As Project Officer, you’ll be the organisational anchor for the team – keeping things running smoothly through excellent admin, communication, and project support. From booking meetings and updating our socials to supporting events and managing the inbox, your work will be varied, fast-paced and impactful.
 
You’ll work closely with the Project Manager and other delivery staff to support the success of their  programmes and ensure residents feel welcome, informed and heard.

• Providing day-to-day admin support to the team, including scheduling, note-taking, supplies, and logistics
• Supporting the smooth running of monthly resident-led Board meetings (including preparing papers and recording minutes)

• Attending community events as an accessible, welcoming representative of their organisation

Job Purpose

The Partnership Coordinator role is varied, offering the chance to develop a wide range of skills. Responsibilities include delivering programme and network activities, managing local hubs, supporting events and meetings, and participating in recruitment and retention activities led by the Partnerships Team.

Working closely with school and trust leaders and hub managers, you will need excellent relationship management skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

We are looking for new colleagues to focus on delivering our programmes and networks, ensuring a great experience for our partner schools (about 60-80% of your time). The remaining time will be spent on hub account management, supporting knowledge exchange and network growth, and handling general partner queries.

Key Responsibilities

Programme and Network Delivery:

- Support the planning and delivery of programmes and networks, including scheduling dates, organising training sessions, and other activities.

- Support the organisation and delivery of programme-specific and national events.

- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including resolving operational issues and escalating as needed.

- Provide year-round support to local Hub Managers to ensure schools receive necessary support.

- Monitor programme, network, and hub data to identify risks and/or trends, providing regular reports and updates to support the continuous improvement of our activities. 

Partner Relationship Management:

- Work with the Challenge Partners Central Team to ensure an excellent experience for partners and help schools maximise their partnership value.

- Support the induction and onboarding of new schools to their hubs and the National Network of Excellence.

- Utilise and update our CRM system (Salesforce).

Communications:

- Respond to email and phone queries about Challenge Partners, programmes, networks, and hubs professionally and promptly.

- Collaborate with programme, network, and partnership leads to provide high-quality communications to partner schools, including renewals, induction, onboarding, engagement emails, and hub updates.

Recruitment and Retention:

- Support year-round recruitment of schools to the Network of Excellence, working with hubs to deliver introductory events.

- Provide updates on schools in your hub to inform retention campaigns.

- Manage leads within your hubs, connecting schools with local hubs and Jubilee Networks.

This role delivers a range of dynamic and engaging financial education programmes to young people, adults, and professionals. As part of our Programmes and Delivery Directorate, our Trainers love working with our participants; they’re the front line of our work, representing Money Ready’s exceptional programme quality in a range of settings.

Mind in Enfield and Barnet is a fast-growing charity in North London providing much needed therapy, wellbeing support and advocacy services to people with mental health problems. 

This is an exciting new role for an experienced mental health professional who has experience of providing support to and working with clients with mild, moderate and severe mental health issues. You will provide Client Support for all services, including effective, in depth triage of clients, identification of client risk including escalation and support to clients. The successful candidate will provide support to all services, including building up and developing a bank of volunteers and (volunteer coordination) including general administrative support, as well as changes in service delivery. 

Client Support duties include:

• Support client enquiries by using in depth mental health skills to triage effectively
• Ensure appropriate and timely responses and assistance to clients by drawing on mental health training and experience.
• To use social prescription methodology, mental health experience and mental health triaging experience to most effectively signpost and refer (internally or externally) clients, on the phone and possibly via walk in (should we move to that type of provision)

Launched in 2024, Making Waves is our flagship one-to-one music-making programme designed for people at risk of offending or those leaving prison. Over 10 sessions, participants work with a professional producer in our private studio to create, record, and release their own music, building confidence and gaining new skills along the way. Alongside music-making, participants can also gain a King’s Trust qualification in Personal Development and Employability Skills, receive tailored mentoring from Trailblazers to support them into employment, and join our alumni programme for live performance opportunities, industry masterclasses, and ongoing support.

The Programme Coordinator is a new role within the Finding Rhythms team. Based on the success of the Making Waves programme over the last year, we now are in the process of expansion - with plans to increase delivery and engage more participants. The Programme Coordinator fulfills an essential role to support successful expansion of the programme whilst maintaining maximum impact for participants and partners.

The Rio Ferdinand Foundation are recruiting an experienced Finance Officer to oversee the financial monitoring and reporting of an  exciting new cross-border PEACE Academy programme in Belfast and Sligo, funded by the Special EU Programmes Body (SEUPB) PEACEPLUS programme https://www.seupb.eu/

The aim of this new three-year programme, is to deliver and evidence a PEACE Academy pathway of engagement, learning, social action and employability that will inspire young people from communities in Northern Ireland and Ireland to create shared experiences and build a long-term response to sectarianism, racism and hate on a cross community and cross border basis.

KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will:

§ Work with Director of Development and Programme Manager to implement appropriate financial processes around the programme.

§ Oversee all expenditure requests, in line with the Foundation’s Financial Controls Policy

§ Be the key point of contact for any finance related queries relating to the programme.

§ Track and monitor all expenditure for the programme, in line with agreed budgets and cashflow forecasts.

§ Collate and send the Director of Development monthly actuals reports reconciled against forecasts alerting them to any deviations from planned budgets.

§ Collate monthly invoices and expenditure receipts to share with the bookkeeping team ahead of monthly payment run deadlines.

§ Collate monthly timesheets, cross-reference for final sign off and send to payroll for processing ahead of the monthly deadline.

§ Ensure all programme expenditure is shared with the bookkeeping team for uploading to our accounting software Xero clearly marked to aid filing under the appropriate cost centre and category.

