Key Responsibilities

Oversight of the Spear Programme

Spear Foundation is a 4-week initial phase, consisting of 2 group sessions plus a 1:1 with each trainee per week, in which we coach young people around skills and mindsets to support them in returning to work or education, and equip them with the skills to stay there. ​

• Prepare and coach group and 1-1 sessions with the Spear Assistant Coach.
• Oversee all aspects of the programme coordination and delivery.
• Ensure the programme is delivered in line with agreed targets, and report to Resurgo and the church on enrolment, retention and completion of Spear Trainees, as well as their ongoing progress.

Partnership liaison and relationship management

• Build and implement a strategy for developing and maintaining relationships with local referral partners to build the profile of the Spear programme within Ipswich and ensure the young people who would benefit from the programme are able to access it.
• Steward relationships with young people after initial point of contact, to encourage enrolment and ensure a full cohort is enrolled for each programme.

Line management and training

• Manage the Spear Assistant Coach, using a coaching approach to invest in their growth and development.
• Work with and be managed by Citizen Church staff locally, and by a Church Partnerships Manager from Resurgo on a national level, to ensure the flourishing of the Spear centre, its team and young people, and to ensure the fulfilment of our shared mission in Ipswich.
• Work with and report to Resurgo teams on KPIs, and use outcomes data to maximise the effectiveness of the programme.

Supporting River Church’s mission and ministry

• Establish strong relationships with key people at the church to ensure the engagement of church members and to build a network of supporters for the Spear programme.
• Work with the Head of Operations and the Fundraising Assistant to prepare grant funding applications for Spear Ipswich, and provide timely grant reporting.
• Keep the Citizen Church congregation updated on the Spear programme to ensure it is a seamless part of the church’s missional work.

Thanks to funding from the National Lottery Community Fund, we are recruiting for a Parliamentary Officer who will develop and coordinate effective links between the Poverty Truth Network and parliamentarians, promoting a relationally-based approach to policy development and legislation.

Key Tasks

• To develop, with appropriate input from the Director and Partnership Manager, the Network’s approach to engaging with parliamentarians (Politics Alongside) in line with its values and practices 
• To ensure that Poverty Truth Commissioners are at the heart of the Network’s parliamentary engagement
• To develop and, where appropriate, establish links with UK and devolved Parliaments and governments to promote the work of the Network 
• To coordinate and help to deliver parliamentary events on behalf of the Network, including mapping topics and attendees, working with other partners as appropriate 
• To support the development of effective links with Combined Authorities and other devolved administrations
• To work closely with members of the Amplify Team to promote its groups proposals for change
• To support parliamentary engagement, including through written briefings, for the Network’s other national programmes, including Economics for All
• To work with the Communications and Learning & Evaluation Officers to promote and identify best practice to governments and parliaments
• To undertake other appropriate duties as requested by the Partnership Manager

This role involves working from home with some travel.

The Role

You will be responsible for managing and mentoring the Corporate Partnerships and Fundraising Account Executive and together will implement a corporate  stewardship plan that will create meaningful engagement and opportunities for corporate giving and fundraising.

We’re looking for someone with experience of working in corporate or community fundraising, individual giving and/ or events management, who knows how to build and sustain strong relationships with external stakeholders to deliver objectives. 

You’ll also be comfortable delivering compelling partnership proposals and presentations tailored to corporate audiences, and will represent LionHeart at a variety of RICS, partner firm or fundraiser events and other networking opportunities.

About the Role

This is a role where you’ll really see the difference you make.

As Educational Partnerships Manager, you’ll work across North West and South West London, building partnerships with schools, colleges, youth organisations and community groups—particularly in areas where opportunities are hardest to come by.

You’ll be right in the mix: planning events, delivering programmes, supporting volunteers and connecting with school staff to make sure young people have access to our inspiring enterprise and financial education experiences.

You’ll be a key driver of our Inspiring Futures programme—helping young people break down barriers and imagine bigger futures.

