About the role
The Corporate Partnerships team have an amazing opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Manager to collaborate on one of the sector’s largest corporate partnerships, valued at approximately £4 million annually. This role offers the chance to lead on commercial activities, build strong relationships, coordinate events and contribute to overall income generation.
This partnership is rare to find and offers a unique and valuable opportunity for the postholder to build relationships with staff and customers within a unique environment.
By working in close partnership with a popular brand that successfully raises £4million each year to support people living with cancer, the postholder will gain first hand insight into how this partnership positively impacts the community, making it a standout opportunity within the sector.
This is a mobile role, requiring lots of travel and working in person with our partner at their premises. It is desirable that the postholder has a driving licence and access to a vehicle, and a car allowance is included as part of the overall package.
About you
We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience working in corporate partnerships or similar (e.g. Relationship Fundraising, Client Services etc.)
- Leading partnerships from end-to-end (i.e. from idea to delivery)
- Strong experience managing partners/clients and in person relationship building
- Ability to motivate teams internally and externally to get behind projects/proposals

Our day centre service is currently open three days per-week offering respite, food and somewhere safe to be for anyone facing street homelessness. It provides advocacy and casework services to those who are vulnerably housed or homeless, supporting them to address their individual crisis and the underlying causes. We also provide a small year round night shelter provision.
APAP works in close partnership with a number of key agencies locally including drug and alcohol teams, street outreach services, local authority housing teams and the wider VCS. We are a gateway service in the community through which our clients can access a range of support.
The Community Fundraising and Partnerships Coordinator will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships within the local community to support APAP’s fundraising efforts, including schools, local businesses, faith and community groups. Turning Tides is a charity that supports people experiencing homelessness in West Sussex. While our central office is in Worthing, our work spans the county – from East Grinstead to Littlehampton and across areas in between. With over 20 accommodation projects, community hubs and outreach teams, we offer local single adults tailored support to move towards a more stable future. We strongly believe in addressing the root causes for homelessness, so our specialist teams support in areas such as mental health, substance misuse, tenancy sustainment, IT skills, employment guidance and much more.
The Fundraising team is small but mighty. We shape and support the raising of funds for Turning Tides, by inspiring compassion for people facing homelessness and aim to engage supporters through powerful storytelling. About the role
The Fundraising Officer will work closely with the Fundraising Manager on a wide range of tasks, ensuring our messages reach the right people in the right way. This could include giving talks at local community groups such as schools and churches, delivering fundraising, stewardship of fundraisers and donors. This role will include weekend and evening work to support our fundraising events.

