Working closely with their Director of Finance & Resources, you’ll take ownership of a broad range of internal operations, from HR administration and office systems to procurement and regulatory processes.
This is a varied role for someone who enjoys being the "go-to" person and thrives on making things run smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be part of a small, committed team working to accelerate the transition to human-specific medical research.

Key responsibilities include:
Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
Managing internal events, health & safety records, and office systems
Liaising with suppliers and tracking office spending
Supporting the delivery of a data protection review
Acting as a helpful first point of contact for staff and external queries
