Are you passionate about research? Have you helped others develop and use research skills? If you are a physiotherapist with a desire to support others to develop research capability and capacity and to support dissemination of evidence to physiotherapists across the UK, we would like to hear from you.

In this role you will have key responsibilities to grow research capability and capacity across our membership, develop and lead projects to create accessible evidence summaries, and work collaboratively to ensure that the research pillar of practice is a core component of physiotherapy practice. You will develop opportunities for members to engage with the evidence for physiotherapy, and support them to develop crucial skills in developing and using evidence to support practice and influence those around them; whether that is patients, clinicians or commissioners.

You will have strong skills in evidence synthesis and will have experience in developing the research literacy, skills, confidence and capacity of people around you. You will have a good knowledge of research methodologies and will be able to impart this knowledge to others and be confident to provide advice and support to others. To support this, you will need to have strong networking, communication, and collaboration/team working skills.
