Part of a team of Outreach and Project Workers pivotal to the delivery of an exciting new project focused on reaching women identified as at risk of homelessness and exploitation. The Luna Project supports women at risk of rough sleeping, homelessness and exploitation. Working across key areas of Enfield and Haringey you will, through a combination of nighttime outreach and daytime service provision, be critical to supporting a coordinated response across multiple agencies already engaged in this work.
You will undertake at least twice weekly nighttime outreach, support additional services and existing outreach provision and develop a daytime offer that meets the needs of women engaged through outreach and identified as at high risk of harm and homelessness.
You will have responsibility for a caseload of women identified through outreach, referral and presentation at ours and other services. You will provide advocacy, casework support and connection and referral into other agencies which can help them address their needs.

Job Purpose
To support and grow Brum Unitarians through operational management, project delivery, administration, compliance and revenue generation. Once these foundations are laid there will be a growing emphasis on managing community projects and initiatives.

In the last four years we have tripled our turnover, moved from delivery at one site to having thirteen outreaches and have doubled the number of clients we are seeing. We are now looking for an enthusiastic, full time Welfare Benefits Worker to build up a much needed Welfare Rights Unit. We have a small unit of volunteers who support clients with appeals, and our next stage is to build a volunteer based form filling service. Whilst holding a small caseload of your own, it is the development of this service that would be your principal task.
To be successful you will need to be a qualified Citizens Advice Adviser, preferably with experience of delivering Benefits casework, and to be able to develop and lead volunteers. At the heart of Camden’s response to street homelessness, the Rough Sleeping Outreach & Hub Service works across streets, transport hubs and a central support hub to ensure that no one is left facing rough sleeping alone. This is an integrated, borough-wide service focused on early engagement, reducing harm and supporting people to move away from the streets towards safety, accommodation and longer-term stability.
As an Outreach Worker, you’ll be a consistent and trusted presence for people sleeping rough or at risk of rough sleeping. Working flexibly across street outreach and hub-based support on a rota basis, you’ll build meaningful relationships, carry out trauma-aware assessments and coordinate practical support that helps people take their next steps.
You’ll work within a 'No Wrong Door' approach, supporting people wherever and however they engage. That might mean meeting someone early in the morning on outreach, supporting them to access the hub later that day, or working alongside partners to remove barriers that have kept them excluded in the past.

Outreach Adviser - Croft Woodlands (Uist & Barra)
The Woodland Trust is looking for an Outreach Adviser - Croft Woodlands (Uist & Barra) to join our Scotland Outreach Team. The Croft Woodland initiative is a partnership initiative between Woodland Trust Scotland (WTS), Point & Sandwick Trust (P&ST), Scottish Crofting Federation, Scottish Forestry, Coigach & Assynt Living Landscapes, the Woodland Croft Partnership, Shetland Amenity Trust and Orkney Woodlands Project. The aim of the project is to engage crofters in woodland creation and management on their holdings to deliver multiple benefits in terms of biodiversity, agricultural diversification, landscape and environment.
A company vehicle will be provided for this role. Please note that out Company Vehicle Policy is also under review as part of our Job Families and Contract Review project, so the eligibility criteria therein are subject to change in due course.
The Role:
- Provide expert advice and ongoing support to crofters, grazing committees and land managers on woodland creation and management projects.
- Lead the development and delivery of Forestry Grant Scheme applications, coordinating consultants or preparing proposals in-house.
- Plan and implement Croft Woodlands MOREwoods schemes, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Create and maintain accurate GIS mapping and ensure robust due diligence, including regulatory compliance and “right tree, right place” principles.
- Organise and deliver training programmes, facilitating knowledge sharing across individuals, communities and stakeholders.
- Work closely with Point and Sandwick Trust through regular liaison and updates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with land managers, partners, regulators and local organisations to promote woodland initiatives.
- Manage project delivery end-to-end, including budgets, timelines, contractors and consultants, ensuring targets are met.
- Complete all project administration and reporting, contribute to stakeholder engagement, and support innovative approaches to increase participation and impact.
- This is a homebased role, requiring regular travel to locations within the Uist and Barra landscape and wider Western Isles, sometimes to remote locations. You would be expected to live within the Western Isles or reasonable travelling distance of your area of responsibility. Occasional travel to regional offices and overnight stays will be required.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in developing and delivering woodland creation projects, particularly for small-scale projects.
- Experience of developing woodland management plans is desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and advise crofters, communities, schools and woodland owners.
- Experience managing and working effectively with contractors, consultants and external partners.
- Strong technical capability in digital mapping and GIS systems.
- Good working knowledge of woodland and croft grant schemes and funding mechanisms is desirable.
- Understanding of the crofting context in Scotland, particularly in the Western Isles, with Gaelic language/cultural awareness desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence to represent the organisation professionally and positively.
- Highly organised, self-motivated and flexible, with the ability to manage workload independently, collaborate across dispersed teams, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
- A full driving licence and ability to travel across a wide area to undertake site visits and meetings, sometimes to remote locations. Overnight stays will be required from time to time.

