As the Associate Director of Donor Experience & Events, you will design and deliver a gold-standard donor experience which focuses on donors/supporters recognition, retention and uplift, and which is fit for donors who have given at transformational levels. Your and your team's work will not only be integral to the growth of a culture of philanthropy at UCL, but it will also be responsible for the launch events for our biggest ever fundraising and engagement campaign in 2026.
Salary range of £65,698 - £71,357 pa, with room for progression up to £81,976pa and excellent benefits
As a creative, confident and approachable leader, you will bring together and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver a best-in-class donor experience programme. Key to your success in this role will be your track record of developing innovative stewardship initiatives for transformational donors and ability to deepen their engagement. You will need to be both strategic and tactical, highly self-driven and able to navigate large and complex environments. About you
You will be a confident leader with strategic and critical thinking skills, and be the institutional champion of legacy giving at UCL. You will ideally bring experience from the charity or higher education sector, of delivering innovative and effective campaigns, and both income and expenditure budget management. We are looking for someone who has proven that they can design and launch this type of programme, in collaboration with the leaders of other fundraising income streams, and who has a deep understanding of best practice in this arena. Grants and Trust Fundraiser
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Fundraiser to work closely with the Head of Fundraising and Chief Executive to maintain a fundraising pipeline, research new prospects and write high quality bids to a range of grant and trust funders.

Position: Senior Grant and Trust Fundraiser
Location: London or West Midlands/hybrid (with frequent travel to London if you are based in the West Midlands)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5hours, flexible working
Salary: £35,000

The Role
You will be instrumental in securing the funding, which the organisation needs to continue to deliver and develop its services, across a wide range of functions and projects. You will be an entrepreneurial, knowledgeable fundraiser, adept at finding the right opportunities to fit the right projects. You will also be meticulous and organised in your approach to stewardship, maintaining contact with funders and working with colleagues to collate the information needed for reporting.
The fundraising strategy contains plans to further develop specific areas of fundraising such as individual giving, corporate partnerships and legacies, and you may be called upon to support the Head of Fundraising in putting plans together for the implementation of these, working alongside the Senior Administrator (Fundraising and Communications).
About You
You will have experience in a fundraising, philanthropy or relationship management role and a track record of success in securing at least five-figure donations from grant and trust funders.
You will have:
· Knowledge of digital fundraising approaches
· Outstanding writing and communication skills
· The ability to understand financial language and budgets
· Strong research and prospecting skills
· The capacity to build excellent relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
· Experience of measuring impact and delivering evaluation reports

Thousands of people in our communities are affected by breast cancer, and many of these are compelled to help by fundraising for Breast Cancer Now. To enable us to best support our network of fundraisers, and create a sector leading programme, we've just reconfigured our community fundraising team.
This has created an opportunity for a community fundraising executive to join the London, South and Wales team.
In this busy and exciting supporter-facing role, you’ll provide stewardship to our brilliant fundraisers organising events from bake sales and balls to tractor runs and sponsored walks. And, alongside the other community fundraiser executives, you’ll be the first point of contact for supporters, playing a key role in the smooth day to day running of the programme.
Through excellent relationship management, you’ll inspire our supporters to see through their fundraising plans, raise as much as possible and continue to support the charity in a way that’s right for them.
