About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Campaigns, and working closely with your fellow Campaigns Managers and the wider campaigns team and legal teams, we are looking for someone to design, develop and run impactful and engaging legal campaigns at Good Law Project. 

This is an ideal opportunity for an individual with a passion for the work of Good Law Project who wants to use their campaigning background to help increase our impact, our income and our supporter growth and engagement throughout our legal campaigns. We have ambitious goals and are looking for somebody who brings determination, and the ability to design and deliver legal campaigns in a dynamic and fast paced environment. The role will require enthusiasm, flexibility and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

• Good Law Project is a not-for-profit campaign organisation which uses the law to hold power to account, protect the environment and ensure no one is left behind.

About you

Role Overview:

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Customer Service Manager will be integral to the implementation, training, monitoring, and improvement of the new 5 Star Customer Service model being rolled out across all services within Enable – including but not limited to events, leisure facilities, an arts school, bereavement services, filming, health & wellbeing, parks and community development. The role will work closely with both Senior Management and operational staff to ensure that 5 Star Customer Service is at the heart of all interactions with our customers.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analyse customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
• Further develop and implement the 5-Star Customer Service strategy to improve customer interactions across multiple touchpoints and channels 
• Design business-wide customer service processes, best practices, and KPIs to ensure consistent and exceptional service delivery across all Enable teams
• Develop and roll-out relevant training models
• Collaborate with all internal teams to align customer experience efforts with greater business goals and objectives 
• Collaborate with marketing to improve digital customer service 
• Monitor success and champion opportunities to consistently improve the brand experience 
• Visit all services within Enable to assist with research, process implementation and relationship forming

The successful candidate will have: 

• 5+ years of experience in customer service, experience or management, preferably in a hospitality or Not-For-Profit background
• Initiative and motivation to work autonomously and drive change within the business
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders 
• Confidence and creativity to bring new ideas to the table
• A hunger for exceptional customer service, and the tenacity to create the change needed to achieve it 
• Experience in motivating staff 
• A flexible approach to working onsite in a variety of different environments

CVAA UK is a membership organisation supporting not-for-profit adoption agencies across the UK who specialise in finding homes for children in care. Over 3000 children in the UK need adoption each year because they cannot remain at home or with family members. The CVAA Practice Programme delivers 30 or more online courses each year to those working in the sector, primarily social workers. The programme has developed a strong reputation for attracting a range of subject experts to deliver cost effective, engaging and useful training. The full programme is listed on the CVAA UK website and inlcudes topics such as LGBTQ+ parenting; therapy for children; identity formation; racism and anti-racism; parenting courses; theraplay and many more.

Due to a restructure of the team, we are now looking for a Training Manager who can oversee the administration and delivery of the programme. Initially fixed term, it is anticipated that this post will become permanent. We are keen to have someone joiun us as soon as possible.

The Training Manager will work with the Head of Practice Development to ensure that the courses are full, supported, delivered effectively and evaluated. Part of the role will also be to source new trainers and support the creation of the programme into 2025.

The CVAA team work remotely across the UK so location of the postholder is not a barrier to recruitment as long as long as they can travel occasionally and come into London for team days. The team is small, diverse and dynamic. Experience of project management or delivery of training or events is more important than knowledge of adoption or children's social care. Your role

As Assistant Shop Manager, it is an exciting opportunity to work alongside the Shop Manager in Surbiton's brand new Scope shop (Victoria Road, Surbiton, KT6 4NS). The shop will be opening mid 2024.  You will be able to use your creativity and flair to flourish in our retail environment. Our retail roles are full of variety, and every day is different! One day you might be be generating and processing stock and designing an eye-catching window display. The next day you might be recruiting and training our wonderful volunteers. Every day there will be a different challenge that you’ll find extremely rewarding. You may also deputise and be responsible for running the shop when the shop manager is absent. A great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as relevant experience.

About you

You’ll be a dedicated team player with a strong work ethic and committed to providing excellent customer service. You do not need specific retail experience. But we do ask that you are business minded and have worked in a fast paced, service environment where you put the customer’s needs first. You’ll also need to showcase a great attention to detail, solid IT skills and have a creative eye for displays. You will also demonstrate an appreciation of Scope’s values and ambition of achieving Everyday Equality for disabled people.

It’s important for you to know that Scope Charity Shops are open every day, so some weekend and Bank Holiday cover is needed. We work 35 hours a week, working five days out of seven. Weekly hours for part-time vacancies are on a seven-day rota.

The Partnership Manager role will report to the CEO and sit within the Business Development Team.

The Partnership Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. You will have a clear ability to tailor the way we sell our services to potential clients.

You will lead and support others across the company to communicate our service offering to external stakeholders that will directly contribute to the company’s growth strategy and impact.

The Partnership Manager will also be a key member of the department and contribute to, departmental strategies, systems and maximising efficiency, and communicating our brand values and services that attracts a wide range of clients.

In this role, you will work closely with the Digital Communications and Marketing, Monitoring and Evaluation, Programme and Finance teams.

Essential Experience

• Have a minimum 5 years sales and client relationship experience

• Proven success in a similar role, with a track record of securing income through multi-year partnerships

• Strong relationship management skills, particularly within the education and/or corporate sector.

• Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload effectively and maintain high levels of both accuracy and output

• Ability to think strategically and identify new opportunities and initiatives to grow the business

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of producing high quality written materials that are tailored to the needs of specific internal or external audiences.
