As Business Development Manager for our Community Services will focus and lead on:

· Analysing and unlocking opportunities for new business

· Implementing business development plans

· Supporting with getting new funding and bringing services to fruition

You will be responsible for identifying and building partnerships with NHS Trusts, Audiology Departments and ICBs to secure funding and expand our RNID Near You services across the UK. You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop business cases, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful launch of new RNID Near You contracts.  

What you'll be doing 

· Identify and build relationships with potential funders such as NHS Foundation Trusts, Audiology Departments, and ICBs to support service expansion.

· Collaborate with the Bids and Tender Manager to secure funding and develop compelling business cases for new RNID Near You services.

· Implement business development plans in partnership with Heads of Operations, supporting various workstreams and projects.

· Analyse and evaluate new service opportunities, contributing to a pipeline of potential contracts and making strategic recommendations.

· Ensure delivery of growth targets, including the opening of at least four new service contracts per financial year in line with RNID’s multi-year plan.

RNID Near You is our national community-based service run by trained volunteers which offers:

· a hearing check and information on how to book a full hearing test.

· information on hearing aids, hearing loss, tinnitus, and related issues, including emotional and practical peer support from volunteers with lived experience.

We are working in partnership with Richard House Children’s Hospice to secure their new CRM and Supporter Care Officer. Richard House helps children and their families in East London to lead as happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition. From the moment a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting, life-threatening or complex health condition everything changes. These changes affect the whole family, which is why Richard House feel it is vital not only to provide care to the child but to support the whole family. The CRM and Supporter Care Officer will be responsible maintaining and updating the charity's CRM database (Raiser’s Edge), ensuring it effectively supports fundraising management, and key operational areas. We’re looking for a strategic, creative Head of Fundraising to lead our next phase of growth.

Your first focus will be stewarding our 3,000 fundraisers - overseeing segmented email journeys, managing a £40k prizing fund, and improving supporter care through deeper, more personal touchpoints. That might mean calls, events, or just finding ways to help people feel more connected to their impact.

Beyond that, you'll help us develop and test new income streams - from matched giving and regular giving, to sponsorships, repeat fundraising, and post-event conversion. You'll also play a key role in evolving our Challenge Events portfolio across in-person, virtual, and blended formats.

You will be responsible for managing the data infrastructure and insights that support all charity operations, from matching assistance dogs with our partners, to securing vital funding, to measuring impact and outcomes. A proactive approach is key to ensure that you provide comprehensive management, maintenance, and development of Canine Partners' database systems and data recording strategies. You will manage the provision of accurate, timely, and compliant data selections, reports, and analytical insights to support all charity operations. You will have the opportunity to lead major database development projects and shape data strategy across the entire charity.

The Professional Communities Manager leads the development, content curation, and operational delivery of CST’s 11 Professional Communities. These networks, events, and forums are a core benefit of CST membership and are provided free of charge to members.

This is a proactive, member-focused role that blends operational excellence with strategic content oversight. The Individual Giving Fundraiser will be at the heart of our fundraising efforts, driving digital fundraising, managing multi-channel appeals and designing and implementing donor journeys to increase engagement, retention and income.

Main purpose of job

Working with the Head of Fundraising the Individual Giving Fundraiser will lead on developing and delivering strategies to grow income from individual supporters through acquisition, retention, and stewardship.
