Line managing a team of two, and with shared oversight of the organisation’s brand, this role leads the delivery of key digital marketing products in the organisation, including our Dying Matters campaign. The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating a rich and varied online experience for Hospice UK’s supporters. Overseeing our digital marketing and content strategies, you will work with powerful personal stories of hospice care, loss and grief. Your goal is to use these to inspire our public audiences to get behind our mission to make sure end of life care is there for everyone who needs it.

You’ll be a key member of our External Affairs directorate, and you’ll manage our digital content and marketing team, leading the delivery of key campaign and marketing content and products. The team is currently made up of three people. You’ll have a sophisticated understanding of how to get our audiences’ attention through effective use of tools including Meta Business, Google search and email marketing.

We recognise that search engine optimisation (SEO) and user experience are both critical to achieving our business objectives. You’ll lead on planning content that is SEO-optimised to get us appearing in front of as many people as possible, and structured in a way that gives users a top-class online experience.

Our social media channels have undergone a transformation since our brand refresh in May 2024, and are now engaging our supporter base – and those new to hospice care – in a highly effective way. You’ll lead the team that plans and produces content for both our member and supporter-facing social channels, finding new and engaging ways to keep growing our social presence.

We’ve made great strides over the past 18 months in working much more effectively with our Income Generation directorate across appeals, organic social media and paid social marketing campaigns. You’ll be a key part of the continuation and development of our work here, sourcing stories and content that further develops our success in these spaces.

With a highly motivated Membership Engagement team in place to strengthen our position as a membership body with the UK’s 200+ hospices, you’ll collaborate with this team to identify opportunities to work with our members for things like photography and filming, social media, and other campaign-related content.

You’ll have a key input into the delivery of content for Hospice UK’s flagship campaigns including Dying Matters and Hospice Care Week. With shared responsibility for brand development and guardianship, the role has significant visibility across the organisation, requiring strong relationship, motivation and influencing skills.

This is a reshaped role which comes at an exciting and important time in Hospice UK’s digital evolution. STRATEGY  

• To work closely alongside the Bishop and Archdeacon in developing, delivering and reviewing a measurable and impactful Edmonton Area Plan within the 2030 Vision for London. 
• To actively encourage and enable the projects and plans for mission across the Area working closely with the Bishop, Archdeacon and the Area Deans for each of the four Deaneries and other Area and Diocesan staff. 
• To develop a strategy in the Area in line with the overarching diocesan Mission Framework, which relates to the other four Area strategies and which leads directly towards plans for growth

We are a leading choral singing organisation and run residential summer courses for children and young people. Our artistic director, Ralph Allwood, founded the organisation 45 years ago, since when over 10,000 young people have benefited from our life-changing courses. Nowadays, around one third of students receive generous bursary support to attend a course and we also work with a range of partner organisations to encourage even more young people from diverse backgrounds to take part in our choral singing courses. The main duties and responsibilities for the Heads of Development role are as follows:

INDIVIDUAL GIVING

· Maintain and build relationships with our donors, and identify new individuals who would like to see the Rodolfus Choral Foundation thrive

About the role

With demand for our services growing, we are seeking a Trusts and Foundations Manager to help power our mission through strategic, long-term funding partnerships. This is a pivotal role in our high-performing Fundraising Team, focused on securing and growing income from charitable trusts, foundations, statutory sources and the National Lottery. You’ll lead on developing high-value, often multi-year proposals, managing a healthy pipeline, and building strong relationships with funders to deliver impactful, sustained funding for our vital work.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Senior Data and Insights Officer you will work with the Chief Impact Officer, within our Impact Team. Responsiblities will include: 

Database Usage and Reporting

• Support our Salesforce Lead in creating reports and dashboards, ensuring all data is relevant, accurate and secure.  
• Use our database management system to generate reports and data analysis for the Senior Management Team, and other internal colleagues, to support marketing campaigns, fundraising campaigns, statutory information requests and organisational insight.
• Enhance our data analysis and reporting by developing predictive modelling and exploring statistical significance of our findings.
• Prepare reports for college partners, funders, and the Board, which set out our data, findings and impact,
• Confidently write about insights and findings from our data, generating learnings and recommendations for the organisation and other stakeholders.

Internal and External Evaluations

• Support the Chief Impact Officer in developing assessment frameworks to robustly measure our impact and designing dissemination plans, to best harness and communicate that impact.
• Oversee and implement internal evaluation activity, for example, finalising student surveys, focus group and interview tools.
• Review and enhance data collection tools, process, analysis, and reporting.
• Undertake qualitative and quantitative analysis of our evaluation data; and use the data to make recommendations to improve programme quality.
• Review and keep abreast of literature and research in the further education, wider education, tuition and research landscape. You will share and apply learnings to our evaluation processes and programme delivery.

About the role

The Director of Membership Services provides strategic leadership for the Membership Services directorate and is therefore responsible for the development and implementation of all Imperial College Union strategy relating to Student Activities, Representation, Advice, Governance and Policy. The role ensure the delivery and resourcing of operating plans, policy and operating procedures to ensure that the Union delivers its strategic objectives across its Membership Services.

The successful candidate will ensure that the directorate develops and delivers impactful and inclusive services which champion and enhance the Student Experience at Imperial College. They will ensure that the Union values of integrity, inclusivity, and innovation guide the work of the directorate, and will develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal, College and external stakeholders. They will also be a member of the Union’s Operational Management Group and Leadership Team, and as such will be responsible for the strategic development of the Union and ensuring that the Union works towards delivering its mission and aims.

This role requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and the ability to build effective relationships. Candidates should have experience managing budgets, leading teams, and driving innovation within a membership or student-focused organisation. The ability to work collaboratively while delivering student-centred initiatives is key to success in this position.
