The Programme and Impact Manager oversees the delivery and development of Kinetic Foundation’s partner-funded programmes and workshops, focusing on personal development activities, community programmes, and impact recording and reporting, ensuring robust data management and safeguarding compliance.This dynamic role requires a flexible, organised individual passionate about youth development and social mobility.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Personal Development Activities 

• Manage, implement, and evaluate partner-funded programmes and workshops to enhance participants’ social-emotional skills, resilience, and employability. 

• Coordinate with external deliverers, funding partners and schools to schedule and deliver workshops for 16-19-year-olds. 

• Manage programme budgets, monitor expenditure, and ensure cost-effective delivery in collaboration with partners. 

• Ensure workshops address barriers to success aligning with the Foundation’s impact framework. 

Community 

• Oversee HAF programmes, to support recruitment and awareness of the charity in KS3 and KS4. 

• Manage food deliveries, staffing, budget awareness etc. for HAF programmes as well as completing the end of delivery reports and evaluations required. 

• Communicate with participants, parents/carers, schools, and stakeholders to promote programme accessibility and engagement. 

• Maintain and update the CRM and master calendar to ensure all community programme events and opportunities are scheduled and communicated effectively. 

Impact Recording and Data Management 

• Oversee the collection, cleaning, and analysis of programme data to ensure robust, GDPR-compliant records of participation, outcomes, and impact. 

• Conduct pre- and post-intervention monitoring and exit route tracking to measure long-term impacts, such as transitions to employment, training, or university. 

• Develop quantitative and qualitative reports to communicate impact to funders, senior management, and trustees, using data visualisation techniques where possible. 

• Implement the Kinetic Impact Framework across all programmes to ensure consistent evaluation and continuous improvement. 

• Work alongside the COO to keep CRM up to date with participant numbers on the programme.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of youth unemployment, NEET status, and social mobility trends to inform programme design and reporting. 

Team Collaboration and Management 

• Manage the Youth Engagement Officer through weekly meetings, ensuring alignment with programme goals and participant needs. 

• Collaborate with the COO, marketing, and fundraising teams to align programme delivery with organisational objectives and funding requirements. 

• Support the wider team by attending events and opportunities linked to Kinetic Futures and community programmes, ensuring high attendance and engagement. 

Safeguarding – Kinetic Futures 

• Ensure all programmes, workshops, and events comply with the Foundation’s safeguarding policies, including DBS checks and training requirements. 

• Ensure risk assessments and all relevant trip packs are created for any external visits in good time so they can get signed off. 

• Work with the COO to support safeguarding procedures, coordinating to address concerns promptly. 

• Maintain a visible presence at schools and programme sites to promote a culture of safety and accountability.

ROLE OVERVIEW:

The Philanthropy and Partnerships Manager is responsible for leading and developing RABI’s philanthropy and partnerships donor base, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with major donors, trusts and foundations, corporate partners as well as legacy and in-memory supporters (larger funders).

• Demonstrable experience in a senior fundraising role, with a proven track record in securing major funds from larger funders.
• Exceptional major donor management skills, with experience in donor stewardship, partnership development and engagement strategies that build long-term relationships.
• Extensive knowledge and understanding of targeting, segmentation and response analysis.Persuasive written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop compelling applications, proposals and donor communications. About the role

This is a key role within the Philanthropy & Partnerships Team. The Trusts and Grants Team sits within the Philanthropy & Partnership Team in Freedom from Torture’s friendly, creative and ambitious Fundraising & Communications Directorate.

You will represent the organisation externally with funders and work internally with colleagues to identify opportunities for funding, in the preparation of proposals and thereafter, reports. 
 

About you

To be successful in this role you must have demonstrable experience of developing and implementing a plan to grow Trust & Grant income, successfully meeting or exceeding fundraising targets from a variety of funders and experience managing relationships with statutory funders and trust and foundations. You will have experience of managing fundraisers and supporting them to manage their priorities and portfolios. You will have experience of measuring and monitoring income and expenditure, and team performance.

It’s essential that you have excellent communication skills and can build relationships across the organisation to develop strong fundraising ideas and support engagement with senior staff in building relationships with trusts. You will have experience of managing donor funded grants including review of financial information, preparation of donor reports and donor compliance. You must have experience and knowledge of statutory and grant fundraising research tools and grant writing in the UK charity sector.

At Havens Hospices, we have a fantastic opportunity for a skilled fundraising manager to make a real impact in their community, shaping the future of individual giving at the charity.