It’s a varied, people-focused role with loads of room for creativity, independence and collaboration. Whether you’re visiting a school, chatting with a funder, or supporting a trade fair, you’ll be helping young people build skills that will last a lifetime.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow relationships with schools, colleges, youth clubs and local communities
• Focus on expanding our reach in areas of multiple deprivation and underrepresentation
• Deliver and support the rollout of YE programmes in schools and other settings
• Recruit, train and support volunteers—making sure they feel valued and inspired
• Work with your regional team to meet shared goals and celebrate local impact
• Help secure local funding by supporting fundraising efforts and managing project deliverables
• Support the planning of events, trade fairs and celebrations for young people
• Keep accurate records, track impact, and make sure safeguarding is front and centre

A few practical things:

• This is a hands-on role—you’ll sometimes be lifting resources, setting up venues and travelling regularly (a car and full driving licence are essential)
• You’ll need to be happy occasionally working evenings or weekends during peak delivery times
• Expect to be on your feet during some events or sessions—it’s all part of the fun!

We're a trailblazer in global care reform, and now we're looking for a passionate, people-first fundraiser to help bring even more supporters into this mission.
 
About the role:

This is an exciting new business role which has emerged in our newly formed Philanthropy and Partnerships team. As our Partnerships Development Manager (New Business), you will be confident and credible at senior levels, adept at storytelling, relationship building and able to drive transformational philanthropic partnerships to secure five or six-figure and multi-year commitments. This will help take the organisation from an annual income of £10m to £15m over the next 3-5 years to accelerate and expand Hope and Homes for Children’s impact for children and families.

Personable, creative and a strategic thinker, you’ll drive a proactive focus on prospecting, identifying, and engaging new philanthropists and partners to build a robust and diverse pipeline of high-value donors. Resilience and determination will be key.
 
About Hope and Homes for Children:

We believe children belong in families, never orphanages. Because orphanages harm children. The majority of those who experience life inside an institution suffer violence, abuse and neglect. Denied the chance to grow up in a family, they’re more likely to become homeless later in life, to have run-ins with the law, and to experience mental and physical health issues.
 
The shocking truth is that these are almost always children who have, or could have, a family to look after them. To love them. But every day, a broken system puts pressure on parents to give up their children. They'll be safe from war, can escape poverty, will get an education. False promises. No child should have to trade their family for their future.
 
Today, over 5.4 million children are trapped within institutions. It’s not right and it must stop. Children deserve so much better. Always.
 
Since 1994, Hope and Homes for Children has been working to stop the institutionalisation of children. We’re approximately 240 people, in ten countries, inspiring organisations, including the UN, EU and governments around the world, to close the doors of orphanages forever. Partnership and Strategy Manager - Western Forest

The Partnerships and Strategy Manager at Western Forest will be responsible for managing and nurturing partnership relations across the Western Forest area. This role ensures that all partners are supported and resourced to develop and deliver the collective vision of the forest, helping to achieve key targets. The manager will work closely with national and regional organisations, Local Planning Authorities (LPAs), landowners, corporate partners, and developers to create strategic plans, secure significant projects, and develop long-term collaborative relationships. They will also assist with funding applications and support the Western Forest Director in establishing new partnerships.

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible working hours

About the Role: 

We are seeking a proactive and well-organised Product and Partnerships Coordinator to support the development and expansion of our products and partnerships across the North West Region. This role ensures alignment with CSSC members’ needs, market trends, and company objectives to enhance and diversify our product portfolio. This is the ideal role for someone who enjoys working across teams, building relationships, and ensuring high-quality delivery of services and products to our partners and stakeholders. The role will involve identifying and securing new partnership opportunities, in addition to maintaining positive relationships to ensure high levels of member and partner satisfaction.  

Key Responsibilities: 

Product Coordination: 

• Support the planning, development, and roll-out of local products or programmes across the North West region. 
• Maintain accurate records of product performance, usage, and feedback using insight data. 
• Assist in gathering and analysing member feedback and insight to inform product development. 
• Prepare reports on product impact and performance for internal and external stakeholders. 
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring that product milestones are met.  

Partnership Management: 

• Act as the first point of contact for local partners. 
• Support onboarding processes for new partners, including negotiations and relationship management. 
• Build strong relationships with existing partners, understanding their needs and helping them get the most out of our services/products. 
• Coordinate partnership activities such as events, pilots, reviews, and communications. 
• Review and monitor insight to track engagement and opportunities. 
• Act as the liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

General: 

• Represent the organisation in meetings, regional events, and occasionally conferences. 
• Work closely with CSSC Head Office and remote teams to ensure alignment across activities.

Person Specification:

• Proven experience in a coordination role, ideally involving product, project, or partnership work. 
• Excellent organisational and administrative skills.

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal.
