The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or North London for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

Finance Business Partner - Inclusive Communities & Partnerships
We are looking for a talented and motivated Finance Business Partner to support the Inclusive Communities & Partnerships (ICP) directorate for a national charity.
The ICP directorate plays a vital role in delivering frontline services and building strong, community-based support networks for people with a learning disability. About you
You’ll have experience of supporting the development and implementation of strategic and operational EDI work with the ability to use data, insights and evidence to support this. You’ll have specialist leadership and influencing skills with the ability to oversee teams and senior stakeholders with implementing our EDI strategy.
Crucially for this role, you’ll be able to build collaborative relationships and use your communication skills to cultivate networks. You’ll have experience of using appropriate challenge and support methods, managing conflict and be able to demonstrate positive, values-led leadership. The role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with Cruse in partnership with the Southern Gas Network (SGN) to support people experiencing a bereavement, with help and information to alleviate fuel poverty, enabling them to maintain a safe and warm home.
The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively across Cruse with our communications team, finance team, data team and service teams, to help extend the reach of these valuable services to bereaved people. This includes upskilling staff and volunteers with regard to fuel poverty, with training information and resources. Develop and support drop-in sessions, groups and community events. About the role:

The Digital Engagement Officer (Web & Content) will manage the day to day running and continuous improvement of Sands’ websites, ensuring every page is accurate, accessible and on brand.