As the Individual Giving Fundraising Manager, you will lead the development and delivery of our Individual Giving strategy, placing donors at the heart of everything you do.

With a strong focus on both acquisition and retention, you will design and implement engaging campaigns across a range of income streams, including Direct Mail, Regular Giving, Lottery, Legacy, and In-Memory giving, line managing a small team of Fundraising Officers.

Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you will help to expand our digital fundraising efforts and ensure every supporter enjoys a consistent, meaningful experience. You will monitor performance, uphold compliance, and champion best practice in individual giving, driving long-term support and sustainable growth for our cause.

In this role, you will lead the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a diverse range of individual giving fundraising activities, you will manage campaigns end-to-end—from shaping the proposition and signing off creative, to overseeing budgets and analysing performance to drive continual improvement.

Working closely with other Fundraising Managers, you will contribute to delivering the departmental strategy, meeting income targets, and managing budgets effectively.

You will also take the lead on key fundraising projects, promoting a collaborative culture both within the team and across departments.

A key aspect of the role involves partnering with the Marketing and Engagement teams to strengthen digital fundraising and donor acquisition strategies, ensuring a joined-up and impactful supporter journey.

Step-Out Mentoring is an early intervention mentoring organisation that provides support for children and young people in the heart of South London through outdoor based 1:1 mentoring and group workshops. We work with children and young people aged 8-18 who are disengaged with education and/or life, referred to our service from Social care, GP’s, Mental health services and schools. Our mentors are all volunteers from the community who are trained to become youth mentors and matched to young people for weekly mentoring sessions.

Our mission is to equipe young people with the skills and emotional resilience to thrive in life. We provide a safe environment for disengaged children and young people to work through their challenges and reconnect with the community.

As a small and growing charity our staff team are embedded in all aspects of the work we do so it is encouraged that all staff engage in the activities with the young people including trips, residentials, mentoring and workshops. 

You will be leading on ensuring the charity has a steady stream of passionate volunteers and will be able to provide excellent support for them as they start their journeys of mentoring young people. Hearing Dogs for Deaf People, whose mission is to see a time when no deaf person feels alone, is seeking a proactive and relationships-driven Partnerships Account Manager for managing and growing a portfolio of corporate partners.

Hearing Dogs for Deaf People has been creating life-changing partnerships between hearing dogs and deaf recipients since 1982. As well as acting as an ear to their partners and alerting them to sounds, the charity’s clever and expertly trained dogs help deaf people to live life with confidence and independence, whilst providing love, companionship and emotional support.

Following on from a strategic review, the charity is now looking to build a new Income Generation Directorate, to enable them to transform many more lives across the UK. This role will be critical to help Hearing Dogs reach their goals to diversify income, expand their portfolio and accelerate income from mission-aligned businesses.

Reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships, this role will take a lead on nurturing existing partnerships and developing new ones, with a specific focus on increasing income through employee engagement and payroll giving schemes. It will also ensure that each partnership is maximised and aligned with Hearing Dogs’ mission and fundraising goals.

The post-holder will work closely with internal teams and corporate supporters to deliver engaging campaigns, employee fundraising, volunteering opportunities and impactful communications that help raise income and awareness for the charity.

It is a role that will require excellent stewardship, creativity and commercial awareness skills for mutual value – that means you will need strong relationship management and excellent communication skills. A background in corporate fundraising will be essential, alongside the ability to identify and maximise the potential of corporate support opportunities, including financial and in-kind support. You will also have experience of managing charity-of-the-year partnerships or working with employee fundraising programmes.

Shelter is looking for a new High Value Events Senior Manager within our High Value Partnerships (HVP) team to develop and lead an inspiring events programme to give high value supporters across England and Scotland an outstanding supporter experience and ultimately drive generosity to power Shelter’s fight for home.

About the role

Working across HVP and beyond, you will ensure events are seamlessly designed and delivered, translating organisational plans into imaginative cultivation and stewardship events to inspire donors and strengthen long-term relationships.  You will also ensure that our events are continuously evaluated and improved, to help support ambitious growth targets.

You will work in partnership with all other HVP teams to provide expert advice and creative direction, ensuring events play a central part in high value donor journeys. You will be responsible for developing our community engagement work in the West Midlands, as well as supporting the wider UK work. This work consists of developing the Safeguarding Action Groups (SAG) and also encouraging members of the local rail industry to engage with our training and become part of the safety net for vulnerable young people on the rail network. The role will require working closely with British Transport Police, station staff and employees as well as local services in the area.
