We are seeking an experienced HR Ministry Partner to join their People and Organisational Development Department and play a strategic role in supporting LCM's mission through excellence in people management. You'll provide generalist operational HR services to specific teams, lead HR projects to improve processes and policies, and act as the team's expert on HR best practice.

About the role

We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Operations Lead to play a vital role at the heart of our organisation. Rape Crisis South London is looking for a skilled and experienced professional who is passionate about improving the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people. 
 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead on the delivery of the South West London (SWL) Child Sexual Abuse Early Emotional Support Service for the CYP service. Working closely with the NHS and Schools you will manage a small specialist counselling team ensuring high-quality, trauma informed support for our young people who have experienced sexual violence. It is essential that you have a good working knowledge of Safeguarding legislation for children and adults, as well as child development. 
 

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills and an ability to develop partnerships with schools, families, funders and other key stakeholders. You will hold a relevant professional qualification in counselling or psychotherapy and be registered with the BACP/UKCP or equivalent. You will have significant experience of working therapeutically with children and young people, ideally in the contexts of trauma or abuse.

• Have overall responsibility for the lawful and efficient operation of the Charity including overseeing our outsourced finance function, governance; regulatory reporting; legal and regulatory compliance; HR, premises, insurances, IT and all other operational matters. 
• Maintain our relationships with local London Age UKs via our existing networks and regional structures.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Delivery & Coordination

· Deliver cultivation and retention campaigns, setting up and developing schedules in Asana and coordinating all required stakeholders.

Creative, Data & Fulfilment Management

Knowing who does what PPM role in schools will help bring the right people in the right conversations and the right time. • Conference production: researching topics, inviting and booking speakers, crafting promotional materials, shouting loudly and proudly about the events and filling up spaces.

• Project management: Planning, tracking and delivering on project objectives across several workflows on time, every time. Managing multiple audiences who are likely to be at different stages of their engagement cycle.

• Customer Relationship Management: designing, building and automating CRMs including sales pipeline design and management eg Hubspot and Airtable

• Copywriting (and digital marketing and email workflow design): designing and writing posts and emails that convert - whether than be speaker invitations, promotional posts or conference onboarding emails.

• Digital marketing integration and automation: integrating and automating digital marketing platforms like eg MailChmip, Hubspot, Airtable and Zapier. Automating drip campaigns and email workflows.

SLRA is a well-established local migrant support organisation working with and for refugees, asylum seekers and other migrants who are at risk or in crisis because of immigration issues. We provide specialist immigration advice as well as a broad range of practical, social and therapeutic support services. Our specialist Youth Service provides holistic, one to one casework and a programme of activities and trips. We are looking for a Head of Youth Services (maternity cover), who will work with other team members to support the effectiveness of operational activities, leading the youth services elements within the organisation. The postholder will be responsible for promoting the wellbeing, learning and development of youth service staff and volunteers and will lead on safeguarding the young people we work with, along with working closely with the Youth Casework Manager and CEO to manage established partnership projects.

• Knowledge of requirements and responsibilities of Local Authorities in relation to young migrants, alongside local and regional statutory and non-statutory support agencies and their role.

Overall job purpose

Our Health and Safety Officer will help us embed, maintain, and develop high standards of Health and Safety, across CCT’s estate and its people. They will work closely with our small Health and Safety Team to create, implement, and establish our Health and Safety policies and procedures, in accordance with current legislation. They will advocate for, and set an example around, best practice in Health and Safety.

The Job

We are recruiting a Head of Finance on behalf of a high-impact international organisation. This role will oversee strategic financial planning, compliance, and operational finance across a multi-currency, multi-country environment. You're confident in presenting to Boards and donors, and proficient in financial systems such as Sun Systems, SAP Concur, QuickBooks or Sage. Advanced Excel skills are essential. The West Midlands Synod of the United Reformed Church (based in Yardley), is looking for an individual to provide technical expertise on buildings and property in support of Synod Officers, members of Synod Committees and local churches.

The successful candidate will be working to a wide brief and is expected to undertake a range of duties including, but not limited to, advising and initiating action on property issues in local churches, overseeing quinquennial inspections and manse inspections, and providing advice on property-related matters to Synod Committees.