Citizens Advice Woking is seeking a Community Outreach Adviser to join our new three-year National Lottery Community Fund project supporting residents in the Canalside area.
This community-based role will provide free, independent and impartial advice on issues including welfare benefits, debt, housing and energy. You will deliver outreach sessions, build strong relationships with local residents, community groups and partner organisations, and help improve access to advice for people who may face barriers to traditional services.
Working closely with South Asian communities and other residents whose first language may not be English, you will help ensure our services are inclusive, accessible and responsive to local needs. You will also work alongside volunteers and local organisations to develop the project through a co-production approach, empowering communities and creating lasting positive change.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
Outreach & Engagement
· Lead on the planning and delivery of outreach activity (such as stalls and interactive activities) to promote the Students’ Union (specifically the Academic Experience Team’s) services, helping students understand what support is available to them.
· Build relationships with external charities and organisations, coordinating their involvement in on-campus outreach activity to raise awareness of support services relevant to students.
· Develop creative, inclusive approaches to increase student awareness and participation, particularly among students who may not usually engage.
· Collaborate with the Representation Coordinator, Community Events Team, and School & Student Community Organisers (SCOs) to design and deliver outreach that raises awareness of key academic and student issues, including initiatives for awareness weeks and heritage months.
· Monitor impact by monitoring attendance and engagement, in addition to gathering feedback to understand what worked well and continuously improve future outreach.
Induction & Student Transition
· Support the Academic Experience Manager in booking and coordinating SU induction talks for the start of each Semester.
· Deliver engaging induction talks and sessions to help new students understand how they can get involved and shape their academic experience.
· Ensure students are aware of key opportunities such as becoming a Student Rep and how to share feedback with the SU.
· Collect feedback on induction sessions and use this to improve content and delivery for future students.
Student Representation Support
· Support the delivery of Student Representative recruitment & training, helping reps understand their role and how to represent student views effectively.
· Work with Reps throughout the year to keep them engaged, confident, and active in their role, by hosting drop-in sessions and forums.
· Support the administration of Student Representation, helping students share feedback and ensuring it is used to inform improvements.
· Support the planning, organisation and delivery of School Student Forums and attendance at Programme Academic Experience Groups (PAEGs).

· Work in partnership with the Advice and Insight teams to support the effective use of student feedback mechanisms, including:
o Coordinating the collation and organisation of student submissions

o Ensuring timely and meaningful reporting back to students and stakeholders on key themes and outcomes
Supporting The Wider SU Team
· Harness and maintain good working relationships with all colleagues across the SU, working as collaboratively as possible on all projects where appropriate.

Community Training and Volunteer Administrator
Salary: £25,112.50 per annum, pro rata
Location: Norwich Office

East Anglian Air Ambulance is a regional charity that provides life-saving care across Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Suffolk and beyond. With two state of the art helicopters and a fleet of rapid response vehicles taking our crew of critical care paramedics and doctors to the scene of the incident, to provide advanced pre-hospital emergency medical care (PHEM).
We have an exciting opportunity for a Community Training and Volunteer Administrator to join our life-saving charity.
About our Community Training Programme:
Since 2018 East Anglian Air Ambulance has been delivering lifesaving Community CPR and Defibrillator training sessions to over 100,000+ children and adults, but we need to train more people to save more lives across East Anglia.
Every year approximately 11,000 people suffer a cardiac arrest in the East of England. Around 70% of those who suffer a cardiac arrest receive any form of bystander CPR before the arrival of the ambulance service, however, less than 20% have a defibrillator deployed before emergency services arrive.
The cardiac arrest survival rate in the UK is only around 9%, but if a defibrillator is used alongside effective CPR within the first 3-5 minutes, the chances of survival can increase between 40% - 70%.
About the role:
As Community Training and Volunteer Administrator, you will provide excellent administrative support to EAAA's Community Training and Volunteering Team, helping to coordinate our flagship Community CPR and Defibrillator Training programme for schools, community groups and organisations across East Anglia.
You will manage a busy training calendar and coordinate Community CPR Training bookings and enquiries, ensuring all participants and supporters receive the highest standards of customer service. You will also oversee the logistics of our training equipment, ensuring resources are available in the right place at the right time to support training delivery.
You will ensure all CPR and AED training sessions are accurately recorded on our volunteer management system and will support and guide new and existing CPR volunteers throughout their recruitment and onboarding journey.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong administrative and IT skills, experience of using CRM systems, and excellent communication skills. You will be confident engaging with a diverse range of people and committed to delivering an outstanding supporter experience.
This is a vital role in ensuring our training participants, volunteers and supporters have a positive experience with EAAA and our community training programmes. Ultimately, your work will contribute to improving outcomes for patients experiencing cardiac arrest across East Anglia and help save more lives.

· Be present in hospital and community locations to support young people that are impacted by violence.
· Work with young people in the community supporting them to process what has happened and linking them in with services/groups that will provide them with sustainable ongoing support.
· Deliver group work sessions to get young people talking about the issue of violence providing a safe space for them to talk about their concerns and what they want to change.

Programme Coordinator
The Race Equality Foundation has been awarded a transformative multi-year grant from The National Lottery Community Fund (TNLCF) as part of its Health Inequities: Structural Racism and Discrimination Partnership. The programme will establish three Anti-Racism Collaboratives (ARCs), each bringing together voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) organisations, people with lived experience, health and care organisations, local authorities and other partners to tackle the structural causes of ethnic health inequities through co-production, evidence and collective action.
As Programme Coordinator, you will play a central role in enabling the successful delivery of this ambitious programme. Working closely with the Lead Changemaker, Changemakers and colleagues across the Foundation, you will ensure the programme has the systems, coordination and administrative support needed to deliver high-quality partnership working and meaningful co-production across the three ARCs.
