This includes everything from access to world first clinical trials and receiving radiotherapy in state-of-the-art treatment centres to young adults being cared for in a bespoke age-appropriate centre and being able to offer patients anxiety reducing complementary therapy, or even creative sessions in our art room.

- You will design and manage complex programmes of evidence generation to understand what works to support young people into good work. These programmes will focus on impact evaluations and so you will have an in-depth understanding of quantitative impact evaluations, especially Randomised Controlled Trials and quasi-experimental designs.
- You will have a sound understanding of youth employment and/or skills and design evidence-generating projects in a complex field that includes partners from national and devolved government, the third sector and employers.

- Work with the fundraising function on Action Syria’s digital fundraising strategy, with a focus on optimising donor journeys; and

As General Store Manager you will:
- Oversee all aspects of stock collection, preparation and display and look at ways to build stock donations.
- Ensure accurate cash handling, banking and financial reporting.
- Recruit, manage, and develop staff and volunteers within Scope’s HR and operational policies and procedures and foster an inclusive team working environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage with the local community to strengthen ties.

Shop hours
It’s important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day. So some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. Our full time hours are 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours for part-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.
