The project aims to support local people in making use of available resources in Camden by co-producing a range of well-being workshops and Community Activities both in-house and with established community providers.

Our partners include the British Museum, Working Men’s College, London Zoo and many more. The successful applicant will need to demonstrate the ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, volunteers, services users and mental health professionals to provide a service dedicated to fostering community.

We are looking for an individual who shares these values for the role of Operations Manager; to oversee the day-to-day running of our services, leading and supporting the volunteers to do this, ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety & food hygiene standards, support the Project Director to achieve agreed outcomes and goals.

Plumstead Community Law Centre is a free specialist legal advice charity located in central Woolwich in South East London. We provide specialist legal advice and advocacy in the areas of immigration, welfare benefits and employment People can access our services via telephone or email, and through the Advice Hub outreach services we attend in local community centres. In 2024 over 1,400 local people accessed our advice and representation services, resulting in a range of financial and non-financial benefits.

Towards the end of 2024, we moved away from a collective model towards a functional management structure. We appointed an Interim CEO from the staff group and expanded our trustee board's size and expertise.

​The Law Centre Managing Director and Senior Solicitor (“MD/SS”) is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Law Centre. Working within appropriate delegations from the Board, the post holder ensures that the Law Centre provides quality assured services that meet its charitable purposes. The MD/SS ensures that issues of risk and compliance are properly managed and that the Centre is an exciting, innovative and enjoyable place to work. The MD/SS ensures that the Centre operates within budgets set by the Board and 2 that it offers value for money. The MD/SS must ensure that legal, regulatory, grant, contractual and other relevant requirements are met and that the Centre continues to be relevant to its community. 

The Operations Administrator will work closely with the broader Operations team to provide centralised communication and administrative support, and effective coordination across all aspects of the work of the Operations team.

As this role is central to the work of the Operations team, the person will need to be proactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. As well as being the key link between the Operations team and the Research and Communication teams, they will need to be able to work well with the wider organisation and provide excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders globally. A key focus of the role will be to ensure data accuracy across a variety of platforms, drafting and coordinating centralised communications with Operators, and support reporting on the activities of the Operations team. Key responsibilities:

Communications:

• Coordinate central communications for all Operators including production of newsletters, sharing Award Community updates and annual reminders.
• In conjunction with the relevant Senior Manager, plan and deliver the annual communications calendar for each Operator.

Centralised administration:

• Alongside colleagues, provide administrative services to the Operations team responsible for the management of all Operators.

Data/reporting:

• Ensure data accuracy across various platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce, our website, and the Award Community (our online learning platform).

Licensing & quality:

• Fulfil the role of lead reviewer on licence reviews for all Operators.

Greenhouse Sports is on a mission to change the lives of young people in poverty through the power of sport and mentoring.

Too many young people are being left behind. It’s not because they lack potential, but because poverty stacks the odds against them, affecting their education, mental health, and their future.

Our full-time Coach-Mentors work daily in schools in high-deprivation areas, significantly improving attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and life skills. Our Greenhouse Centre (re-opening in Autumn 2025 following refurbishment) provides year-round sport, mentoring and outreach for young people and communities who need it most.

The Deputy Director of Fundraising is a new role, as we work towards a step-change in income growth. The team currently generates £4m annually from major donors, trusts, institutions and businesses, plus an impressive array of special events raising an additional £1m per year. We know there is potential for more, and this role will drive forward a new strategy to help even more young people have a fair chance in life.

The role will report to the Director of Fundraising and Communications and will lead a team of 13 (with direct line management of 5).

The role will:

• Lead the fundraising strategy for income growth.
• Oversee all high-value fundraising streams generating £6m+ annually, ensuring cross-channel opportunities are maximised.

The ACE team supports people with mental health needs who face barriers to accessing services, providing therapeutic groups, drop-ins, and outreach across Bristol. North Star offers dual diagnosis support for homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health challenges, with a focus on trauma-informed care, therapy, psychoeducation, and referrals for long-term support.

In the role of Engagement worker key responsibilities include:

•  Deliver the service flexibly across sites, engaging clients in day centres, hostels, community centres, or their homes.
• Engage with clients in a person centred, recovery focused way in 1-1 and group settings to help clients achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Working with the team to provide high quality contact, engagement and support and assessment plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners through a multidisciplinary approach.

About you

We are looking for people with experience in outcome-focused services and a passion for helping vulnerable people transform their lives in. we encourage you to apply if you can demonstrate the below:  

• Skilled in communication and supporting hard to reach and marginalised clients who have multiple needs.
• Understanding of trauma informed practices, able to apply these to support people in a person centered way.
• A sound understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness and an understanding of the difficulties they can face in accessing services that are fully responsive to their needs, this may be through personal lived experience.

• Additionally, experience of cofacilitating groupwork would be beneficial.

The Engagement Worker roles follow office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The ACE team role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), while the North Star role can be part-time or full-time (30-37.5 hours/week).

You’ll be adding to the work of the existing ministries of The Message by being a key member of a mission team who will visit high schools/Pupil Referral Units (PRUs) and prisons across the region, delivering a creative package of assemblies, lessons and concert programs.

Transform Europe Network (TEN) exists today to partner with Christians in the Balkans and Eastern Europe, to share the gospel and see lives transformed. TEN is celebrating 60 years of ministry this year and currently works in 10 countries supporting around 60 churches and projects. Our committed team do this through empowering, equipping, resourcing, and supporting our partners in their ministries of compassion, evangelism and church planting. 

Due to our Finance and Data Manager moving on, we are inviting applications for the position of Senior Finance and Operations Manager at Transform Europe Network.

We are looking for someone with a desire to work with a leading organisation, working in Eastern Europe and the Balkans. We need someone excited by this opportunity who will manage and develop the financial, data and operations side of the organisation.

Salary £38,000 - £40,000 + 7% employers pension contribution

Duration: Permanent

37.5 hours per week (full-time)

We are looking for someone who:

· Will be committed to the vision of TEN to work alongside Christians to see lives transformed in the Balkans and Eastern Europe.

• Can lead and develop the financial, operations and data work at TEN.
• Has financial and accounting experience.
• Has a strong understanding of financial planning and principles.
• Has experience of producing financial reports for small organisations.
• Has experience with CRM systems.
• Has experience of managing people.
• Has strong IT skills including proficiency in Excel and accounting software such as QuickBooks.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is able to work to deadlines.

Key tasks will include:

• Financial management of Transform Europe Network.
• Oversight of TEN’s data and CRM systems.
• Management of the Finance Administrator and Communications Officer.
• Oversight of the TEN office and office support services.
• Working with the CEO to help the strategic development of the organisation.
• Deputising for the CEO when required.

In order to perform this role, it is essential that the post holder is in full sympathy with the aims and goals of TEN. To that end he/she must be a committed Christian (able to agree with the organisation’s statement of faith) and able to fully participate in spiritual activities whilst carrying out the responsibilities of Senior Finance and Operations Manager.

The role is hybrid with the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to work in the office three days per week.
