WCCM seeks to appoint an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Grant and Major Donor Fundraising Manager to lead fundraising and grant management across a global organisation dedicated to the teaching of Christian Meditation.
Working to the Executive Director, you will interact with our decentralised finance, marketing and communications staff and volunteers.
Together, you will nurture Major Donor relationships and create and manage appropriate donor stewardship schemes and rationalise our income streams.
You’ll ensure grant reporting and management is kept on track whilst developing targeted proposals for new funding from sympathetic donors in the arena of Trusts and foundations.
You will work to support both our teaching and resourcing of meditation and the running of our retreat centre in Bonnevaux, near Poitiers in France.
An excellent writer with excellent financial and budgeting skills, you will be adept at pulling together relevant, succinct and compelling information for our donor reports and bids.
You’ll work with communications staff to develop impactful donor communications which enhance our accountability and inspire renewed major donations.
You will have a demonstrable track record in winning grants as well as in the stewardship of major donors.
Occasional trips to France.

What You'll Do:
Lead the Enterprise team to provide an outstanding level of service to events clients, visitors, including the families programme, and deliver excellence in the Café Restaurant franchise and the Shop. Some of the Key Responsibilities of the role:

- To attend Diary Management and Head of Department Meetings.

Shop

Visitor Engagement & Families Programme

As Community Support Lead: Development & Onboarding, you will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the Hosted Partner (HP) journey — from first contact to successful onboarding and integration into HOST’s global community.

1. Hosted Partner Onboarding and Development

3. Partner Communication and Engagement

Maintain consistent, high-quality communication with partners throughout the onboarding and early development process.

Gather feedback from new HPs to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for service improvement.

Contribute to the Project Hosting Bulletin and updates for new HPs.
4. Documentation, SOPs, and Training

Develop and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and HP journey management.

Support internal training for Community Support Leads and relevant teams on new onboarding tools, systems, and processes.

Contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions and capacity building within the Partnerships Circle.
5. Risk Identification and Escalation

Conduct initial screening and due diligence checks for new Hosted Partners, identifying potential operational, reputational, or compliance risks.

Maintain accurate documentation of risk assessments and onboarding decisions.
6. Collaboration and Service Improvement

7. Growth and Learning Areas (Development Focus)

Required Experience

3 years experience in customer services, account management or partner management — ideally within a not-for-profit, social enterprise, or global NGO environment.

Accessing veterinary care while living on the streets, sofa surfing or living in a hostel or temporary accommodation provider can be incredibly difficult. That’s where StreetVet comes in. We are an award-winning national charity and a registered veterinary practice with the RCVS, providing free, accessible vet care to pets belonging to those experiencing homelessness across the UK. StreetVet also works to remove barriers to accommodation and homelessness service through our Accredited Hostel and Day Centre Scheme, which helps hostels, day centres, and hubs implement positive pet policies and become pet-inclusive. Role Description
The Hostel & Day Centre Coordinator (North) will work closely with the Hostel and Day Centre Manager and the Coordinator (South) to ensure the effective administration and smooth day-to-day operations of the StreetVet Accredited Hostel & Day Centre Schemes. This role plays a key part in welcoming and onboarding new hostels and day centres into the network and supporting the ongoing engagement and success of existing partners. By fostering strong relationships with hostels, day centres, suppliers, and sponsors, the post holder will help build a connected and responsive community that ultimately supports more pets accessing hostels and day centres. Acting as a central point of contact, they will collaborate across internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure queries are addressed efficiently and support is delivered consistently.

Respite and Care Executives play a significant role in enabling our beneficiaries to continue to be independent for as long as possible and when/if they require formal care, they can support them during this time too. They work closely with the Advocacy Team and the Friendships and Connections team to ensure that all their needs are met.

About Adolescent Health Study
The Adolescent Health Study (AHS) is an ambitious new UKRI-funded initiative to establish a prospective, longitudinal population study that will generate a globally leading open science data platform and research resource. AHS aims to recruit at least 100,000 young people from across the UK and to follow their mental and physical health and wellbeing over at least 10 years. It plans to collect data through questions and measures; to obtain bio-samples for a wide range of genomic and other high-throughput assays; and to capture linked data relevant to health and wellbeing from participants’ health, education and other administrative records. Join the Marine Society & Sea Cadets as a Safety and Assurance Officer, ensuring the highest standards of safety, health, environment (SHE), and operational compliance across our units and facilities.
You’ll lead assurance inspections, maintain compliance with legislation and organisational regulations, and support the safe management of weapons, armouries, and inshore boating activities. Working closely with other members of the National Safety and Assurance Team (NSAT) and Area teams, you’ll oversee safety at events, camps, and competitions, conduct audits, and monitor incident reporting.
This role plays a vital part in upholding the safety and welfare of our cadets and volunteers through proactive assurance, training, and continuous improvement.

The Senior Digital Marketing & Participation Manager will lead the AMA’s marketing and participation strategy, to build financial growth, visibility, and engagement through co-creation with our community of members. This role will integrate brand development with participatory marketing to develop deeper community connections with members and non-members.
We are looking for someone who will champion innovative, inclusive, and data-informed approaches to build the AMA’s profile and amplify the voices of our members. Our ideal candidate will have strong digital marketing experience at a strategic level, be confident in leading and developing a small team, and have a balanced creative and commercial approach.
As a small team, all of our senior roles include an element of practical delivery and administration. We’re looking for someone who can lead at a strategic level, but is also happy and capable delivering some practical elements within their role too.
Essential experience, skills and attributes
- Experience of leading, developing, and inspiring a small team
- Experience of leading successful digital-focused multichannel marketing strategies driving both income and impact
- A data-driven approach and be confident in analysing data and turning insight into actionable strategy
- Experience in building and engaging digital communities or membership growth initiatives

Please note: the AMA is a 4-Day Week organisation, so our full time hours are 30 working hours per week (32 including breaks) for full time salary. These are usually worked Monday - Thursday, with Fridays as a non-working day, but we can be flexible on this.
