About the role:
This role is based at our West Bromwich office with the option of hybrid working from home. Travel across the area is required, travelling time is within working hours & expenses are reimbursed. The hours for this role are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 8am to 4pm & Tuesday 12pm to 8pm.
As a Caseworker you will:
- Effectively managing a caseload, delivering excellent services via telephone, video call and in person to support service users
- Assessing need and risk at initial contact and on an on-going basis
- Developing, delivering, and monitoring safety and support plans for those affected by crime, who accept ongoing support. Support will include providing resources, interventions, and information to all service users
- Helping service users build healthy coping mechanisms and providing practical support and information
- Identifying and providing action to safeguarding concerns
- Working collaboratively with key partners
- Using a bespoke case management system to maintain accurate and confidential records and contributing to monitoring information including the collection of outcomes
- Delivering awareness raising sessions on the impact of crime to partner agencies and community groups and participating in community events.

About the role:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Officer to support our Marketing Lead in the delivery of all elements of marketing communications to meet the needs and objectives of internal clients in the Hospice. Job Purpose
Money Minded is a new service designed to support adults (18 years and over) in Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Hounslow. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate closely with the West London NHS Mental Health Teams, operating within the tri-borough area.
The service provides support with welfare benefits, accessing debt support, housing and well-being. The role of the Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will be to provide advice, guidance and customer representation to tri-borough residents living with Mental Health difficulties. Advice issues may include housing, welfare benefits, council tax, accessing debt support, signposting etc.
The successful candidate will deliver support to enquirers and manage a caseload of individuals, as agreed with the Service Manager. In addition to advice casework, the Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will also be expected to assist onboarding referrals to the service, as and when needed.
The successful candidate will work closely with the West London NHS Mental Health teams and project volunteers, ensuring adherence to the Advice Quality Standard framework (AQS) and Mind's policies and procedures.
Due to the nature of the work, if successful, you will need to have an up-to-date DBS check completed, prior to undertaking unsupervised client work.

Place of Work
The Mental Health Information and Advice Officer will be required to work within the West London NHS Mental Health team offices.

About the role:
This role is home working based with travel in the Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire or Lincolnshire Area.
As a Homicide Service Children's and Young People caseworker you will be:
- Delivering a specialist service to children and young people (CYP) bereaved by homicide, and for those CYP who have witnessed a homicide.
- Working collaboratively and jointly within the Homicide Service and other relevant organisations that can help to progress identified needs and ensure that young people are central to all processes that involve them.

Speech and Language Therapist

The Vacancy
Our client are open to full time; part time and job share applications.
Our client is a partnership of organisations providing a range of drug and alcohol treatment services in Nottingham City. They serve a diverse population, including those experiencing homelessness, learning disabilities, brain injury and neurodiversity. This new post has been created in recognition of the importance of communication to the engagement, assessment and treatment of people we support.
They are looking for a speech and language therapist to provide vital support to teams to develop their understanding of communication needs and implement the Accessible Information Standard.
The post holder will work closely with the Consultant Clinical Psychologist to advise and guide teams to tailor interventions for individuals. They will have a small caseload for individual assessment of people most in need.
As the sole Speech and Language Therapist in the service, regular external support will be provided, with a wealth of specialist knowledge and experience of delivering SLT services to those experiencing homelessness, substance use and related difficulties. Regular connection with professional networks will be supported, including membership of the Homelessness Clinical Excellence Network and access to a National Practitioners Group for SLTs working directly with people experiencing homelessness.
Through the Nottingham City Severe and Multiple Disadvantage (SMD) Partnership and the Nottingham Practice Development Unit (PDU), there will be opportunities to champion the importance of speech and language therapy for those facing SMD and influence other local agencies. The PDU also provides access to a wide range of learning and development opportunities.

Using your experiences, you will support Hft to promote our supported employment services and involvement in Wrexham. You will engage with businesses and potential employers to find opportunities for the people we support to get paid work. You will do this by providing education sessions and training using your own experiences. As well as engaging families and prospective people to support about why they should undertake a supported employment journey. You will also provide insight to the work options manager when planning initiatives and service development.
You will also act as an advocate for the people we support across Wrexham, getting feedback on the service they receive, gathering stories and case studies and feeding this back to Hft and the local authority. You'll act as a representative at conferences and events and support the work options manager to prepare reports.
You will also support Hft's Policy and Public Engagement Manager in promoting Hft's work and the benefits of supported employment to the wider organisation and policy makers.

5. Safeguard the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults you work with directly and take appropriate action if escalation is needed.

• Assist in researching additional resources and events for service users; both within the Centre and across the region.
• Contribute to creating and lead on updating the local Services Directory with details of local organisations, key contacts and details of services on offer, including eligibility criteria.
• Assist the Service Manager in managing the smooth running of the Women’s Centre in your region, including managing the group workshops timetable, arranging meetings and booking external venues for client groups or training events.

The Role
