We are looking for a meticulous, fair-minded and collaborative Professional Standards Manager who is committed to protecting the public and championing high standards in psychotherapy, to join our Complaints & Conduct Team.

About the role
As the Professional Standards Manager, you will play a central role in the effective operation of the Complaints and Conduct Process (CCP). You will oversee the day-to-day management of investigations, assessments and adjudications of concerns raised about our registered therapists, ensuring all cases are handled with integrity, fairness and procedural accuracy.
You will ensure service standards are met, maintain robust case management records, and support colleagues through legal complexities, subject access requests and regulatory reporting.
Working closely with the Professional Conduct Committee (PCC), you will provide case updates, contribute to root-cause analysis, support the development of the annual report and attend PCC meetings as an active participant. You will also support adjudication hearings, including acting as presenting officer for interim suspension hearings, and ensure outcomes are communicated clearly to all relevant parties.
This role offers both operational responsibility and strategic impact. You will contribute to regulatory development, policy work, and reaccreditation with the Professional Standards Authority, helping to uphold professional standards and safeguard the public.
About you
You will bring experience of managing complex complaints in a professional body, regulated organisation or similar environment. Skilled at quickly interpreting detailed information, you are able to make sound, evidence-informed decisions while managing multiple priorities with care and structure.
You will be confident communicating with a wide range of people including complainants, registrants, legal professionals, panel members and internal colleagues always demonstrating clarity, empathy and professionalism.

To support the delivery of WIPs housing programme for unsentenced women, providing trauma-informed specialist support to women in HMP Bronzefield, and going through court processes, with a focus on improving housing outcomes for women affected by the criminal justice system.
Key Responsibility Areas
- To deliver an effective housing intervention for women impacted by the criminal justice system.

About the Role

Join our team as an Admiral Nurse (East Surrey and West Kent), in partnership with Dementia UK, and make a real impact on those affected by dementia.
You will be joining an established team of Admiral Nurses covering East Surrey and West Kent.
This role involves regular travel within the regions, so we are ideally looking for someone based in or near the area. You will work with clients or from the office 3 days per week, with 2 days available to work from home. There may also be occasions when you will need to attend training and meetings at our hubs across the UK.
As an Admiral Nurse, your role will be pivotal in providing expert nursing support to carers, helping them navigate the complexities of dementia care. You will offer emotional and psychological interventions to alleviate the challenges of caregiving, especially at the early stages of diagnosis or pre-diagnosis, and continue supporting carers through the various stages of dementia, focusing on transitions, loss, and shifting relationships.
In this role, you will manage a caseload of clients, conducting home visits to assess their needs and wellbeing, and develop individual intervention plans. You will empower carers by helping them build the skills and confidence needed to support someone with dementia, especially as behaviours change over time. Your work will ensure they can provide better care while also protecting their own mental and emotional health.
Beyond direct care, you will contribute to the continuous development of the service, assisting with the evaluation and improvement of dementia care practices. You will offer clinical guidance to colleagues and external agencies, providing training and educational resources to enhance the quality of care across the board.

As Director of Policy & Research, you will:
- Lead the development of Belong’s policy and research agenda, aligning it with organisational strategy and national priorities.

Thanks for taking the time to explore the role of Trusts Fundraising Manager at the Family Holiday Charity. The role is becoming vacant as our current Trusts Fundraiser is taking early retirement. We’re super happy for her. But it means time for change! So, we're looking for a new colleague to join us and build forward from all the hard work that she’s put in!
This role is a critical one in our fundraising plans - raising around £300k annually, with pipeline potential for more as you unlock partnership working and programme development across the organisation.
You’ll need to be a bit of an all-rounder - researching and keeping pipelines updated, eccure gifts and donations, consider applications, adapt data and information and inspire with your words, reporting on progress and income. Add a dash of strategic thinking as we develop programmes and look for new funding support to achieve that. We currently raise about £200k (with about ¾ of that as secure as any pipeline can be) but have a budget target of £100k to raise from partnership working and programme development with others in the team. There’s a lot of potential in this area!
The trusts environment is, quite frankly, a bit bonkers so we know that this won't appear on paper to be the easiest role in the world. You’re going to need grit and tenacity as well as all the other skills a good trust fundraiser needs. But we’re a great team, going great things and in a fantastic position to build forward from our existing strong position in Trusts.
We’re a small but flexible team - just like our approach to work. This is a hybrid role, and you’ll need to show your face in the office periodically (for things with a purpose, not just for the sake of it!). Sounds great, what will I be doing?
Run over three properties, Hammersmith & Fulham's South Cluster provides two of which for individuals with low-medium mental health requirements and the third for service users with greater needs. The services all support adults (18+) with enduring mental health needs, who require additional housing and other support.
This service is for users who have a recognised need for a level of supported accommodation who may be leaving hospital, registered cared or at risk of homelessness. The service is used as a ‘step-up' or ‘step down' from other supported accommodation, where appropriate. The South Cluster aims to equip service users with the skills to move on and live independently in the future.
What do I need to bring with me?
You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.
Here's what the team will be looking for
To succeed in this role, you will bring a solid understanding of Health and Safety within an accommodation-based setting, along with the ability to monitor and maintain the safety and security of the service while reporting any maintenance needs appropriately. You will have experience supporting people with mental health needs and a basic knowledge of housing management, including maintenance and repairs. Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills are essential, enabling you to produce clear written communication and maintain accurate records. You will also have a sound understanding of safeguarding and the confidence to address concerns appropriately to ensure the wellbeing of those you support.
When will I be working?
You will be working Monday to Sunday 5 days a week on a rota starting as early as 08:00 until 23:00 latest no more then 39 hours a week
