Bromley Recovery and Wellbeing College, a service within South East London Mind, runs a curriculum of free peer and professional-led courses across the borough.

Our workshops and courses combine enjoyment, fun and knowledge to enable students to achieve a greater insight into their own mental wellbeing and gain skills to help them achieve personal goals and ambitions.

We are looking for someone with exceptional administrative and communication skills to support the Recovery College Manager and Coordinator in processing student applications and completing telephone interviews, along with wider team administration.

You will have experience of client-facing administrative work within a mental health setting, awareness of safeguarding and risk management considerations and the confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of people with varying mental health needs. You will need to be organised, have excellent attention to detail and good technical skills.

A flexible can-do attitude and calm, problem-solving approach are also essential for this role. If you have what it takes, we would love to hear from you.

We’re looking for a skilled and values-driven Training Manager to design and deliver an accredited development programme supporting ex-service users to progress into Refuge Case Worker roles.

You’ll lead a 3-month accredited training programme followed by 6 months of supported, on-the-job development, with two cohorts each year over a three-year funded period. Managing the programme end-to-end. The training programme will be engaging, directly delivered by you alongside specialist partners. You’ll ensure it is trauma-informed, culturally competent, survivor-led and accredited, combining face-to-face and online learning with structured placements in our refuges.

Ensure Citizens UK has the people, capability and organisational shape required to deliver its mission and sustain impact over time.

We are looking for a permanent and full-time member of staff to help develop and communicate RSTMH’s role within tropical medicine and global health. We need a passionate and creative communicator who can play a key role in meeting our communications objectives. This role is office-based in central London, with the option to work from home on Mondays.

RSTMH is a membership society formed in 1907, with around 1,800 members and Fellows in over 100 countries. We work to improve tropical medicine and global health by enabling and promoting research, sharing knowledge and convening networks through our members and Fellows and beyond. The Communications Manager will have the opportunity to develop and enhance RSTMH’s reputation as a credible and trusted voice in tropical medicine and global health.

This is a wide-ranging and exciting role. You will lead on implementing the organisation’s communications strategy, working with the leadership team to ensure it meets the aims of the wider RSTMH strategy. You’ll maintain and further develop the website and social media platforms, build links with media contacts, and source, commission and develop content. You’ll manage relationships with key suppliers, including website developers, strategic partners, digital media and creative agencies. • Manage a portfolio of grants, ensuring compliance with grant requirements and timelines

It consists of 14 self-contained flats and one crisis room for adult men with medium to high-level support needs who require 24-hour supported accommodation, helping them to continue to live in the community and to reduce the risk of admission to hospital.

In this role, you will support in leading the team by providing overall leadership to the service and line management responsibilities to support, enable, and empower your team to deliver high quality support to our residents. You will also support with some day to day responsibilities of the team such as providing tailored support to our residents directly. As a Manager, you will support in driving service outcomes in line with contractual requirements, ensuring quality and consistency within a trauma and psychologically informed environment.
