The role

We’re looking for an experienced and values-driven Senior Fundraising Manager to help us grow and diversify our income in support of CSE’s mission.

This is a strategic and hands-on role that will see you lead charitable fundraising activity across trusts and foundations, individual giving and corporate partnerships. You will work closely with the Director of Development & External Affairs to set and deliver ambitious but realistic income targets and identify opportunities that align with our goals.

You will support the development of high-quality, compelling funding proposals in collaboration with our delivery teams. You will also contribute to organisational strategy, refine internal systems and processes, and provide leadership to other development team members.

You are a creative and collaborative fundraiser with a strong track record of securing funding and developing projects with social impact. You are comfortable taking ownership, spotting opportunities, and communicating persuasively with funders, colleagues and partners.

You bring strategic thinking, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You enjoy working across teams and disciplines and are committed to building relationships and growing impact.

You will bring:

• Demonstrable experience of securing significant funding from charitable trusts and foundations.
• A broad range of fundraising experience across corporate, statutory and individual giving.
• Experience of writing compelling proposals, tenders and expressions of interest.
• Knowledge of fundraising compliance and best practice, including data protection (GDPR).
• A collaborative mindset and confidence working with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

Laurence’s Larder is a small, dynamic and beloved local charity that feeds over 300 people a week. Working with a vibrant team of over 90 volunteers Laurence’s Larder provides a weekly food parcel service, two-course sit down meal, clothes bank, art café and access to support and advice services.

Laurence’s Larder is non-referral and open to all, we bring people together, alleviating both social isolation and food poverty, while utilising surplus food. We are also endeavouring to help address some of the underlying needs that contribute to food poverty, and continue to add more support services to our offerings.

We are looking for an individual who shares these values for the role of Operations Manager; to oversee the day-to-day running of our services, leading and supporting the volunteers to do this, ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety & food hygiene standards, support the Project Director to achieve agreed outcomes and goals.

We are currently looking at expanding our services by adding an additional service day a week on Tuesdays. This role provides the unique opportunity to be a part of the creation of this service.

Plumstead Community Law Centre is a free specialist legal advice charity located in central Woolwich in South East London. We provide specialist legal advice and advocacy in the areas of immigration, welfare benefits and employment People can access our services via telephone or email, and through the Advice Hub outreach services we attend in local community centres. In 2024 over 1,400 local people accessed our advice and representation services, resulting in a range of financial and non-financial benefits.

This Managing Director and Senior Solicitor role involves assuming the charity’s management from our interim CEO, who has established strong systems and secured new funding for the further strengthening of the charity. ​The Law Centre Managing Director and Senior Solicitor (“MD/SS”) is responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day operation of the Law Centre. Working within appropriate delegations from the Board, the post holder ensures that the Law Centre provides quality assured services that meet its charitable purposes. The MD/SS ensures that issues of risk and compliance are properly managed and that the Centre is an exciting, innovative and enjoyable place to work. The MD/SS ensures that the Centre operates within budgets set by the Board and 2 that it offers value for money. The MD/SS must ensure that legal, regulatory, grant, contractual and other relevant requirements are met and that the Centre continues to be relevant to its community. 

The Operations Administrator will work closely with the broader Operations team to provide centralised communication and administrative support, and effective coordination across all aspects of the work of the Operations team.

As this role is central to the work of the Operations team, the person will need to be proactive, organised, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. As well as being the key link between the Operations team and the Research and Communication teams, they will need to be able to work well with the wider organisation and provide excellent customer service to a variety of stakeholders globally. A key focus of the role will be to ensure data accuracy across a variety of platforms, drafting and coordinating centralised communications with Operators, and support reporting on the activities of the Operations team. The successful candidate will not only have strong administrative skills and experience but will also have strong experience within communications and/or research.

