As Enterprise Architect, you will:

As Vet Admin Assistant, you’ll
- be the first point of contact those contacting our busy Vet team,
- assist with the daily monitoring of a number of inboxes, providing clients with excellent customer service,
- support with the administration of our emergency fund, which supports dog owners in financial need and provide cover in our busy pharmacy, based at our London office

The Veterinary department is a friendly team of nurses, surgeons and administrative staff working in the London office. This is a newly created administrative role to increase capacity in Londonwide LMCs, the membership organisation representing approximately 7,000 NHS General Practitioners in over 1,100 practice teams in London, providing pan-London leadership and shared committee services for its members. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Workforce-Training and Innovation team, which provides project management across the organisation and training for constituents across the 27 Londonwide Boroughs that make up Londonwide LMCs. The team also coordinates a range of supportive services for practices that are delivered through managed relationships with associates.
In this role, you will report to the Head of Workforce-Training and Innovation and work within the WTI team, playing an integral part in linking our work across the directorates at Londonwide LMCs and externally with our practices and constituents.
The focus of this role is to provide administrative support to the Workforce-Training and Innovation team, enabling the smooth running of projects, scheduling meetings and supporting events. Working together
You’ll be managed by our Post Production Manager, and work closely with an in-house Video Producer/Director and Video Editor. You will also work with our partner-facing teams, as well as with external bodies where necessary.
The Video Team is part of a wider Content Team, where we often brainstorm new ideas as a group, provide feedback on each other’s work, and get feedback from teachers and students at our partner schools. We promote good ideas regardless of where they come from.

About the role:
Reporting to the Senior Patrons Manager, the Patrons Manager is responsible for cultivating a pipeline of potential Patrons, from prospecting through to making the ask. You will work to achieve significant growth of Patrons membership whilst ensuring the highest standards are met.

- To ensure that all UK and international Patrons are aware of opportunities to give to the scheme in a tax efficient and effective manner.
About you:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably in a subject which requires excellent written skills.
- Experience in fundraising and private giving with sound knowledge of Annual Giving schemes.
