About the role

Role specifics
An excellent leader and project manager, your career to date will need to include extensive experience of mobilising teams to support the development of measurable initiatives to drive and embed cultural change and inclusion within an organisation. We’ll particularly be looking for a pragmatic and proactive approach, with a history of co-designing and delivering Equity and Inclusion (E&I) initiatives that resonated with an organisation’s core values and were pivotal for driving forward their ambitious goals. A flair for turning concepts into actionable plans is essential too, as are strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation. In short, you’re a strategic thinker with a values centred approach, E&I expertise and proven experience of leading and managing others. You are a confident leader and experienced project manager, with a solid track record of driving cultural and organisational change. You know what it takes to co-design and deliver initiatives that are grounded in an organisation’s values and relevant to its people.
You bring a practical, collaborative approach — and you’re not afraid to challenge, ask the right questions, and get things moving. You’ve led or supported measurable EDI or anti-racism work before, and you understand how to turn strategy into action. Annual leave: 27 days FTE per annum plus Bank holidays (22 days FTE per annum under the Four Day Week)
Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Training will be provided and you will be expected to continue to refresh your training and to keep up use of the efficiency tools. Annual leave is also pro rata’d. Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK. Your role

I'm working with a national charity undergoing major digital transformation to recruit a Service Support Engineer to join their IT operations team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for technology, great communication skills, and experienced in 1st and 2nd line IT support.
You'll be part of a collaborative, mission-driven organisation that’s committed to delivering great technical support to staff across the UK. In this role, you'll support day-to-day IT operations, solve problems, manage support tickets, and help maintain critical systems – all while working with cutting-edge tools like Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and Active Directory.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering excellent 1st and 2nd line support for staff across multiple locations
- Managing incidents and service requests through the ticketing system
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software, including laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network equipment
- Supporting Office 365, Active Directory, and remote access tools
- Assisting with onboarding/offboarding, asset management, and MDM setup
- Travelling to offices and service sites to provide face-to-face IT support when needed
Skills required for the Service Support Engineer:
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Knowledge of ticketing and asset management systems (e.g. FreshService)
- Understanding of basic networking and remote desktop tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Calm, helpful, and approachable—able to support non-technical users
- Organised, with strong attention to detail and process-following skills
- A demonstrable passion for tech—whether through education, training, or self-learning

The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Charity Operations Executive to help keep our charity running smoothly. From finance and governance to project coordination and data reporting, you’ll play a key role in supporting our team and mission.

- Supporting day-to-day operations, HR systems, and IT
- Managing finance processes (QuickBooks, invoicing, reporting)
- Coordinating governance tasks and Board meetings