Key responsibilities:

Communications:

• Coordinate central communications for all Operators including production of newsletters, sharing Award Community updates and annual reminders.
• In conjunction with the relevant Senior Manager, plan and deliver the annual communications calendar for each Operator.
• Being the key link between the Operations and Communications teams.

Centralised administration:

• Alongside colleagues, provide administrative services to the Operations team responsible for the management of all Operators.
• Maintain and report on the Annual Operations Calendar.
• Coordinate Operations team meetings.

Data/reporting:

• Ensure data accuracy across various platforms, including but not limited to Salesforce, our website, and the Award Community (our online learning platform).
• Manage the structure and storage of records on the Shared Drive for the Operations Team.
• Produce and share regular reports with the Operations Team and the wider Foundation.

Licensing & quality:

• Fulfil the role of lead reviewer on licence reviews for all Operators.
• Support the Licensing team with coordination of licence reviews for all operators.
• Support the onboarding of new Operators including, but not limited to, issuing licence certificates.
• Support coordination of annual policy review.
• Support coordination of the Operator Annual Reporting process.
• Manage the coordination of the external activity provider processes and ensure the published list is accurate and up to date.

Operations/programme/growth:

• Support Operations Managers to process Award authorisations for IACs.
• Support the administration of Operator events including centralised coordination activities such as setting up virtual meetings, producing event calendars etc.
• Research new prospect Operating Partners.

Mission Without Borders International is embarking on a season of renewal and growth. We have successfully implemented a new CRM system across our 12 affiliates who are scoped with raising financial and prayer support. You will be a Christian, qualified accountant with proven experience as an international finance leader, having implemented new systems and worked across multiple jurisdictions. About the role

A new and exciting opportunity to work with us supporting the developments of active travel and liveable spaces for communities across the West Midlands. 

As the Project Officer you will lead and support behaviour change projects across the West Midlands and Staffordshire with schools, workplaces, job seekers and communities. Engaging with a range of key individuals and delivering walking and cycling activities such as Dr Bike sessions, led walks and rides, school assemblies and community workshops. 

As part of the Active Journeys Team, you will support people to walk, wheel and cycle by promoting opportunities and help overcome barriers to active travel. Projects will include improved walking and cycling infrastructure and making it possible for every child to walk, wheel and cycle to school. 

Activities will be delivered both Online and face to face, and likely to include schools, workplaces and the diverse range of communities in the Midlands. 

This role will require travel and work at locations as necessary to undertake projects on behalf of Sustrans.

About you

You should have experience of leading physical activity or other behaviour change projects within schools, workplaces or communities. You should also have experience of working on projects within an established project management framework.  

You will have excellent organisational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage own workload. You will be able to build and maintain strong relationships and a flexible and enthusiastic approach. With the ability to engage and support lesser heard voices in the community.

Greenhouse Sports is on a mission to change the lives of young people in poverty through the power of sport and mentoring.

Too many young people are being left behind. It’s not because they lack potential, but because poverty stacks the odds against them, affecting their education, mental health, and their future.

Our full-time Coach-Mentors work daily in schools in high-deprivation areas, significantly improving attendance, behaviour, wellbeing and life skills. Our Greenhouse Centre (re-opening in Autumn 2025 following refurbishment) provides year-round sport, mentoring and outreach for young people and communities who need it most.

The Deputy Director of Fundraising is a new role, as we work towards a step-change in income growth. The team currently generates £4m annually from major donors, trusts, institutions and businesses, plus an impressive array of special events raising an additional £1m per year. We know there is potential for more, and this role will drive forward a new strategy to help even more young people have a fair chance in life.

The role will report to the Director of Fundraising and Communications and will lead a team of 13 (with direct line management of 5).

The role will:

• Lead the fundraising strategy for income growth.
• Oversee all high-value fundraising streams generating £6m+ annually, ensuring cross-channel opportunities are maximised.
• Oversee the personal development of the fundraising staff, being an inspirational role model and leader.

