Role description
As our director of digital and information security, you will lead our digital risk and resilience team and programme in order to help build resistance and resilience among the people and movements challenging unaccountable power.
Your focus in this senior role at this crucial time will be on leadership, strategy, growth, and culture, with specific responsibility for our digital risk and resilience programme, internal information security, and tech transformation. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead our digital risk and resilience programme
- Manage the design and delivery of our digital and information security support, including:
- Coordinate the digital security mentoring, accompaniment, and capacity sharing we deliver to at-risk activists and low-resource civil society organisations referred through our rapid response mechanism.

The primary focus for the new role is to generate sustainable charitable giving from individuals, maintaining and growing our Friends memberships and developing significant income from major donors. We are a leading choral singing organisation and run residential summer courses for children and young people. Our artistic director, Ralph Allwood, founded the organisation 45 years ago, since when over 10,000 young people have benefited from our life-changing courses. The main duties and responsibilities for the Heads of Development role are as follows:
INDIVIDUAL GIVING
· Maintain and build relationships with our donors, and identify new individuals who would like to see the Rodolfus Choral Foundation thrive

· Use contacts from the artistic director and trustees to generate new donors
· Ensure that our top and potential donors are well looked after and researched, passing on key information to the Artistic Director and, where appropriate, arranging meetings between him and our donors

About the role
- Be a key point of contact for receiving and processing referrals to the Providence Row, Resource Centre.
- Complete assessments of those referred to the Centre
- Make statutory and non-statutory housing referrals dependant on the persons need and eligibility.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including outreach teams, health services, City of London Police and other support organisations.
- Work within the Team Around Me model, engaging closely with the City Outreach Teams and the Navigator service to develop and implement joint action plans for people rough sleeping.
- Connect City clients with essential health services to address tri-morbidity—the complex combination of physical ill health, mental health, and substance use that often affects individuals experiencing chronic homelessness.
- Facilitate referrals to training, employability, and volunteering programs to support long-term stability and independence.

We are looking for someone with a passion for empowering young people and understanding of school’s curricula in England and Wales to coordinate.
