Charity People are thrilled to be working with a leading children's charity based in London, looking for their new Philanthropy and Development manager to join their highly successful Trusts Team.

Salary: £29,500 - £33,245 per annum

This is a truly exciting opportunity to raise large amounts of income to help this wonderful charity provide support to children across the whole of the UK. You will lead on your own portfolio of existing Trust funders, as well as playing a key role in securing new funding. You will also develop and maintain long-term relationships with high-value funders and work closely with the team's Senior Philanthropy Manager to develop the organisation's budget and revenue plan.

The ideal person will have previous experience within Trust fundraising, with a particular emphasis on developing high-value relationships with the ability to develop and implement new proposals. You will also need to be extremely organised, have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to work well within the team.

This is a fantastic position where you have the possibility of really developing your Trust fundraising career with a phenomenal charity. You will get exposure to a large and diverse portfolio, where you can balance working with warm donors as well as securing new funding. The large volume of resources and mentoring potential is huge, and would be a great role for an experienced Trusts fundraiser.