§ Oversee financial reporting and income draw down under the PEACE Academy programme.

Person Specification/Key skills:

§ Degree level education in finance/accounting or similar experience

Our Head of Fundraising role could be your next exciting opportunity! We are seeking a candidate who is passionate and focused on resourcing our nature-based youth development work. The role provides an opportunity to build and shape our next fundraising strategy, focus on planning, income generation, and relationship building, and support the expansion of Grow’s programmes into 2026 and beyond.

Strategy

• Lead on the development and delivery of an overarching fundraising strategy for Grow
• Increase funding revenue through statutory, corporate and individual donors and build this into the fundraising strategy

Pioneer Mission Training

We run training for theology, mission and ministry at undergrad and postgrad levels validated by Durham University as part of Common Awards.. Our training is through the lens of mission, has a global perspective and is enabling innovative mission practice on the ground.

Your role

We are looking for a talented person who has a strong skillset in leadership and formation for mission in theological education, people and team management and who is strategic. The Coln Restoration Group are seeking a part-time Consultant and Adviser to report to the Chairman and Donors of the group. The post extends and builds on the successful work undertaken over the last sixteen months by the Upper Coln Restoration Group.

The aim of the CRG is to restore the Coln river, a major Upper Thames tributary, to the state it was in until it was overwhelmed and degraded in recent years by excessive sewerage storm overflow, sewage storm tank spill events and compromising groundwater abstraction. 

The applicant will be responsible for co-ordinating the campaign to restore the Coln river. This includes devising a strategy with the Chairman and the group to maintain pressure on Thames Water to fulfil its significant new investment undertakings and to meet its wider statutory obligations and responsibilities for improving the state of the river.

The role will require engagement with key stakeholders and regulatory bodies including Ofwat and the Environment Agency, or their successors, to ensure support for the implementation of a comprehensive and ongoing restoration plan. An important role requiring the ability to help drive the process on a weekly and monthly basis.

Qualifications sought from the applicant may include the following areas:

· Evidence of multi-agency and/ or corporate team working at a senior level.  

· Academic achievement and environmental or farming working knowledge.

· Coordination of water testing and monitoring volunteer network.

· Data sourcing and analysis capabilities.

· Good people skills.

Remuneration, length of service and time commitment negotiable. Starting date – as soon as possible. Funding commitments in place for at least a three year appointment.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks

• Support a caseload of companions to reach their potential through both practical and emotional support.
• Tailor support plans to meet individual need - setting goals, assigning actions, working with other providers and considering the person’s holistic needs.
• Guide induction and exit processes for companions - to ensure that they understand the core principles of the offer at Emmaus and move on to long term, sustainable accommodation after us.
• Support with incident response - including anti-social behaviour, mental health concerns, challenging behaviour - using de-escalation techniques to manage behavior as it arises.
• Liaise with external providers such as the Community Mental Health Team, General Practitioners, DWP, probation, prisons and CAB to ensure specialist advice and guidance is sought where needed.
• Contribute to the planning and introduction of varied and meaningful activities for companions at Emmaus Hertfordshire.
• Ensure Safeguarding concerns are raised at the earliest opportunity through appropriate channels..
• Attend appointments online or in person with companions.
• Maintain accurate records in line with internal policy and with consideration for GDPR principles.
• Perform tasks to support the effective running of the community. Develop and maintain relationships with external providers.
• Participate in an emergency on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support is available for companions where needed.
• Provide written updates for key stake holders as well as for internal meetings.
• Attend team meetings, supervisions, reflective practice and training as required

About you:

We are seeking someone who is comfortable and experienced working in a small company or charity, understanding that our capacity and resources are limited. A 'can do' attitude and a motivated approach are essential. While direct experience with homelessness may not be necessary, you should have a solid understanding of the common challenges faced by those who have been homeless. Attention to detail is essential, as is the ability to identify and promptly address risks or safeguarding concerns. Empathy, attentive listening, and strong verbal communication skills are also key requirements. Proficiency with IT and the ability to maintain up-to-date records in our database are necessary. Additionally, you should have the tools to maintain your well-being in what can be a challenging but rewarding role. You will need to demonstrate and build the resilience required to work with individuals who may struggle to engage with services like ours and think creatively to encourage engagement. While practical experience supporting vulnerable adults is highly desirable, we are also interested in hearing from you if you have transferable skills and a willingness to learn, even if you haven't worked in the homelessness sector before.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

Delivery of Spear Programme

• As a coach you will support Spear centres in London and across the UK by preparing and coaching Spear Foundation group sessions and 1-1s, ensuring that young people are engaged, retained and work-ready by the end of this initial phase of the programme
• Quickly building relationships with young people on the programme and managing culture and attitudes in the training room
• Adapting the Spear coaching material according to the needs of the Trainees and managing behaviour effectively
• You will be required to travel outside of London and potentially stay for a period of time at the centre. All business expenses will be covered during the working week

Spear Centre Support

• You will form part of a central support team that enables Spear Centres to deliver high quality, high impact sessions to young people when one of their team is sick or the centre is short-staffed
• You will be placed where the support is needed most, working peripatetically across centres. This could look like 2 months based in one centre or various weeks working across different centres both in London and across the UK

Trainee recruitment

• Supporting Spear Centres to ensure that the maximum number of Spear Trainees are enrolled on each programme, through active face-to-face recruitment

Active participation in and support for Resurgo’s team and mission

• Help build and develop Resurgo’s ethos and Christian life as a team member including leading and contributing to daily team prayer meetings as an integral part of Resurgo’s operation and for the success of its mission