The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our small and dynamic team. This new role will support the Head of Partnerships and wider WFN team in delivering our fundraising strategy, stewarding high-value donor relationships, and unlocking new opportunities for income growth.
The Partnerships Manager will work directly with some of WFN’s existing portfolio of 30 Major Donors made up primarily of Trusts, Family Foundations and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) supporters, with some Corporates. The Partnerships Manager will maintain close professional relationships with supporters that are bespoke and require excellent interpersonal skills, with most meetings taking place in-person, in central London.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Corporate Partnerships Officer to join our dynamic fundraising team. The Sutton Trust is at an exciting point in our organisational journey, with a new Chairperson and ambitions to significantly grow our impact and fundraising as part of our 2030 strategy.
Over the past five years the impact of the Sutton Trust has increased, especially in our programme numbers, securing a relatively stable income of c.£6m over a number of years. The Corporate Partnerships Officer will join a small and high-performing Corporate Partnerships team, taking over a portfolio of corporate partners and prospects at our ‘consortium’ partner level, ranging from £10k-£50k per annum.
You will identify, engage, secure, and steward corporate partner prospects from sectors that include law, construction, manufacturing and logistics, as well as supporting other team members across different sectors as the need arises. The existing portfolio of partners are primarily legal firms who also engage with our impactful programmes, and you will also have personal and team new business targets and support senior team members to steward our flagship partners.
We are looking for a fundraiser who is keen to develop their corporate fundraising skills, especially building relationships with delivery partners, strategic funders, and corporate foundations. Our ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, a confident communicator, and able to work independently under their own initiative as well as within the team.
The role will be line managed by the Head of Corporate Partnerships, working closely with other members of the Corporate Partnerships team, and collaboratively across the wider Development team and Employability Programmes team.
Main duties
New business
- Personally scope, develop and secure new corporate partnerships at consortium level (£10k-£50k), aiming for a robust portfolio of partners in assigned sectors with multi-year commitments, working with the Head of Corporate Partnerships and other relevant stakeholders to appropriately to secure and steward.
- Support the Head of Corporate Partnerships to engage in proactive new business development within the corporate sector, including support for network mapping with senior volunteers.
- Manage writing and submission of reports and proposals for grants to corporate foundations, working alongside other Development team and wider organisation members to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Alongside team members, manage the shared Development inbox to ensure all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt, consistent, and friendly manner.
- Follow all relevant policies and processes to ensure due diligence is completed for all prospective donors, account management plans are kept up to date, and corporate partners receive high-quality stewardship.
Account Management and Development
- Manage and grow the portfolio of ‘consortium’ level corporate partnerships, including leveraging existing relationships to maximise financial income and partnership longevity.
- Support senior team members on designated high-value partnerships, including specific administrative and project tasks, e.g. coordinating meetings and webinars, attending programme visits, event invites, and volunteering opportunities.
- Write and deliver engaging and high-quality partnership proposals and reports for new and existing ‘consortium’ level funders, working with the wider Development team and relevant other Sutton Trust teams as appropriate.
- Be accountable for achieving agreed corporate income targets, looking for opportunities to grow funding and diversify corporate income.
Fundraising, Finance and Reporting
- Act as an ambassador for the Trust with external audiences in the corporate space, representing the Trust with confidence and enthusiasm to secure major gifts and develop relationships.
- Ensure the Trust’s CRM (Salesforce), account management plans, and all relevant income pipeline documents are kept appropriately up to date with activity from corporate partners, including accurate income forecasting.
- Attend appropriate meetings, such as the Employer Working Group, to represent the corporate team and portfolio of partners, and share information with colleagues across the Trust.
- Work with colleagues to support delivery of impactful events to cultivate prospects and steward partners, with a focus on experience for corporate partners and prospects.
- Appropriately follow policies and procedures on due diligence, Salesforce and data management, account management, stewardship, and reporting.
- Stay up to date with corporate fundraising best practice, learning from senior members of the corporate team, and keep abreast of developments and opportunities within the wider fundraising space.

Terms of Appointment

- Hours: The standard working hours are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. This role is likely to also be required to attend events / meetings outside of normal working hours during weekday evenings and occasionally at weekends, in line with organisational policies.

It’s an exciting time to be joining Maggie’s, as we continue to open new centres across the UK. Over the last year we’ve brought on new partnerships with leading companies, such as Howden and Scotmid.
The Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser is a key role in our fundraising team and has two key aims:
- Driving significant income growth from corporate partnerships, by taking Maggie’s national partnership proposition to businesses to meet ambitious but achievable targets.

About the role

Link Age Southwark is a local charity whose vision is for friendly local communities where people over the age of 60 and those living with a diagnosis of dementia can thrive.
We are seeking an organised and dynamic storyteller to draw in an audience of potential funders, local partners and community volunteers in support of our vital work with older people experiencing loneliness.
As well as helping to maintain an engaging website and social media presence, this role will also support the delivery of fundraising events and campaigns, and the development of local community and corporate partnerships. You will also be creating physical and digital marketing resources and helping to manage a database of donors and other supporters.

The Corporate Partnerships Manager will play a vital role in supporting New Horizon Youth Centre’s mission by managing and growing a portfolio of valued corporate partners (>£20k) and supporters (<£20k). They will nurture these relationships to ensure meaningful, long-term support for our work with young people facing homelessness.
This will include organising volunteering days that inspire action, delivering lunch and learn sessions that deepen understanding of our cause, and finding creative ways for partners to make a real difference. This role will also drive new business, proactively building relationships with companies who share our values and want to help young people fulfil their potential.
In addition, they will lead on New Horizon’s events programme, developing and delivering inspiring events that connect corporate partners, high-net-worth individuals, and other supporters to the heart of our mission.