You will lead on Individual Giving planning and budget setting, contributing to the overall business planning process for Income Generation.

Purpose of the job

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and relationship‑focused individual to join our Corporate Partnerships team. The role will be a mix of managing and growing existing partnerships and supporting new business activity.

You’ll work closely with the Corporate Partnerships Manager and other colleagues across the team to ensure that our corporate partners feel valued, supported, and inspired by the impact they are helping to create. You’ll also contribute to building our pipeline, identifying potential new supporters, making first contact, and helping to develop tailored proposals.

While you don’t need to be an expert from day one, you will bring energy, curiosity, and great interpersonal skills, along with the ability to deliver excellent partnership experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Support the management of existing corporate partnerships, ensuring they are well‑stewarded and achieve agreed objectives.

• Coordinate partnership activities, such as volunteering days, events, campaigns, and communications.

• Work with internal teams (Marketing, Impact, Delivery) to gather and share inspiring impact stories and updates with partners.

• Track and report on partnership deliverables and KPIs.

• Identify opportunities to deepen existing partnerships, such as additional projects, campaigns, or employee engagement activities.

New Business Support

• Research and identify potential new corporate partners.

• Assist with approaches to prospective partners, including outreach emails, calls, LinkedIn networking, and event attendance.

• Support the development of high‑quality proposals, presentations, and budgets for senior stakeholders.

• Help maintain and grow the new business pipeline.

Communications & Events

• Work with Marketing & Comms to produce engaging partnership content for social media, newsletters, and impact reports.

• Represent UK Youth at external networking events, conferences, and partner‑related activities.

Data & Administration

• Keep all CRM records accurate and up to date.

• Support due diligence processes for both new and existing partnerships.

• Ensure donations are processed, recorded, and recognised appropriately.

St Mungo’s Assertive Contact and Engagement (ACE) Service and North Star project reflects the diversity of Bristol and reaches people and communities that may have had difficulty accessing services that fully meet their needs in the past.

The ACE team supports people with mental health needs who face barriers to accessing services, providing therapeutic groups, drop-ins, and outreach across Bristol. North Star offers dual diagnosis support for homelessness, substance misuse, and mental health challenges, with a focus on trauma-informed care, therapy, psychoeducation, and referrals for long-term support.

In the role of Engagement worker key responsibilities include:

•  Deliver the service flexibly across sites, engaging clients in day centres, hostels, community centres, or their homes.
• Engage with clients in a person centred, recovery focused way in 1-1 and group settings to help clients achieve their goals and aspirations.
• Working with the team to provide high quality contact, engagement and support and assessment plans.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners through a multidisciplinary approach.

About you

We are looking for people with experience in outcome-focused services and a passion for helping vulnerable people transform their lives in. we encourage you to apply if you can demonstrate the below:  

• Skilled in communication and supporting hard to reach and marginalised clients who have multiple needs.
• Understanding of trauma informed practices, able to apply these to support people in a person centered way.
• A sound understanding of the issues faced by people experiencing homelessness and an understanding of the difficulties they can face in accessing services that are fully responsive to their needs, this may be through personal lived experience.
• Good networking skills, able to work with a variety of different people to reach positive outcomes.
• Additionally, experience of cofacilitating groupwork would be beneficial.

The Engagement Worker roles follow office hours, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. The ACE team role is full-time (37.5 hours/week), while the North Star role can be part-time or full-time (30-37.5 hours/week).

Two exciting opportunities have arisen to be part of the Cranstoun Worcestershire service as part of our Criminal Justice Team. We are seeking competent and knowledgeable Key Workers with Criminal Justice Assertive in Reach Specialism, providing targeted support to improve continuity of care between prisons and other criminal justice partners with the Alcohol and Drug Recovery Service. You will be responsible for delivering a good quality safe service to the people you support, including assessment and engagement support, case load management, needle syringe programme delivery, harm reduction and interventions. You will have good knowledge of harm reduction.
