This is an exciting role in our Fundraising team that will contribute to the delivery of the six-figure trust income stream budget (£585k for 2025/26) through rigorous pipeline management, maintain excellent donor relations through timely reporting and assist with trust engagement and fundraising activities. You will also manage the small trust pipeline – proactively seeking out new trust funding opportunities; submitting high quality applications on time; meeting reporting requirements; contributing to monthly management information and quarterly reforecasting.

About the role
The Director of Fundraising will play a pivotal role in driving income growth and ensuring the long-term sustainability of King's Trust International. About the Role
As Head of Fundraising and Communications, you’ll be working with the Chief Executive, Board of Trustees, and Leadership Team to deliver £1.4m of income and establish a strong financial foundation for the new Youth Zone.
You’ll develop and drive income strategy, lead a high-performing Fundraising and Communications team, and personally manage relationships with key major donors, including local individuals and businesses supporting the Founder Patron campaign. About You
You will have a demonstrable track record of income generation through personally securing at least five figure major donor gifts from high net worth individual (HNWIs) and/or corporates, with an impressive track record in securing significant funds and meeting challenging financial targets, including both new business and account management
You will have experience of:
- Developing a new pipeline of HNWIs and/or corporate prospects and being pro-active in converting these to active donors.
- Developing and delivering successful fundraising strategies and aligned annual plans, with income and expenditure budgets, and associated fundraiser key performance indicators.

Job Description: Fundraising Lead
The Fundraising Lead is both a new business development and relationship management role: you will proactively secure new, high-value philanthropic and corporate partnerships while managing and uplifting existing relationships with foundations, HNWIs, and private sector partners.
You will bring a strong sales and new business mindset, capable of inspiring and influencing senior decision-makers across sectors, while stewarding long-term, strategic partnerships. Working closely with the small but agile wider team and senior management, you will deliver against ambitious income targets, build a robust pipeline, and ensure Stop Ecocide International maximises its fundraising potential as momentum for ecocide law builds globally.

• Experience in corporate or community fundraising is essential and knowledge of issues such as safeguarding which affect homeless and vulnerable people, would be an advantage.
• Ideally you will have:
• A successful track record in fundraising, especially in trusts and foundations.
• Experience of writing persuasive funding applications and/or tenders.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