We're looking for a Partnership Development Manager to lead and grow some of our highest value partnerships. You will manage a talented team and help shape the strategy to drive our success. Main duties and responsibilities of the role:
Accountability for delivering income through our high-value partners while driving partnership development and ensuring an excellent supporter experience.
· Set ambitious, strategic goals to grow and retain our highest-value partnerships. You will do this by setting and delivering robust engagement and retention programmes for these partnerships.
· Gain and maintain the buy-in of internal stakeholders (including the Senior Leadership Team), who will be crucial to the delivery and growth of our partnerships.
· Maximise the use of ARUK’s networks, including trustees, senior volunteers, and staff, to develop effective relationships with partner companies.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of ARUK’s activities to enable you to deliver compelling presentations to corporate supporters, manage high-level meetings, and confidently represent ARUK and our work independently.
· Effectively recognise appropriate opportunities to cross-sell with the aim of increasing engagement with the wider charity. With particular attention to gifts-in-wills fundraising, which is a strategic priority for the charity.
· Understand our partner's business objectives, people, strategic direction, and objectives.
· Collaborate across the department to ensure corporate partners participate in multiple ARUK fundraising products and propositions.
· Ensure accurate and timely recording of corporate donations, activities, and communications. Making sure that records are accurately maintained, and information is kept up to date on our database.
· Ensure we have necessary legal agreements in place.
Strategy, finance, and reporting
· Work with the Senior Partnership Development Manager (SPDM) to plan, implement, and deliver the Corporate Team strategy. You will be responsible for the operational performance of the team.
· Communicate this strategy and drive fundraising at all levels.
· Ensure all activity and use of team resources are focused on taking Alzheimer’s Research UK towards a cure. This means activity should align with our ten-year strategy and organisational priorities.
· Manage annual income, expenditure budgets and targets for corporate partnerships alongside the SPDM. Prepare income projections and monitor income and expenditure, as well as developing measurable KPIs that translate into tangible partnership benefits.
· Ensure effective reporting of wider partnership impact specifically non-financial benefits.
Leading the team
· Empower the team to provide sector leading customer service to our corporate partners to grow all partnerships to support ARUK’s strategic priorities.
· Drive the success of the team through effective and inspiring leadership to ensure a highly motivated team that achieves or exceeds targets agreed with the SPDM and Head of Corporate Partnerships.
· Ensure the highest quality tools and resources are available to our team for maximum engagement.
· Support the Regional Partnership Development Manager to provide training, resources, advice and guidance to our Regional Fundraising Officers and Central Fundraising Team who manage relationships with local corporate partners.
· Line manages a Senior Officer who also manages our team assistant, including one-to-one meetings, annual and quarterly appraisal meetings, training, support, and career development discussions.
· Coach the team, driving a culture of excellence and accountability.
· Liaise with HR and the SPDM on the recruitment and development of the team.
· Ensure good communication across the Directorate and particularly effective collaboration with the New Business and Regional Fundraising teams.
· Ensure good communication about our partnerships with staff, both within and outside the team.
Communications
· Ensure your team maintains a good understanding of the new business pipeline to plan resources accordingly.
· Grow and develop strong relationships between the Partnership Development team and the wider Corporate Team.
· Liaise and work with the Communications team to produce accurate and timely reports and applications.
· Work closely with the Chief Executive’s office to ensure effective communication with our high-level stakeholders within key partnerships.
· Stay up to date with ARUK’s research and other news to be able to communicate effectively with supporters, disseminating the charity’s key messages both among the team and to key supporters.
· Communicate the work of the team and updates on corporate partner activities through attending relevant meetings and completing monthly reports.
· Leverage social media and networking platforms to deliver the charity’s engagement and education objectives, whilst also attracting and identifying new partnership opportunities.
What we are looking for:
· Excellent partnership development and relationship management skills in either a charity or corporate role. Preferably managing six-figure charitable partnerships.
· Building and growing high-level relationships through networking, negotiation, and influence both internally and externally.
· Ability to manage income and expenditure budgets.
· Good planning, prioritisation, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Confidence working with computers; knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability and confidence to present to corporate audiences.
· Ability to independently manage projects from beginning to end.
· Experience managing a team.
· You work well as part of a team but are proactive and can work independently.
· A confident and friendly manner; would feel at ease representing the charity to high-level external contacts.
· Creativity, innovation, and resourcefulness to identify opportunities within partnerships and develop tailored fundraising ideas and initiatives.
· Willingness and ability to travel independently in the UK and to work outside of regular office hours when needed.
Additional Information:

As the new Challenge Events Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing The Passage's Challenge Events Fundraising strategy, designed to inspire and engage both existing and new supporters, ultimately building a stable and sustainable income pipeline.
