Job description
Business Analyst

Plan International UK is a global children’s charity striving for an equal world. One where every child can reach their full potential and every girl can choose her own future.

We bring people together to protect children’s rights and keep girls safe, in school and in control of their bodies – even when disaster strikes. And we won’t stop until we are all equal.

We have an outstanding opportunity for an accomplished Business Analyst to join us and play a key part in the delivery of technology change.

You will lead on the management of requirements for delivering technology and process change across the organisation. The role will be instrumental throughout the project and product lifecycles, also including process-mapping, design and testing of suitable solutions and the evaluation of benefits.

You will be in your element exercising initiative and applying specialist techniques to ensure that requirements are identified, controlled and met. You will be an influential participant in project and product teams, adept at engaging stakeholders at all levels including senior management.

This is a prominent role where your responsibilities and specialist skills really make a difference. If you thrive in a collaborative environment and have a genuine passion for our values, feminist leadership principles and vision, we would love to hear from you.

For further detail of this role, please see the job profile.

The deadline for applications is 23:59 on 17 August 2025

First stage interviews will take place on 27 August 2025

Final interviews will take place on 4 September 2025

We are committed to the safeguarding and protection of children, young people and adults in our work. We, therefore, apply rigorous recruitment and selection processes to ensure that only those who are suitable are recruited to work for us. Accordingly, appointment to all our roles is subject to a range of vetting checks and for this role this will include a Basic Disclosure and Barring (DBS) check. A criminal record will not necessarily bar you from working for us; this will depend on the circumstances of any offences

Plan International UK is committed to being an inclusive employer and we welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds.
