other teams including fundraising, operations and advocacy teams.

Support with digital marketing, working closely and collaboratively with the Marketing Officer, Head of Comms & Fundraising Team to plan, track and successfully deliver paid and organic digital journeys.

Monitor social media and advise key staff on any issues arising that could jeopardise the reputation of the charity, ensuring all Crisis Comms is managed in line with Crisis Comms Policy

Support the development and delivery of bi-monthly internal e-newsletters.
Monitor impact

Work closely and collaboratively with the Marketing Officer to ensure all conversions of paid promotion are tracked effectively and efficiently

Support the monitoring and tracking of website usage

Support the evaluation of social media and online reach, create monthly reports, and assist with evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns and appeals

Support the monitoring and tracking Google ads and analytics

Support the vision and production of a new website, ensuring it is on brand and meets our content and communication needs

Monitor, assess and report to relevant teams of our content performance to ensure our channels are hives of activity and relevant to our audiences.

Monitor and follow trends within digital and innovation to improve the organisation’s digital presence and activities
Strategy

Co-lead on the planning and delivery of the Glass Door Communications Strategy – specifically on the digital and content plans

Support the delivery of Fundraising key deliverables – specifically on the digital content, stories and campaign key deliverables

Co-manage the Comms Team’s and cross org deliverables via project management platform monday(dot)com
Events

Support co-ordination of events, by designing and delivering print and digital materials, online support to fundraisers, and representing the charity as needed in-person and online.
Other

Attend and participate in relevant team meetings, and other ad hoc meetings when necessary.

Undertake other ad hoc tasks as directed, such as assistance on Glass Door events and occasional administrative support to the CEO.
